Description
Claims (20)
- 監視及び処置システムにおいて、前記システムが、
被験体の少なくとも1つの生理的状態と関連付けられる、被験体の少なくとも1つの生理的パラメータを非侵襲的にセンシングするため、前記被験体の耳道内又は付近に配置され、前記生理的パラメータ測定装置と、
前記センシングされた生理的パラメータを分析し、前記被験体の前記生理的状態を検出するため、前記生理的パラメータ測定装置と動作的に結合される、分析装置と、
前記被験体の前記生理的状態の前記検出及び前記分析に基づいて、前記被験体の生理的状態を緩和するため、前記被験体の耳道内又は付近における前記生理的パラメータ測定装置で、前記被験体を刺激する刺激装置であって、無意識的、且つ前記被験体を起こすことなく、前記被験体に呼吸させるか、又は前記被験体を横向きにするように思い起こさせる音声信号を提供するスピーカを有する当該刺激装置と
を有し、
前記システムが、所定の期間より長く無呼吸であることを決定し、前記刺激装置が、次第に前記音声信号の強度を強める、
システム。 - 前記生理的パラメータ測定装置が、前記被験体の呼吸数をセンシングし、前記呼吸の中断が検出された場合、前記刺激装置が、呼吸を再開させるため、前記被験体を刺激する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記分析装置が、前記センシングされた呼吸数を初期値及び所定のパラメータの1つと比較し、該比較に基づいて前記呼吸の中断を決定し、前記刺激装置は、前記被験体が呼吸を再開するように、前記被験体を刺激する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記生理的パラメータ測定装置は、血中酸素レベル、脈拍、及び血圧の少なくとも1つを更にセンシングする、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記分析装置が、少なくとも前記センシングされた呼吸数、前記血中酸素レベル、及び前記脈拍の1若しくはそれより多くの組合せを、初期値及び所定のパラメータの1つ、又はこれらの組合せと比較し、前記組み合わされた分析に基づいて、複数の誤検出を最小化して、前記呼吸の中断を検出し、前記刺激装置は、前記被験体が呼吸を再開するように前記被験体に刺激を与える、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記生理的パラメータ測定装置が、耳内のプローブを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記耳内のプローブが
前記被験体の前記耳道に挿入される管と、
前記管の付近に位置されるとともに、前記被験体の前記耳道に前記管とともに挿入され、前記被験体の少なくとも呼吸数をセンシングする、第1センシング装置と、
前記管の付近に位置されるとともに、前記被験体の前記耳道に前記管とともに挿入され、前記呼吸の中断が検出される場合、呼吸を再開させるために前記被験体を刺激する音声信号を生成する第2センシング装置と、
を含む、請求項6に記載のシステム。 - 閉塞型睡眠時呼吸障害(OSDB)を監視するとともに処置するシステムの作動方法において、前記システムが、生理的パラメータ測定装置、分析装置及び刺激装置を有し、前記方法は、
前記生理学的パラメータ測定装置が、睡眠する被験体の少なくとも1つの生理的状態と関連付けられる、前記被験体の少なくとも1つの生理的パラメータを、前記被験体の耳道を介して非侵襲的にセンシングするステップと、
前記分析装置が、前記被験体の前記生理的状態を検出するため、前記センシングされた生理的パラメータを分析するステップと、
前記刺激装置が、前記被験体の前記生理的状態の前記検出に応答して、スピーカにより、無意識的、且つ前記被験体を起こすことなく、前記被験体に呼吸させるか、又は前記被験体を横向きにするように思い起こさせる音声信号を生成するステップと、
前記分析装置が、所定の期間より長く無呼吸であることを決定するステップと、
前記刺激装置が、次第に前記音声信号の強度を強めるステップと、
を有する方法。 - 前記生理学的パラメータ測定装置が、前記被験体の呼吸数をセンシングするステップと、
前記分析装置が、前記呼吸の中断を検出するステップと、
前記刺激装置が、前記被験体が呼吸を再開するように音声信号を生成するステップと
を更に有する、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記呼吸の中断を検出するステップが
前記センシングされた呼吸数を、初期値と所定のパラメータとのうちの1つと比較するステップと、
