Description
The present invention relates to a sprinkler control panel provided in a sprinkler fire extinguishing facility.
Buildings are obligated by the Fire Service Act to install disaster prevention equipment such as fire alarm equipment and fire extinguishing equipment depending on the purpose and size.
If the area of the building is small, there is no legal obligation to install disaster prevention equipment, but if the owner of the building wishes to install the disaster prevention equipment, it may be installed on its own.
Panels such as fire receivers and sprinkler control panels used in these disaster prevention facilities are equipped with a battery as a backup power source so that the functions of the facilities can be maintained for a predetermined time even if a power failure occurs. .
By the way, in recent years, because the frequency of fires at group home facilities has increased, the Fire Service Act has been revised, and for facilities targeting group homes, etc., it was previously installed only in facilities with a total area of 1,000 m 2 or more. The installation of sprinkler fire extinguishing equipment, which had been required, has also become mandatory for target facilities with a total area of 275 m 2 or more.
Because the total area is less than 1,000 m 2 , it is a relatively small building, so it is possible to install a “specific facility water-linked sprinkler facility” that uses water in a facility of this size. ing.
As an example of such a sprinkler fire extinguishing facility using tap water (hereinafter, referred to as a water-coupled sprinkler facility), there is a residential sprinkler device disclosed in
The sprinkler device for a house disclosed in
In the residential sprinkler device disclosed in
However, as a countermeasure at the time of a power failure, the mechanism that opens the original valve as in
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a sprinkler control panel that can operate reliably even during a power failure without having a complicated mechanism.
The inventor considered providing a spare power source in the sprinkler control panel.
A battery as a backup power source used in a fire receiver in a fire alarm facility installed in a conventional large facility has a rectangular parallelepiped shape with an axial cross section, and its thickness is the same as the thickness of the fire receiver body. It is almost equivalent. Therefore, when installing a battery as a backup power source in a conventional fire alarm system, install it at the bottom of the fire receiver's housing and place a printed circuit board or the like above it on the top side of the fire receiver. It was like that.
However, the case of the sprinkler control panel of the water-coupled sprinkler equipment is small because it is installed in a small-scale building such as a detached house, and a battery as a backup power source is installed in such a small case. In the case of arrangement, the conventional method cannot be housed in the housing, and the housing must be made large.
However, it is desirable to avoid increasing the size of the sprinkler control panel in consideration of the situation where the facility where the water-coupled sprinkler equipment is installed is small.
Thus, in order to install a battery as a backup power source in a sprinkler control panel of a specific facility water-coupled sprinkler facility, first, the arrangement becomes a problem.
Also, in facilities where water-linked sprinkler equipment is installed, the location where the sprinkler control panel is installed is also similar to that of large buildings where large-scale sprinkler fire extinguishing equipment is installed. It is not always possible to have a dedicated installation location, and therefore it can be installed in a location that is susceptible to external impacts. Therefore, it is also necessary to protect electronic components such as a printed circuit board that can be said to be the heart of the sprinkler control panel.
That is, as a function required for the sprinkler control panel of the water-coupled sprinkler facility, the sprinkler control panel can protect electronic components such as a printed circuit board against external impacts.
The inventor has eagerly studied from the viewpoint of storing a battery as a backup power source and protecting electronic components such as a printed circuit board, and using a flat, substantially rectangular parallelepiped battery as a backup power source enables a storage in a small housing. At the same time, it was considered to give the battery a function as a protective member for the printed circuit board. The present invention is based on such knowledge, and specifically comprises the following configuration.
(1) A sprinkler control panel according to the present invention includes a housing composed of a main body and a lid, a printed circuit board installed in the main body and housed in the housing , and a printed circuit board installed so as to cover the printed circuit board A protective cover; a vertical wall provided on the bottom plate of the main body, the height of which is set higher than the height of the electrical component on the printed circuit board; and the vertical wall placed on the vertical wall and disposed above the printed circuit board protective cover And a flat, substantially rectangular parallelepiped battery that functions as a standby power source.
Preferably, the housing is formed of a main body and a lid that is attached to the main body and can be opened and closed, and the lid is fixed to the main body with a fixing screw in a closed state. In this case, it is preferable to provide a screw cover that hides the head of the fixing screw so that the head of the fixing screw cannot be seen from the outside. An example of providing this screw cover is as follows.
A recessed part is formed in the part where the fixing screw is installed, and the screw cover is inserted into the recessed part so that the surface of the screw cover and the surface of the lid body are flush with each other in the inserted state, that is, there is no step. To. As a method of fixing the screw cover, a through hole (opening) is provided on the lid side, a leg portion that can be inserted into the through hole is formed in the screw cover, and the leg portion is formed in the through hole. A locking portion that locks the edge of the through hole in the inserted state is provided.
In the present invention, a housing for storing a printed circuit board, a printed circuit board protective cover installed so as to cover the printed circuit board, and a battery as a standby power source having a flat, substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape on the printed circuit board protective cover. By arranging it, the sprinkler control panel can be operated even in the event of a power failure, and the battery is arranged on the upper surface side of the printed circuit board protective cover that is arranged so as to cover the printed circuit board. At the same time, the battery has a function of protecting the printed circuit board.
The sprinkler control panel according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. The
The configuration of the

The

When the
