【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は遊技盤の下方の遊技部材取付部に滞留した遊技球を排出しうるようにした弾球遊技機に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の弾球遊技機においては、遊技領域が形成された遊技盤と、遊技球を遊技領域へ導くための発射レールと遊技状態に応じて払出装置から払出される遊技球を前面側に導く球流出口とが少なくとも設けられた遊技部材取付部と、遊技部材取付部の前面側にて一側方を軸に開閉可能に配設された球貯留部材とが設けられた弾球遊技機がある。
この球貯留部材には遊技部材取付部の球流出口と遊技球が流通可能に連通される球払出口と、球払出口より流出してきた遊技球を貯留可能な球貯留部と、球貯留部に貯留されている遊技球を発射レールの発射位置に供給する球供給装置とが設けられている。
そして、前述した遊技部材取付部４０は図１２に示すように、一般的には取付面４１’と、前記取付面４１’の前面側端部に設けられた下壁４２’等により構成されている。
尚、このような弾球遊技機においては、球流出口と球払出口は球貯留部材が閉鎖された状態においては連通状態なると共に、球供給装置による発射レールへの遊技球供給が可能となり、球貯留部材が開放された状態においては、球流出口と球払出口が非連通状態となると共に球供給装置による発射レールへの遊技球供給が不可能となる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このような弾球遊技機においては、例えば球貯留部材の開放時に遊技部材取付部の球流出口、球貯留部材の球排出口、球供給装置から遊技球がこぼれる等して遊技部材取付部内、例えば、遊技部材取付部を形成する取付面の下壁面等、本来遊技球が停留すべきでない個所に遊技球が停留してしまうことがあり、遊技球が停留された状態で球貯留部材を閉鎖してしまうと遊技部材取付部、球供給装置等や、その他の部材を変形させる等して弾球遊技機に弊害を齎す虞がある。

この発明は従来の課題を解決するようにしたもので、遊技部材取付部、例えば、遊技部材取付部を形成する取付面の下壁面等、本来遊技球が停留すべきでない個所にこぼれ落ちた遊技球を遊技部材取付部外部に排出可能に構成し、遊技部材取付部に停留した遊技球が原因となる弾球遊技機の故障を防止可能とすることを目的とする。

【課題を解決する手段】
この発明は諸課題を解決して目的を達成するために、請求項１の弾球遊技機は、遊技領域を形成する遊技盤１１と、遊技盤下方に形成され、遊技球を前記遊技領域へ導くための発射レール４５と、遊技状態に応じて払出装置から払出される遊技球を前面側に導く球流出口４７とが少なくとも設けられた遊技部材取付部４０と、前記球流出口４７と遊技球が流通可能に連通される球払出口１９と、前記球払出口１９より流出してきた遊技球を貯留可能な球貯留部８と、前記球貯留部８に貯留されている遊技球を前記発射レールの発射位置に供給する球供給装置１６とが設けられ、前記遊技部材取付部４０の前面側にて一側方を軸に開閉可能に配設された球貯留部材７とを備えた弾球遊技機において、前記遊技部材取付部４０は少なくとも取付面と前記取付面下部に前面側に突設して形成された下壁面４２から構成されると共に、前記下壁面に前記遊技部材取付部にこぼれ落ちた遊技球を遊技機前面側に誘導するための傾斜部４２ａを前記遊技部材取付部のうち通常時には遊技球が進入すべきでない個所に形成し、
前記傾斜部４２ａを、傾斜部の両側から遊技機中央方向へ遊技球を誘導する傾斜とすると共に中央に近づくに従い前方へも傾斜させることにより、傾斜部の遊技球を中央下部の球貯留部９に転がり落ち可能に構成したことを要旨とするものである。

この発明の構成による作用は、遊技部材取付部にこぼれ落ちた遊技球を遊技部材取付部の外部へ誘導するための傾斜部が形成されたことによって、遊技部材取付部にこぼれ落ちた遊技球が遊技部材取付部に停留することなく傾斜部の上を遊技球が転がって遊技部材取付部の外部へ誘導できるため、遊技部材取付部に停留した遊技球が原因となる弾球遊技機の故障を防止可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
この発明の実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。図１はこの発明の弾球遊技機の正面図、図２は同背面図、図３は球貯留部材の前面側斜視図、図４は同裏面側の斜視図、図５は球貯留部材を備えた球貯留部材を開放した状態の弾球遊技機の正面図、図６は中枠体の正面図、図７は同背面図、図８はガラス枠、球貯留部材を除いて示す弾球遊技機の要部斜視図、図９は遊技部材取付部の傾斜部を前面側に傾斜した実施例を示す図５のＡ−Ａ断面図、図１０は同傾斜部を裏面側に傾斜した実施例を示す断面図、図１１は傾斜部を中央部へ傾斜した実施例を示す斜視図、図１２は従来の弾球遊技機の遊技部材取付部の断面図である。

