Description
或いは、塔の下方に空気を内部に吸気する吸気口を、塔の上方に内部の空気を大気に放出する排気口を設けると共に、変圧器の放熱器の上に、前記吸気口から吸気されて前記放熱器から放出された熱を奪った空気が流れ込むフードを設置し、該フードには、前記塔の上方まで伸び、該フードに流れ込んだ前記放熱器から放出された熱を奪った空気を前記塔内に排気する排気ダクトが接続され、かつ、該排気ダクトで前記塔内に排気された空気は、前記排気口を介して大気に放出されることを特徴とする。
Claims (6)
- 基礎上に建てられた塔と、該塔の頂部に設置されたナセルと、該ナセル内に設置された発電機と、該発電機と連結され、該発電機を回転させることで電力を発生させるブレードと、前記塔の内部の基礎上に設置され、前記発電機で発生した電力を変圧する変圧器と備え、
前記変圧器は、鉄心と該鉄心に装着された巻線とが波形リブタンクに収容され、該波形リブタンク内に冷却媒体が充填されて形成され、前記鉄心と巻線で発生した熱を、前記冷却媒体で奪い前記波形リブタンクを介して放出する風力発電設備において、
前記塔の下方に空気を内部に吸気する吸気口を、前記塔の上方に内部の空気を大気に放出する排気口を設けると共に、前記変圧器の波形リブタンクの上に、前記吸気口から吸気されて前記波形リブタンクから放出された熱を奪った空気が流れ込むフードを設置し、該フードには、前記塔の上方まで伸び、該フードに流れ込んだ前記波形リブタンクから放出された熱を奪った空気を前記塔内に排気する排気ダクトが接続され、かつ、該排気ダクトで前記塔内に排気された空気は、前記排気口を介して大気に放出されることを特徴とする風力発電設備。 - 基礎上に建てられた塔と、該塔の頂部に設置されたナセルと、該ナセル内に設置された発電機と、該発電機と連結され、該発電機を回転させることで電力を発生させるブレードと、前記塔の内部の基礎上に設置され、前記発電機で発生した電力を変圧する変圧器とを備え、
前記変圧器は、鉄心と該鉄心に装着された巻線とがタンクに収容され、該タンク内に冷却媒体が充填されている変圧器本体と、該変圧器本体の前記タンクと配管で接続されている放熱器とから成り、前記鉄心と巻線で発生した熱を、前記冷却媒体で奪い前記配管を介して前記放熱器から放出する風力発電設備において、
前記塔の下方に空気を内部に吸気する吸気口を、前記塔の上方に内部の空気を大気に放出する排気口を設けると共に、前記変圧器の放熱器の上に、前記吸気口から吸気されて前記放熱器から放出された熱を奪った空気が流れ込むフードを設置し、該フードには、前記塔の上方まで伸び、該フードに流れ込んだ前記放熱器から放出された熱を奪った空気を前記塔内に排気する排気ダクトが接続され、かつ、該排気ダクトで前記塔内に排気された空気は、前記排気口を介して大気に放出されることを特徴とする風力発電設備。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の風力発電設備において、
前記排気口は、前記排気ダクトの上部開口近くの前記塔上部に設けられていることを特徴とする風力発電設備。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の風力発電設備において、
前記排気ダクトは、前記塔の内部の他の発熱機器につながる排気ダクトと別配置されていることを特徴とする風力発電設備。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の風力発電設備において、
前記排気ダクト内若しくは排気ダクトと前記フードとの間にファンが設置されていることを特徴とする風力発電設備。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の風力発電設備において、
前記排気口の塔外側に、該排気口に風の吹き込みを防ぐ防風板が設置されていることを特徴とする風力発電設備。
