Description
Claims (5)
- 蓄電池の性能を回復させるため、蓄電池の電極板上に形成された硫酸塩を除去するよう蓄電池の電極板に電源を供給する蓄電池再生装置において、
電源入力部100を通じて外部電源から供給される商用交流電源を変圧する変圧部200と;
SRC位相制御を通じて、前記変圧部200によって変圧された前記交流電源をパルス波形の電源に変換するSCR駆動部400と;
前記SCR駆動部400から出力された変換パルス電圧を前記蓄電池の電極板に供給することで前記蓄電池が充電されるよう、前記蓄電池の電極板に密着される出力端子500と;
前記SCR駆動部400の駆動を制御するSCR制御部300と;
前記蓄電池再生装置の動作環境を設定し表示する設定部600及び表示部650と;
前記蓄電池の電圧と電流を測定する電圧検出部900及び電流検出部950と;及び
前記各構成部の動作を制御するマイコン700とからなり、
前記SCR駆動部400は、
前記SCR制御部300の制御により、前記変圧部200から入力される前記交流電源をパルス波形の電源に変換するために、前記蓄電池の充電時に駆動されるSCR素子420と;及び
前記SCR制御部300の制御により、前記蓄電池の放電によって入力される電源を前記変圧器200のためのパルス電源に変換するために、前記蓄電池の放電時に駆動されるSCR素子425と
からなることを特徴とする蓄電池再生装置。 - 請求項1に記載の蓄電池再生装置において、
前記SCR駆動部400は、
前記マイコン700の制御により、前記蓄電池を充電させるための前記SCR素子420及び前記蓄電池を放電させるための前記SCR素子425を前記変圧器200と電気的に連結したり、電気的連結を遮断したりするメインスイッチ410と、
前記蓄電池で発生し、前期出力端子500を通じて前記SCR素子425に供給されるサージ電圧による電気的ショックを吸収することで前記SCR駆動部を保護するリアクター430と
からなることを特徴とする蓄電池再生装置。 - 請求項1に記載の蓄電池再生装置において、
前記SCR制御部300は、
パルス信号を生成するパルス発生器310と、
前記パルス発生器310から発生するパルス信号をカウントするカウンター320と、
前記マイコン700から入力されるコード信号と前記カウンター320から出力されるカウンター信号とを組み合わせて生成される多数の信号を順次出力するセレクター330と、
前記セレクター330を通じて出力されるコード信号の順番による位相をチェックし、マイコン700から転送されるパルス選択信号に応じて出力信号を選択するPLD判断部340と、
前記PLD判断部340の出力信号に応じてSCR駆動部400に備えられた二つのSCR素子420、425の駆動をそれぞれ制御するSCR駆動器350と
からなることを特徴とする蓄電池再生装置。 - 請求項1に記載の蓄電池再生装置において、
前記マイコン700は、
前記SCR駆動部400に備えられたメインスイッチ410に接点信号を転送するリレー制御部720と、
前記SCR制御部300にコード出力及び制御信号を転送するSCR制御駆動部740と、
前記電圧検出部900から電圧信号が入力される電圧検出入力部753と、
前記電流検出部950から電流信号が入力される電流検出入力部752と、
前記温度測定部800から温度信号が入力される温度測定入力部751と、
前記各構成部の動作を制御する中央制御部710と
からなることを特徴とする蓄電池再生装置。 - 請求項4に記載の蓄電池再生装置において、
前記蓄電池再生装置には、蓄電池の温度を測定する温度測定部800が備えられ、
前記マイコン700は、
前記温度測定部800から温度信号が入力される温度測定入力部751と、
外部装置との有線無線通信を行う通信部730と
からなることを特徴とする蓄電池再生装置。
