前記ベース側板状部の上面を覆って前記ベース側ヒンジ金具に取り付けられたカバー部材と、
前記カバー部材の上面の一部を覆って水平に延びたスペーサ部、および前記スペーサ部に対して上方に延びて前記軸孔と係合可能な軸部から構成され、前記ベース側板状部に取り付けられたスペーサ軸部材とを備え、