弾球遊技機の全体構造
図１および図２において、弾球遊技機は側枠１と、該側枠１の一側に開閉自在に軸支されかつ前面枠体２と、裏面の機構基板３とにより構成されている。該側枠１の開口４に金枠５が設けられ、この金枠５の上部に金属製ガラス板収容枠６が開閉自由に備えられ、かつその前面下部に球貯留部８が固着される球貯留部材７が開閉自由に設けられ、さらに該球貯留部材７の下方の前面枠体２に球貯留部９が固定され、操作ハンドル１０等が備えられている。前記前面枠体２には遊技盤１１を嵌合する遊技面収容開口２１が設けられ、その開口の背面から遊技盤１１が当てられ、側枠１と遊技盤１１の背面に機構基板３が開閉係脱可能に設けられる。

側枠
側枠１は木製板材で枠組みし、その一側上下に軸支手段１３が備えられ、前面枠体２が開閉自由に軸支される。この側枠１の開放側の内側上下に鍵装置１４と係脱して前面枠体２を開閉するための係止金具１５が取付られ、該前面枠体２は一側において側枠１に軸支手段１３により開閉自在に取付けられ、他側に設けた鍵装置１４が係止金具１５に係脱可能に設けられる。この側枠１の開口４には周囲に金枠５が設けられ、この金枠５にガラス板収容枠６が一側で開閉自由に軸支され、ガラス枠の他端の係止部材が金枠５の内面に設けた係止板に係脱する構造とされている。かつ金枠５の下部に球貯留部８が備えられた球貯留部材７が軸支手段で開閉自由に設けられるとともに開放側を係止手段７６等で係脱可能に備えられている、さらに該球貯留部材７の下方の前面枠体２に球貯留部９が固定され、操作ハンドル１０等が備えられている。側枠と前面枠体の枠を木製とし、合成樹脂製の中枠体を設けた場合を示したが、これに限られるものではなく、例えば側枠、前面枠体、中枠体を合成樹脂製とするもの、前面枠体と中枠体を一体、或いは一体的に設けるものなども含むものである。

前面枠体
図１、図５および図６において、前面枠体２を説明する。前面枠体２の裏面側には合成樹脂製の中枠体（ミドルプレート）２０がネジ等固定手段で固定されている。この中枠体２０には、その上部に遊技盤１１嵌合する遊技盤収容開口２１が形成され、該遊技面収容開口２１に背面側から遊技盤１１が装着されている。該遊技盤１１の正面には球誘導レール２２、図柄表示装置２３、風車２４、球ガイド体２５、始動口２６、大入賞口２７、左右の入賞口２８、アウト球排出口２９が設けられている。

図６および図７において、前面枠体２の中枠体２０には、上部に前記遊技盤収容開口２１が設けられ、該遊技盤収容開口２１に遊技盤１１が裏面より嵌合される。該中枠体２０の背面側の左右上下には遊技盤１１の裏面に対して係脱しうる係止部材３０が回動可能に軸支され、かつ下部中央にも別の係止部材３１が回動可能に軸支されている。係止部材３０、３１は係止部と操作部を有し、操作部を回動して、遊技盤に係脱可能とされている。また、遊技盤１１の背面には入賞球の合成樹脂製排出路３２が設けられ、その背面には中央制御回路基板収容ケース３３等が取付けられている。かつ、遊技盤１１の下部にはアウト球排出口２９に連通してアウト球排出溝３４が形成されている。

前記中枠体２０の下部の遊技部材取付部４０は、取付面４１と下壁面４２とから成り、遊技球を前記遊技領域へ導くための発射レール４５と、遊技状態に応じて払出装置９６から払出される遊技球を前面側に導く球流出口４７とが少なくとも設けられている。実施形態では、前記球貯留部材７の背面に相当する位置に、発射レールユニット収容部４４が形成されて発射レール４５等からなる発射レールユニット４６が装着され、かつその発射レールユニット４６とは反対側に球貯留部材７の前面に取付ける球貯留部８に背面の機構基板３に備えたセーフ球検出器の信号により球払出し装置９６から球導出経路を通じて払出される球を排出する球流出口４７を形成した球ユニット収容部４８と、球嵌まり込み防止板４９とが形成され、その下部の取付面４１の中央に円形のスピーカー収容部５０が形成され、そのスピーカー収容部の両側、すなわち球ユニット収容部の下面と発射レールユニット収容部の下面の前面に向けて（前面に突設して）下壁面４２が構成されている。

