Description
また本発明は、生体情報検出方法であって、生体のうち皮膚表面を配すべき部位に対して浅い角度で、部位以外の位置から斜めに進入し、部位における皮下組織にある血管よりも深部にある深部組織に達する近赤外線帯域の光を照射する照射ステップと、照射された近赤外線帯域の光の振動方向を一方向に制限する偏光ステップと、深部組織で生じる散乱光を背景として血管の像を電気信号に変換する撮像素子に入光させる光の振動方向を、偏光ステップにおける振動方向に対して直交する振動方向となるように制限するとともに、部位以外の位置から進入し、該部位における皮下組織にある血管に至るまでの表皮組織において反射する反射光を遮光し、血管の後方での散乱により生じる散乱光を、撮像素子に入光させる遮光ステップと、撮像素子において変換される電気信号に基づいて、血管内のヘモグロビン吸光度の変化を検出する検出ステップとを有する。
Claims (7)
- 生体のうち皮膚表面を配すべき部位に対して浅い角度で、上記部位以外の位置から斜めに進入し、上記部位における皮下組織にある血管よりも深部にある深部組織に達する近赤外線帯域の光を照射する照射手段と、
上記照射手段から照射された上記近赤外線帯域の光の振動方向を一方向に制限する第1の偏光板と、
上記深部組織で生じる散乱光を背景として、血管の像を電気信号に変換する撮像素子と、
上記部位と上記撮像素子との間に設けられ、上記撮像素子に入光させる光の振動方向を、上記第1の偏光板の振動方向に対して直交する振動方向となるように制限する第2の偏光板と、
上記部位以外の位置から進入し、該部位における皮下組織にある血管に至るまでの表皮組織において反射する反射光を遮光し、上記血管の後方での散乱により生じる散乱光を上記撮像素子に入光させる遮光手段と、
上記撮像素子において変換される電気信号に基づいて、上記血管内のヘモグロビン吸光度の変化を検出する検出部と
を備える生体情報検出装置。 - 上記照射手段及び上記撮像素子は、
上記血管によって形成される面と対向する側に設けられている
請求項1に記載の生体情報検出装置。 - 上記照射手段は、
上記撮像素子に対向される皮膚表面下の表皮組織に光が照らされることを避ける程度に上記撮像素子から離間されて設けられている
請求項2に記載の生体情報検出装置。 - 上記遮光手段は、
撮像時に上記生体の皮膚表面と接触する位置に設けられている
請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の生体情報検出装置。 - 上記照射手段は、
血管内の酸化ヘモグロビンの吸光帯の光を照射する
請求項1に記載の生体情報検出装置。 - 上記照射手段は、
血管内の脱酸化ヘモグロビン及び酸化ヘモグロビンの吸光帯の光を照射する
請求項1に記載の生体情報検出装置。 - 生体のうち皮膚表面を配すべき部位に対して浅い角度で、上記部位以外の位置から斜めに進入し、上記部位における皮下組織にある血管よりも深部にある深部組織に達する近赤外線帯域の光を照射する照射ステップと、
照射された上記近赤外線帯域の光の振動方向を一方向に制限する偏光ステップと、
上記深部組織で生じる散乱光を背景として血管の像を電気信号に変換する撮像素子に入光させる光の振動方向を、上記偏光ステップにおける振動方向に対して直交する振動方向となるように制限するとともに、上記部位以外の位置から進入し、該部位における皮下組織にある血管に至るまでの表皮組織において反射する反射光を遮光し、上記血管の後方での散乱により生じる散乱光を、上記撮像素子に入光させる遮光ステップと、
上記撮像素子において変換される電気信号に基づいて、上記血管内のヘモグロビン吸光度の変化を検出する検出ステップと
を有する生体情報検出方法。
