Description

Claims (9)
- その本体内に中空のチャンネルを有しそして近位の末端と遠位の末端とを有し、挿入針が備えられるハンドピース;
2つの異なる波長の放射を射出し、約980±20nmの第1の波長がヘモグロビンおよび水により主として吸収されそして約1460±60nmの第2の波長が静脈の壁中で水およびコラーゲンにより主として吸収されて該静脈の閉鎖を行う放射源;および
該放射源へ接続されそして該ハンドピースおよび該挿入針を通る光ファイバー
からなることを特徴とする皮膚の不規則さの治療、血管異常の排除および外科的処置における皮下レーザー治療システム。 - 該放射源は、該第1の波長の放射および該第2の波長の放射を同時に射出し、調節し、治療中各波長の効果を最大にする請求項1の皮下レーザー治療システム。
- 該光ファイバーが、該遠位の末端にディフューザー部分を含み、
該ディフューザー部分は、ファイバーの芯の円錐ノッチ付き末端を有するチップ、ブロック、および該円錐ノッチ付き末端と該ブロックとの間にある空隙を含む請求項1の皮下レーザー治療システム。 - レーザー出力パワー、パルスまたは連続のレーザー操作、該光ファイバーのプルバック速度、操作時間を含む操作パラメーターをモニターしかつコントロールし、そして別の光ファイバーにより該放射源および該ハンドピースのインターフェース装置へ接続されているコントロールユニットをさらに含む請求項1の皮下レーザー治療システム。
- さらに、該静脈中の該光ファイバーの移動のためのモーター駆動プルバック装置を含む請求項1の皮下レーザー治療システム。
- その本体内に中空のチャンネルを有しそして近位の末端および遠位の末端を有し、挿入針が備えられるハンドピース;
静脈壁で水およびコラーゲンにより主として吸収される放射の約1460±60nmの少なくとも1つの波長の連続波を射出して該静脈の閉鎖を行う放射源;
該放射源へ接続されそして該ハンドピースおよび該挿入針を通る光ファイバー;および
少なくとも該光ファイバーの引き出し速度に基づき放射のパワー出力を制御するためのコントロールユニット
からなることを特徴とする皮膚の不規則さの治療、血管異常の排除および外科処置における皮下レーザー治療システム。 - 該光ファイバーが該遠位の末端にディフューザー部分を含み、