前記遊技部材取付部４０の球流出口４７と前記球貯留部材７の球払出口１９は、前記球貯留部材７が開放された状態においては非連通状態となり、前記球貯留部材７が閉鎖された状態においては連通状態となる構成とされている。
上記構成とすると、前記遊技部材取付部４０の球流出口４７と前記球貯留部材７の球払出口１９は、球貯留部材７が開放状態の時は非連通状態となるので、球流出口４７や球払出口１９から遊技球がこぼれやすくなるが、前記傾斜部４２ａによってこぼれ落ちた遊技球を遊技機外部に排出することができる。また球流出口４７と球払出口１９は球貯留部材７が閉鎖状態の時は連通状態となっているので払い出される遊技球は球流出口から球払出口に流れて球貯留部材の球貯留部に流れるので遊技球が遊技部材取付部にこぼれ落ちることがなくなる。

球ユニット収容部４８の球流出口４７は、後述の機構基板３に備えられる球払出し装置９６から払出される球、或いは貸し球を排出する球経路９８に球出口９９が関連設置され、セーフ球入賞時に球払出し装置９６から払出される球が球出口９９から該球流出口４７を介して球貯留部材７の球払出口１９から球貯留部８に排出される。

この発明は、上記した弾球遊技機において、中枠体２０の下部の遊技部材取付部４０の取付面４１と下壁面４２の構造をこぼれ落ちた遊技球が機体の外部へ誘導できるようにするものである。

図６乃至図９において、中枠体２０の下部の遊技部材取付部４０の下壁面４２の構造を傾斜面として遊技球を機体外部へ誘導しうる実施形態を説明する。
この実施例は前記遊技部材取付部４０にこぼれ落ちた遊技球を前記遊技部材取付部４０の外部へ誘導するための傾斜部４２ａが形成されたものである。前記遊技部材取付部４０は少なくとも取付面４１と取付面下部に形成された下壁面４２から構成され、前記傾斜部４２ａは前記下壁面４２に形成される。前記下壁面４２は前記取付面４１の前面側に突設されると共に前記傾斜部４２ａは遊技機前面側に遊技球を誘導する傾斜とされている。該傾斜部４２ａの傾斜角度は、球貯留部材７を開放時に少なくともこぼれ落ちた球が自然に転がり落ちる角度とする。前記遊技部材取付部４０の下壁面４２の傾斜部４２ａの先端は少なくとも前面枠体２に設けられた球貯留部材開口部下方側の前面枠体２の上面と同じ高さか、或いは若干高くして、前記遊技部材取付部４０にこぼれ落ちた遊技球が前面枠体２に当って停留することのないようにしておく。
なお、前面枠体２の開口に取り付けられている金枠５に球貯留部材７の下辺が嵌合する断面コ字状嵌合部を設けたものでは、傾斜部の先端の高さをその断面コ字状嵌合部と同じか、或いは若干高くして、こぼれ落ちる遊技球がコ字状嵌合部に当って停留することのないようにしておく。

上記構成とすると、遊技部材取付部４０にこぼれ落ちた遊技球を遊技部材取付部の外部へ誘導するための傾斜部４２ａが形成されたので、遊技部材取付部４０にこぼれ落ちた遊技球が遊技部材取付部に停留することなく傾斜部４２ａの上を遊技球が転がって遊技部材取付部の外部（前面側或いは裏面側）へ誘導できるため、遊技部材取付部に停留した遊技球が原因となる弾球遊技機の故障を防止できる。
すなわち、前記遊技部材取付部４０に取付面４１と下壁面４２が形成され、下壁面４２に傾斜部４２ａが形成された構成としたので、遊技部材取付部にこぼれ落ちた遊技球が遊技部材取付部に停留することなく傾斜部４２ａの上を遊技球が転がって遊技部材取付部の外部（前面側或いは裏面側）へ誘導でき、遊技部材取付部に停留した遊技球が原因となる弾球遊技機の故障を防止できる。
前記傾斜部４２ａは遊技機前面側へ誘導する傾斜とした構成とした場合には、遊技部材取付部にこぼれ落ちた遊技球が遊技部材取付部に停留することなく傾斜部の上を遊技球が転がって遊技機前面側に転がり、遊技部材取付部内に遊技球が停留することなく、前面に転がってきた遊技球を再使用することができる。また、前面に転がるので、時には自然と球貯留部材の下側に設けられた球貯留部９内に誘導される場合もある。

