本願は同時に出願される「心臓血管機能をエミュレートする動的ベイジアン・ネットワーク(Dynamic Byasian Network for Emulating Cardiovascular Function)」という名称の米国特許出願(代理人整理番号US006844)に関係している。該出願の開示は明記によりここに参照によって組み込まれる。
Claims (10)
- 決定論的モデルから確率論的モデルを導出するシステムであって:
生理的な系をモデル化する、生理的な系の状態を表す変数を含む検証済み決定論的モデル(VDM)と;
前記VDMからデータを受領し、確率論的モデルを生成するよう動作する機械学習アルゴリズム(MLA)とを有する、
システム。 - 前記MLAがさらに他のパラメータを受領する、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記確率論的モデルが入力変数を受領し、展開の際に出力変数を提供する、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 人における変数をエミュレートするシステムであって:
生理的な系をモデル化し、生理的な系の状態を表す変数を含む、患者データを提供するよう動作する検証済み決定論的モデル(VDM)と;
前記VDMから患者データを受領し、確率論的モデルを生成するよう動作する機械学習アルゴリズム(MLA)とを有し、エミュレートする変数を提供するために前記確率論的モデルに入力変数が提供される、
システム。 - 前記MLAがさらに他のパラメータを受領する、請求項4記載のシステム。
- 前記確率論的モデルに提供される前記入力変数が測定された患者データである、請求項4記載のシステム。
- 前記MLAが患者情報に基づく前記他のパラメータを受領する、請求項4記載のシステム。
- 前記患者情報が患者クラス固有のデータを含む、請求項7記載のシステム。
- 前記のVDMの変数が、時間的に変化する生理的な系の状態を表す、請求項4記載のシステム。
- 前記のVDMの変数が、時間的に変化する生理的な系の状態を表す、請求項1記載のシステム。