前記比較に基づいて、前記呼吸の中断を決定するステップと
を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記生理学的パラメータ測定装置が、血中酸素レベル、脈拍、及び血圧の少なくとも1つを含む生理的パラメータをセンシングするステップと、
前記分析装置が、前記センシングされた呼吸数と、前記センシングされた生理的パラメータとの組合せを分析するステップと、
前記分析装置が、前記組み合わされた分析に基づいて、前記呼吸の中断を検出するステップと、
前記分析装置が、複数の誤った音声信号生成を最小限にするステップと
を更に含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記呼吸の中断を検出するステップが、
前記センシングされた呼吸数、血中酸素レベル、及び脈拍を、初期値及び所定のパラメータの1つ又はこれらの組合せと比較するステップと、
該比較に基づいて、前記呼吸の中断を決定するステップと
を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記分析装置が、閉塞型睡眠時呼吸障害(OSDB)イベントを検出するステップと、
前記システムが、前記センシングされた生理的パラメータと前記検出されたOSDBイベントとの少なくとも1つを計算されたユニットに送信するステップと、
前記システムが、全体の睡眠活動並びに前記OSDBイベントの数及び重症度の少なくとも1つを記録するステップと
を更に含む、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記分析装置が、前記記録されたOSDBイベントの睡眠ポリグラフ診断分析を実行するステップと、
前記システムが、前記集められ、分析されたデータの少なくとも1つを睡眠ポリグラフラボに転送するステップと、
の1つを更に含む、請求項13に記載の方法。 - 閉塞型睡眠時呼吸障害(OSDB)を監視するとともに処置するシステムであって、前記システムが、
前記OSDBと関連付けられる、被験体の少なくとも1つの生理的パラメータを、非侵襲的にセンシングするため、前記被験体の耳道内に配置される耳内センシング装置と、
前記耳内センシング装置と通信するため、前記耳内センシング装置に動作的に結合される監視装置と、
前記センシングされた生理的パラメータを分析するとともに、OSDBイベントを検出する分析装置と、
前記耳内センシング装置の中に位置され、前記検出されたOSDBイベントに基づいて、前記OSDBイベントを緩和するため、前記被験体を刺激する装置と
を有し、
前記刺激する装置が、無意識的、且つ前記被験体を起こすことなく、前記被験体に呼吸させるか、又は前記被験体を横向きにするように思い起こさせる音声信号を提供するスピーカを有し、
前記システムが、所定の期間より長く無呼吸であることを決定し、前記スピーカが、次第に前記音声信号の強度を強める、
システム。 - 前記耳内センシング装置が、前記被験体の呼吸数、血中酸素レベル、及び脈拍の少なくとも1つをセンシングする、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記分析装置が、前記センシングされた呼吸数と、血中酸素レベル、脈拍、及び血圧の少なくとも1つとの1つ又は何れかの組合せを比較することに基づいて、OSDBイベントを検出する、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記耳内センシング装置が、少なくとも
前記被験体の呼吸数、血中酸素レベル、及び脈拍の少なくとも1つをセンシングする、少なくとも1つのセンシング装置と、
前記被験体に呼吸を再開させるか、又は横向きにさせる、前記被験体により聞くことができる無意識的な音声信号を生成する装置と、
を含む、請求項15に記載のシステム。 - 前記生理的パラメータの少なくとも1つと、検出されたOSDBイベントとを、連続的、所定のレートで周期的、オンデマンド、及び前記OSDBイベントの検出に基づいて、のうちの1つで、ワイヤレスに送信する、前記監視装置に動作的に結合されるワイヤレストランシーバと、
全体の睡眠活動並びに、前記OSDBイベントの数及び重症度の少なくとも1つを記録する、前記トランシーバに動作的に結合されるコンピュータ化されたユニットと
を更に含む、請求項15に記載のシステム。 - 前記コンピュータ化されたユニットが、前記記録されたOSDBイベントの睡眠ポリグラフ診断分析を実行し、前記記録され、分析されたデータの1つを電子的にポリグラフラボに転送する、請求項19に記載のシステム。
