Description
− 熱的長さが最大となり、
− 前記ロッドのねじ部を不要とし、それによって前記ロッド上の異なる位置における異なるロッド直径を設ける必要性を不要とし、そして前記主要部分長さにおいて要求されるロッド直径を最少にし、
− 前記支持ロッドに予負荷をかける作業を簡略にし
− 前記ロッドの角度的な不整合を許容し、そして
− 前記ロッドの変形又は直径の減少を避けることによって疲労寿命を最適にする
ようになったロッドの引っ張り支持構造を提供することである。
− 予負荷の矛盾のない適用を達成するための手段が設けられていること;
− 前記ロッドの角度的な不整合が限られた範囲内で許容されねばならないこと;
− 前記ロッドの実際のそして必要な長さの変化に応じる能力;
− 超伝導磁石のような支持されるべき物体と支持表面との間で前記ロッドの熱的長さを最大とすること;
− 前記サスペンションロッドの緩みを防ぎそして印加された予負荷を維持するために緩み止め構造を設けるべきこと;
− 前記ロッドの引っ張り端部がそのロッドの反対側の端部の設定後に固定しうるようにする組み立てプロセス;
− 最適化された疲労寿命;及び
− 長さ調整中の前記サスペンションロッドの捩れの防止。
− 前記サスペンションロッドの内端を前記内端サスペンションブラケット30に掛ける;
− 前記サスペンションロッドの外端と前記手段34を前記外端サスペンションブラケット32の前記スロット36に入れる;そして
− 図1を参照して次に述べるように前記手段34の操作により前記ロッドに予張力を与える。

Claims (6)
- 極低温装置を複数のサスペンションロッド(10)により吊下げる外側真空容器を有し、前記サスペンションロッドの内の少なくとも一個をサスペンションブラケット(32)に対し引っ張り支持状態に保持するための引っ張り支持手段(34)を有するクライオスタットにおいて、
前記引っ張り支持手段(34)は、
−使用時に前記サスペンションブラケットの孔またはスロットを通るように配置された円筒状ロッド担体(20)であって、
−使用時に前記ロッドが通る軸孔;
−前記ロッド担体(20)の外側表面に少なくとも前記ロッド担体(20)の長さの一部に沿って形成されるねじ部(42);及び
−使用時に力を前記ロッドに伝えるためのロッド支持面(18);を有する前記ロッド担体(20)と、
−前記ねじ部(42)に嵌められる締付けナット(22)であって、使用時に前記サスぺンションブラケットに対し前記円筒状ロッド担体を前記ロッド支持面(18)の方向に押し付け前記ロッドを引っ張る前記締付けナット(22)と、を有し、
前記ロッド担体(20)の前記軸孔は、所定の許容可能な角度不整合の範囲にわたり前記ロッドにゆとり与えるためのテーパー(38)を有することを特徴とするクライオスタット。 - 前記引っ張り支持手段(34)はさらに、前記締付けナット(22)と前記ロッド支持面(18)との間で前記ねじ部に嵌められる緩み止めナット(24)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクライオスタット。
- 前記引っ張り支持手段(34)はさらに、使用時に前記締付けナット(22)と前記サスペンションブラケット(32)との間に位置するワッシャー(40)を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のクライオスタット。
- 前記引っ張り支持手段(34)はさらに、ロッド端部(14)と、ロッド担体(20)内に設けた内部保持用の空洞であって使用時に前記ロッド(10)の端部を収納する空洞とを有し、前記ロッド端部は、貫通孔を有し使用時に前記ロッド(10)がその貫通孔を貫通するようになっており、かつ前記ロッド端部は、前記円筒状ロッド担体の前記ロッド支持面(18)で支持されるための端部支持表面(16)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のクライオスタット。
- 前記ロッド端部(14)は前記ロッド担体(20)の前記端部に相補的なロッド支持面(18)と当接する球形表面を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のクライオスタット。
- 前記ロッド担体(20)は、使用時に前記サスペンションブラケット(32)のスロット(36)の側面に接触して前記ロッド担体の回転を防止する成形内端(26)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のクライオスタット。
