Description
そこで、本発明は、中空ドリルストリングによる掘削のみで掘削孔底部中央に未掘削部分が残留しないようにし、地中熱交換用Uチューブの設置を効率的におこなえるようにするものである。
中空ドリルストリングは内部空間(インナースペース)を有し、回転と振動が与えられると共に内部に流体が供給され、所定深度まで削孔される。中空ドリルストリングの内部空間に地中熱交換用Uチューブを降下させて設置し、中空ドリルストリングを地盤中から抜き取り撤去する。本発明においては、必要に応じて削孔内にグラウト剤を充填する。
地中熱交換用Uチューブは、直線部を有しており、この直線部が最初に削孔内に挿入される。地中熱交換用Uチューブには、錘が取り付けられる。
中空ドリルストリングは、内部空間にグラウチングしながら振動を加えて地中から引き抜かれる。
地中熱交換用Uチューブは、熱交換作用のため熱交換器に連結される。
この実施例において、ドリルビットはドリルパイプ22に同軸に取り付けてあるリングビット28であり、先端部が開放された中空ドリルストリング30となり、中空ドリルストリング30の内部には、空洞或いは内部空間35が形成される。
削孔12が所定深さに達すると、図3に示すように、中空ドリルストリング30を削孔装置20から切り離し、移動させて削孔から遠ざける。地中熱交換用Uチューブ70を、削孔12内に矢印44に示すように、中空ドリルストリング30の内部空間35を通して降下させる。一方、他の実施例においては、削孔12に地中熱交換用Uチューブ70を挿入する前に中空ドリルストリング30を地中から撤去する場合もある。
中空ドリルストリングを引き抜くと地中熱交換用Uチューブの周囲の土質が崩壊しやすいシルト質や砂質土の地盤の場合には、グラウチングが必要でない場合もある。

Claims (6)
- 中空ドリルストリングに回転と振動を与えて所定深さを削孔すると共に第1の流体を中空ドリルストリングの内部空間に充填して加圧された流体柱を形成し、
その流体柱に振動を与えて第1の流体に圧力波を生じさせることにより、ウォーターハンマーと同様に作用させて中空ドリルストリングによる削孔力を増大し、
中空ドリルストリングの内部空間に地中熱交換用Uチューブを挿入降下させ、
地盤から中空ドリルストリングを引き抜き撤去する
地中熱交換用Uチューブ設置方法。 - 請求項1において、中空ドリルストリングの内部空間に地中熱交換用Uチューブを挿入降下させた後、中空ドリルストリングの内部空間にグラウトを充填し、中空ドリルストリングに振動を与えて引き抜く地中熱交換用Uチューブ設置方法。
- 請求項1〜2のいずれかにおいて、地中熱交換用Uチューブに予め第2の流体を充填して降下させる地中熱交換用Uチューブ設置方法。
- 請求項l〜3のいずれかにおいて、地中熱交換用Uチューブに錘を装着して降下させる地中熱交換用Uチューブ設置方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかにおいて、中空ドリルストリングの先端にドリルビットが設けてあり、第1の流体を中空ドリルストリングの内部空間に供給することによって掘削屑を削孔から排出する地中熱交換用Uチューブ設置方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかにおいて、第1の流体が加圧流体であって、流体柱に加圧するようにした地中熱交換用Uチューブ設置方法。
