Description

注射装置の実施例を図1、図2および図3に示す。注射装置は、概ね管状の細長いハウジング10を含む。図中の左手、ハウジングの前端部に、針シールド12は、ハウジングの中と外とを摺動可能であるように配置されている。針シールドの内部にあり、かつハウジング中へ延在するのは、注入される薬物が入った、たとえばカートリッジ、シリンジなどの容器14である。針16は、カートリッジの前端部に取付けられている。容器の後端部には、止め具18が配置されている。容器の後端部は、止めレッジ22を設けられた容器保持具20に挿入され、この止めレッジの上に、容器の移動を防ぐために、円周方向のレッジ24が載っている。図中右手、針シールドの後端部は、ハウジングの内部へ延在する概ね管状の細長い部材28の形態である、作動手段26と接触している。作動手段は、内方へ延在する長手方向レッジ30を備えて配置されており、傾斜が付いた後端縁32を有する。

Claims (8)
- 1回投与分の薬物を送達するための使い捨ての注射装置であって、
概ね細長いハウジング(10)と、
針(16)を通して注入される薬物が入った容器(14)と、
前記容器に作用し、作動の際、穿刺のために前記容器および前記針を移動させ、続いて前記針を通して薬物を排出することができる加圧手段(34、40)と、
前記加圧手段を作動させるように配置された作動手段(26)と、
前記ハウジングに対して摺動可能に配置された針シールド(12)と、
前記針シールドの内側端部に接続された折畳式保持部材(58)とを備え
前記折畳式保持部材が、前記針シールドの後方に向けられたレッジ(60)と前記ハウジングの内側表面上にあるレッジ(62)との間に配置されており、これによって、注射部位に押付けられるときの前記針シールドの移動の際、前記折畳式保持部材が、前記針シールドによってかけられる特定の力に達すると折畳まり、これによって、針が穿刺され、前記針シールドのさらなる移動が、作動手段(26)を移動させ、前記作動手段が次に、保持部材(46)に保持された前記加圧手段を解放し、薬物の注入を開始させ、前記針シールドが前記注射部位から外されると、前記針シールドが前記折畳式保持部材の戻り力によって前方へ押されて針を被覆し、これによって、前記針シールドが、偶発的に針で刺すことを防止するためにロックされることを特徴とする、使い捨ての注射装置。 - 前記折畳式保持部材は、前記注射装置の長手方向に主に配置された少なくとも1つの細長い部材を含む、請求項1に記載の使い捨ての注射装置。
- 前記細長い部材は、前記力が取除かれると、その元の形状に戻る材料から作られている、請求項2に記載の使い捨ての注射装置。
- 前記細長い部材は、金属帯を含む、請求項2または3に記載の使い捨ての注射装置。
- 前記細長い部材は、プラスチック帯を含む、請求項2または3に記載の使い捨ての注射装置。
- 前記折畳式保持部材は、長手方向に向けられた数多くの切抜き(72)を有して前記切抜き間に数多くの細長い細片(74)を形成する概ね管状に成形された部材(70)を含む、請求項1に記載の使い捨ての注射装置。
- 前記細長い部材は、前記部材の安定性を高める断面形状を有する、請求項2から6のいずれかに記載の使い捨ての注射装置。
- 前記ハウジングは、折畳時、前記折畳部材の一部を収容する空間(64)を備えて配置されている、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の使い捨ての注射装置。
