Description

The present invention relates to a chemical container for storing or storing a chemical solution such as an external disinfectant or a skin disinfectant, and more particularly to a disposable chemical solution container formed from a plastic sheet.

When applying chemicals such as external disinfectants and skin disinfectants to the affected area, are the chemicals stored in bottle-shaped containers transferred to small disposable cup-shaped chemical containers for use? 1), or a chemical container (see, for example, Patent Document 2) in which a chemical liquid subdivided into a single use amount is enclosed.

2(B))Japanese Patent No. 3635647 (particularly FIGS. 1B and 2B)

When applying a chemical solution to the affected area using the chemical solution container as described above, pour the chemical solution into the chemical solution reservoir of the chemical solution container, and then apply the chemical solution application part of a chemical solution applicator such as a cotton swab The ball part) is immersed in the chemical solution in the chemical solution reservoir and absorbed by the chemical solution application unit, and the chemical solution is applied to the affected part. At this time, if the drug solution application part contains more than necessary chemical solution, the drug solution may sag, the drug solution may adhere to the affected area more than necessary, or the drug solution may eventually run out. The chemical liquid application part is rubbed against the inner upper edge of the chemical liquid reservoir, etc., and the excess chemical liquid is cut off before application. However, since the chemical solution container is small, it has a problem that it is difficult to easily drain the solution.

Therefore, the present invention is intended to provide a new chemical solution container that can easily cause the chemical solution absorbed by the chemical solution application part of the chemical solution applicator to run out.

The present invention is a disposable chemical solution container formed from a plastic sheet, and a plurality of protrusions or step portions are provided on a chemical solution reservoir and an inclined portion inclined downward toward the chemical solution reservoir. A chemical container having a liquid draining portion is proposed.

In the case of a chemical container having such a configuration, the chemical liquid is poured into the chemical reservoir, and the chemical application part of a chemical application tool such as a cotton swab (in the case of a cotton swab, the cotton ball part at the tip) is immersed in the chemical liquid. After absorbing the chemical solution application portion, the chemical solution application portion is rubbed against the liquid cutting portion, so that the excess chemical solution can be easily drained, so that a necessary and sufficient amount of the chemical solution can be applied to the affected area.
In addition, since the inclined portion of the liquid cutting portion is provided so as to be inclined downward toward the chemical liquid reservoir, the chemical liquid application portion of the chemical liquid applicator can be immersed in the chemical liquid along the inclined portion. Even if the reservoir is small, the chemical solution application portion can be sufficiently immersed in the chemical solution. Therefore, since the chemical liquid reservoir can be made small, it is possible to eliminate an excessive amount of chemical liquid remaining after use.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below.

The chemical liquid container 1 according to the present embodiment is a disposable chemical liquid container formed from a plastic sheet, and includes a chemical liquid reservoir 3 and a liquid draining part 4.

The material of the chemical solution container 1 is not particularly limited, and is preferably a resin having shape retention, chemical resistance, and barrier properties that suppress the penetration and volatilization of the chemical solution. Among these, for example, polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate and the like can be preferably used.
The chemical | medical solution container 1 can be more preferably produced by heat-molding the sheet | seat thru | or film | membrane which consists of such resin with a metal mold | die, and cut | judging into various shapes.

For example, as shown in FIGS. 1-5, the chemical liquid container 1 can be formed by providing a recess 2 in the sheet surface of a plastic sheet and providing a chemical reservoir 3 and a liquid drain 4 in the recess 2. it can.

Here, for example, as shown in FIG. 1-5, the concave portion 2 can be provided on the inner side surrounded by the flange portion 5 by setting the outer edge portion of the sheet surface of the plastic sheet as the flange portion 5.
The flange portion 5 may be provided with a ridge portion for sealing the lid portion so as to surround the recessed portion 2 around. In this case, it is preferable to provide in the vicinity of the upper edge of the recess 2, in other words, along the inner edge of the flange 5 so that the chemical solution does not enter between the flange 5 and the lid.
The size and shape of the recess 2 are not particularly limited, but as a guide, a depth of 11 mm to 44 mm, particularly 18 mm to 30 mm can be exemplified.
However, the collar portion 5 is not necessarily provided.

