Claims (17)
- 掘削バケット(18)の掘削エッジ(20)を保護する磨耗部材(12)であって、

前記キャビティ(90)は、下向きに窪み、当接表面によって閉じられる前端部(91)を有し、前記前端部(91)は、上面(96)と、底面(98)と、前記上面(96)と前記底面(98)との間に延びる前部当接表面(92)とによって画定され、
前記上面(96)、前記底面(98)及び前記前部当接表面(92)は、それぞれ、掘削中に加えられた負荷に耐えるために前記掘削エッジ(20)の対応する表面(52、56、58)上に重なると共に該対応する表面(52、56、58)を支承し、
前記上面(96)及び前記底面(98)は、前記掘削エッジ(20)の中心平面に対して全体的に同じ方向に傾斜しており、前記底面(98)は、前記前部当接表面(92)にほぼ面しており、前記キャビティ(90)は、前記前端部(91)の後ろ側に横方向に開口して、前記脚部(76、78)を超えて前記掘削エッジ(20)のより幅広い横方向の延長部に対応し、
また、前記磨耗部材(12)は、前記磨耗部材(12)を前記掘削エッジ(20)に保持するようにロック(16)を受ける開口(104)を備える、磨耗部材。 - 前記上面(96)及び前記底面(98)は、互いにほぼ平行である、請求項1に記載の磨耗部材。
- 支持体(100)は、前記前記掘削エッジ(20)内に画定された相補的リセス(99)内に嵌合するように前記キャビティ(90)内に突出し、前記支持体(100)は、前記上面(96)及び前記底面(98)の一方によって部分的に画定される、請求項1叉は2に記載の磨耗部材。
- 前記支持体(100)は、前記キャビティ(90)にわたって横方向に延びる縁部である、請求項3に記載の磨耗部材。

前記掘削バケット(18)による掘削中に研磨材料と接するようになっている前部(66)と、
前記前部(66)から後ろ向きに延びる一対の脚部(76、78)と、
前記掘削エッジ(20)を受け入れるために前記脚部(76、78)間に画定された後向きに開口するキャビティ(90)とを備え、

前記上面(96)と前記底面(98)は、互いにほぼ平行であり、前記底面(98)は、前記前部当接表面(92)に対してほぼ鋭角であり、掘削エッジ(20)の相補的底面(58)と係合し、
また、前記磨耗部材(12)は、前記磨耗部材(12)を前記掘削エッジ(20)に保持するようにロック(16)を受ける開口(104)を備える、磨耗部材。 - 前記開口(104)は、一方の脚部(76)に形成されている、請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれか一つに記載の磨耗部材。
- 前記キャビティ(90)の前記前端部(91)は、前記磨耗部材(12)に加えられた側部負荷に耐えるために、さらに側面(94)によってさらに画定されている、請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか一つに記載の磨耗部材。
- 前記開口(104)は、前壁面(106)及び後壁面(107)を含み、後壁面(107)は、前記ロック(16)との係合を大きくするために、前記前壁面(106)よりも、前記キャビティ(90)の方向に長くなっている、請求項1乃至8のうちのいずれか一つに記載の磨耗部材。
- 前記前部当接表面(92)は、凹状であり、垂直軸周り及び水平軸周りで湾曲している、請求項1乃至9のうちのいずれか一つに記載の磨耗部材。
- 前記前部当接表面(92)は、中央部を有し、前記底面(98)は、前記前部当接表面(92)の前記中央部に対して接線方向に延びる平面に対して鋭角である、請求項10に記載の磨耗部材。
- 前記磨耗部材(12)は、シュラウドである、請求項1乃至11のうちのいずれか一つに記載の磨耗部材。

前記磨耗アセンブリ(10)は、

前記磨耗部材(12)を前記掘削エッジ(20)に解放可能に保持するために前記開口(104)に受け入れられる前記除去可能なロック(16)と、
前記磨耗部材(12)が前記掘削エッジ(20)に取り付けられるときに前記磨耗部材(12)の前記キャビティ(90)内で前記掘削エッジ(20)に固定される、前記掘削エッジ(20)よりも実質的に厚さが薄い磨耗プレート(103)とを備え、
使用中に前記磨耗部材(12)は、前記磨耗プレート(103)に支承すると共に前記磨耗プレート(103)に対してシフトされ、前記磨耗プレート(103)は、前記掘削エッジ(20)に対して固定された状態になり、これによって、前記磨耗プレート(103)は、前記掘削エッジ(20)を保護する、磨耗アセンブリ。 - 前記開口(104)は、前記磨耗部材(12)の一方の前記脚部(76)に形成されている、請求項13に記載の磨耗アセンブリ。
