Description
市販のカーボンナノチューブ(CNT、BAYER社製、BaytubesC150P)に対し、図5のオゾン処理装置を用いて、酸化処理を行った。オゾンを発生させる為の原料ガスとしては純酸素を用い、オゾン発生装置としては住友精密工業(株)製の無声放電方式のオゾン発生装置「オゾナイザ」SG−01A型を用い、オゾンを連続発生させた。表1は、CNTのオゾン酸化処理に用いられた処理条件である。
オゾン処理を実施したCNT及びオゾン処理を施していないCNT(何れもBAYER社製、BaytubesC150P)を充填剤として用いて、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)粉末を原料に使用した導電性樹脂の成形を行った。

Claims (7)
- 樹脂材料粒子の表面からその内側に向かってカーボンナノ物質を分散状に混合した分散混合層を前記樹脂材料粒子の全表面又は一部表面に少なくとも形成するために使用される、カーボンナノチューブ、カーボンナノファイバー、カーボンナノコイル、カーボンナノツイスト、カーボンナノホーン及びフラーレンの1種以上のカーボンナノ物質であり、前記カーボンナノ物質を組成する炭素原子上に形成される親水性基により前記カーボンナノ物質の疎水性表面が親水性表面に変化されて、親水性溶媒に高分散する特性を有する高分散性カーボンナノ物質を、水、二酸化炭素、アルコール、ケトン、エーテル、エステル、カルボン酸、アミン、アミド又はニトリルである親水性溶媒又は前記親水性溶媒が混合された親水性溶液に分散させたことを特徴とする分散液。
- 樹脂材料粒子の表面からその内側に向かってカーボンナノ物質を分散状に混合した分散混合層を前記樹脂材料粒子の全表面又は一部表面に少なくとも形成するために使用されるカーボンナノ物質が分散された分散液の製造方法であり、連続発生により生成されたオゾン又はオゾン含有ガスを、カーボンナノチューブ、カーボンナノファイバー、カーボンナノコイル、カーボンナノツイスト、カーボンナノホーン及びフラーレンの1種以上である前記カーボンナノ物質が存在し、且つ水、二酸化炭素、アルコール、ケトン、エーテル、エステル、カルボン酸、アミン、アミド又はニトリルの親水性溶媒又は前記親水性溶媒の1種以上が混合された親水性溶液を液体として含む液相中へ導入して、前記カーボンナノ物質を酸化処理して前記カーボンナノ物質を組成する炭素原子上に親水性基を形成することにより、前記液体に前記カーボンナノ物質を分散させることを特徴とする分散液の製造方法。
- 前記カーボンナノ物質の酸化処理と同時に又は前記処理後に、樹脂材料粒子における分散混合層の形成を、同一の容器内において行う請求項2に記載の分散液の製造方法。
- 前記オゾン又はオゾン含有ガスの連続発生方法が高電圧印加による無声放電である請求項2又は3に記載の分散液の製造方法。
- 前記オゾン含有ガスのオゾン濃度が0.01vol%〜14vol%である請求項2、3又は4に記載の分散液の製造方法。
- 前記酸化処理の時間が1分〜200分である請求項2〜5のいずれかに記載の分散液の製造方法。
- 前記酸化処理の温度が0℃〜100℃である請求項2〜6のいずれかに記載の分散液の製造方法。