The chemical reservoir 3 is a portion for storing a chemical, and for example, a part of the recess 2 can be used as the chemical reservoir 3. For example, in the example of FIGS. 1-5, the deep part of the bottom in the recessed part 2 is made into the chemical | medical solution storage part 3. FIG.

If the chemical solution reservoir 3 can store a necessary and sufficient amount of chemical solution, its size, plan view shape, and side surface shape can be appropriately modified (see FIGS. 1-7).
As a standard of the capacity | capacitance of the chemical | medical solution storage part 3, 0.6 mL-45.0 mL, especially 2.0 mL-12.9 mL can be illustrated.

For example, as shown in FIG. 1-5, the liquid draining part 4 is inclined downward toward the chemical liquid reservoir 3 and has a plurality of protrusions on an inclined part 4 </ b> A that is continuous with the upper end of the chemical liquid reservoir 3. Or the step part 4B can be provided and formed. If the liquid draining part 4 is formed in this way, the chemical liquid application part impregnated with the chemical liquid can be rubbed against the projecting part or the stepped part 4B, so that the excessive chemical liquid can be drained, and at the same time, the excessive liquid that has been drained is removed. The chemical liquid can flow into the chemical liquid reservoir 3 along the inclined portion 4A.

At this time, the inclination angle θ of the inclined portion 4A of the liquid cutting portion 4 (see FIGS. 12A and 12B) is easy to drain the liquid and the chemical liquid applicator (for example, a cotton swab) is immersed in the chemical liquid in the chemical liquid reservoir 3. From the viewpoint of ease, it is preferably 5 to 85 °, particularly 15 to 55 °, and particularly preferably 20 to 35 °. The gradient angle θ may be gradually changed or may be constant.
Further, the overhang width L of the liquid drainage part 4, in other words, the width of the liquid drainage part 4 overhanging from the chemical liquid reservoir 3 when viewed from above (see FIGS. 12A and 12B), is a chemical liquid applicator (for example, From the viewpoint of easiness when the cotton swab is immersed in the chemical solution in the chemical solution reservoir 3, the thickness is preferably 13 mm to 64 mm, more preferably 15 mm to 58 mm, and particularly preferably 20 mm to 51 mm.

More specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, for example, the liquid draining part 4 can be formed as an inclined part 4A in which a plurality of stepped parts 4B are connected in a staircase pattern with a gradient. 4 to 12 illustrate modifications and usage examples using the shape of the liquid drainage portion 4 shown in FIG. 1 as a representative example, but other shapes of the liquid drainage portion 4 (for example, FIG. The same applies to the liquid draining part 4) having the shape shown in FIG.
At this time, the height h (see FIG. 12A) of each stepped portion 4B is preferably 3 mm to 6.5 mm, particularly 5 mm to 6 mm from the viewpoint that the liquid pool after running out of liquid is small. More preferred.

Further, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, the liquid draining portion 4 is inclined downward on the inclined portion 4A inclined toward the chemical solution reservoir portion from the lateral side of the inclined portion 4A, that is, from the left and right lateral sides toward the center. The plurality of protruding ridge portions 4B can be formed so as to be provided at intervals in the inclination direction of the inclined portion 4A.
At this time, the protrusion height h ′ (see FIG. 12 (B)) of each protrusion 4B is preferably 0.5 mm to 5.0 mm from the viewpoint that the liquid pool after the liquid runs out is small. More preferably, it is 5 mm to 2.5 mm.
The length of each protrusion 4B is preferably 4 mm to 25 mm, more preferably 8 mm to 16 mm, from the viewpoint that the liquid pool after the liquid runs out is small.
The width of each protrusion 4B is preferably 0.5 mm to 5.0 mm, more preferably 1.5 mm to 2.5 mm, from the viewpoint that the liquid pool after the liquid runs out is small.
The interval between the protrusions 4B and 4B adjacent to the inclined direction of the inclined part 4A is preferably 1 mm to 6 mm, more preferably 4 mm to 5 mm, from the viewpoint that there is little liquid pool after the liquid has run out.
The distance between the central portions of the ridge portions 4B and 4B adjacent to the inclined portion 4A in the left-right direction is preferably 0.5 mm to 5 mm, particularly 2 mm to 3 mm, from the viewpoint that the liquid pool after the liquid runs out is small. Is more preferable.
Further, the inclination angle that is inclined downward from the left and right lateral sides toward the center is preferably 5 ° to 45 °, and more preferably 25 ° to 35 °, from the viewpoint that the liquid pool after running out of liquid is small. .

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3, for example, the liquid draining part 4 is provided with a plurality of hemispherical protrusions 4B at intervals on an inclined part 4A inclined toward the chemical liquid reservoir part 3. Can be formed.
However, the shape of the protrusion 4B is arbitrary, and can be formed in an arbitrary shape such as a wedge shape or a pyramid shape.

In view of the fact that, in the liquid drainage portion 4 having the shape as described above, there is little liquid remaining in the liquid drainage portion 4 after the liquid has run out, and the liquid that has run out flows smoothly into the chemical liquid reservoir 3. That is, a plurality of protrusions 4B inclined downward from the lateral side of the inclined part 4A, that is, from the left and right lateral sides to the center, are preferably provided at intervals in the inclination direction of the inclined part 4A. .

In any shape of the liquid drainage part 4, the plan view shape of the liquid drainage part 4, the position where the liquid drainage part 4 is provided, and the number thereof can be changed as appropriate (see FIG. 4-5).
Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 1-5, the liquid draining part 4 may be provided from a position appropriately lowered from the upper edge part 2a of the concave part 2, or as shown in FIG. You may make it provide from 2a. However, from the viewpoint of preventing liquid splashing on the upper edge portion 2a, it is preferable to provide the liquid draining portion 4 from a position appropriately lowered from the upper edge portion 2a of the recess 2.
Furthermore, the liquid draining part 4 can also be provided from the bottom face part 2A of the concave part 2, as shown in FIG. In this case, since the chemical liquid is stored up to the intermediate height of the liquid cutting section 4, there is no boundary between the chemical liquid storage section 3 and the liquid cutting section 4.

In the chemical solution container 1, the chemical solution X is poured into the chemical solution reservoir 3, and the chemical solution application unit 51 of the chemical solution applicator 50 such as a cotton swab (in the case of a cotton swab) is immersed in the chemical solution. As shown in FIG. 4, the chemical solution application part 51 is rubbed against the liquid draining part 4 so that excess chemical liquid can be easily drained, and a necessary and sufficient amount of chemical liquid can be applied to the affected part.

As the chemical solution, an external disinfectant, a skin disinfectant and other chemicals can be used. Examples thereof include a disinfecting chemical solution such as popidone iodine solution, alcohol and hydrogen peroxide, a cosmetic solution such as lotion and baby oil, other liquid chemical solutions, and distilled water. However, it is not limited to these.

The chemical solution container of the present invention can be marketed as a container without being filled with the chemical solution. However, as shown in FIG. 11, the chemical solution reservoir 3 is filled with the chemical solution X and sealed with the lid material 21. Thus, it is possible to market as a chemical solution storage container 20 enclosing a chemical solution.
At this time, the material of the lid member 21 is not particularly limited, but it is necessary to have waterproofness and chemical resistance. For example, a composite sheet formed by laminating a metal thin film layer on the sheet surface of a resin base sheet can be cited as a preferred example. Specifically, a composite sheet obtained by laminating a metal thin film layer by depositing or laminating a metal such as aluminum on a resin base sheet such as polyethylene, polypropylene, or polyethylene terephthalate can be preferably used.
Moreover, since it is preferable to change suitably the quantity of the chemical | medical solution filled with the kind and magnitude | size of an affected part or the magnitude | size of the chemical | medical solution application part accommodation recessed part 5, etc., the magnitude | size of the chemical | medical solution application part 2 is adjusted according to it.