図１０において、遊技部材取付部４０の別の実施形態を示すもので、前記下壁面４２は前記取付面４１の前面側に突設されると共に前記傾斜部４２ａは遊技機裏面側に遊技球を誘導する傾斜とされている。
この実施形態では、下壁面が取付面の裏面側に突設され、傾斜部４２ａを遊技機裏面側へ誘導する傾斜とした構成としたので、遊技部材取付部４０にこぼれ落ちた遊技球が遊技部材取付部に停留することなく傾斜部４２ａの上を遊技球が転がって遊技機裏面側に転がり、遊技部材取付部内に遊技球が停留することなく、裏面に転がった遊技球を遊技機が設置されている遊技機設置島に誘導される。傾斜部を裏面側へ遊技球が誘導される構成として、下壁面４２ａの前面を高くして裏面側へ傾斜させた傾斜部４２ａを設け、その傾斜面に連続して取付面４１に誘導穴５１が設けられる。この誘導穴５１に遊技機設置島に誘導する球排出路等を関連させて設け、遊技部材取付部の傾斜部４２ａの上より遊技機裏面側に転がる遊技球を遊技機設置島に誘導できるようを設けると効果的である。前記遊技部材取付部４０の下壁面４２の傾斜部４２ａの先端は少なくとも前面枠体２に設けられた球貯留部材開口部下方側の前面枠体２の上面と同じ高さか、或いは金枠のコの字状嵌合部と同じ高さか、或いは若干高くして、前記遊技部材取付部４０にこぼれ落ちる遊技球が主に背面側へ転がるようにしておく。

遊技部材取付部４０の構成としては、前記実施形態のほか、こぼれ落ちた遊技球が前記球貯留部材が開放時において、前記遊技部材取付部の外部に排出される構成とする。また、前記遊技部材取付部４０の前記傾斜部４２ａにこぼれ落ちた遊技球が遊技機外部に排出される構成とする。
この構成とすると、球貯留部材７が開放時に遊技部材取付部にこぼれ落ちた遊技球を遊技部材取付部の外部へ排出するための傾斜部が形成されることによって、球貯留部材が開放時に球流出口や球排出口や発射レールなどから遊技部材取付部にこぼれ落ちた遊技球が遊技部材取付部に停留することなく傾斜部の上を遊技球が転がって遊技部材取付部の外部（前面側或いは裏面側）へ排出できるため、遊技部材取付部に停留した遊技球が原因となる弾球遊技機の故障を防止できる。

例えば、図１１に示すように、前記下壁面４２が前記取付面４１の前面側に突設されると共に前記傾斜部４２ａは両側より遊技機中央方向へ遊技球を誘導する傾斜とした構成とされる。
この実施形態では、下壁面４２が取付面の前面側に突設され、該下壁面４２が両側より中央部方向へ誘導する傾斜とした構成としたので、遊技部材取付部４０にこぼれ落ちた遊技球が遊技部材取付部に停留することなく傾斜部４２ａの上を遊技球が転がって遊技機中央に転がり外部に誘導される。さらには、その傾斜部４２ａを中央に近づくに従い前方へも傾斜させ、遊技球を中央下部の球貯留部９に転がり落ちるようにすることもできる。
この構成とすると、遊技部材取付部の傾斜部にこぼれ落ちた遊技球を遊技機外部へ排出されることによって、傾斜部にこぼれ落ちた遊技球が遊技部材取付部内に停留することなく傾斜部の上を遊技球が転がって遊技機の外部（前面側或いは裏面側）へ排出できるため、遊技部材取付部に停留した遊技球が原因となる弾球遊技機の故障を防止できる。さらには、その傾斜部４２ａを中央に近づくに従い前方へも傾斜させる形状に構成すると、遊技球が自然に中央下部の球貯留部９に転がり落ちるようにできるので、落ちる球が遊技機外へ散らばることを防ぐこともできる。なお、傾斜部を背面側に傾斜させると共に中央部方向へも傾斜させれば、球を中央部より背面側へ排出するようにもできる。

また、前記傾斜部４２ａは、前記下壁面に限られるものではなく、前記遊技部材取付部のうち通常時には遊技球が進入すべきでない個所に形成される。
この構成とすると、傾斜部４２ａが遊技部材取付部４０のうち通常時に遊技球が進入すべきでない個所に形成されたことによって、遊技部材取付部内にこぼれ落ちた遊技球が遊技部材取付に停留することなく傾斜部の上を遊技球が転がって遊技部材取付部の外部（前面側或いは裏面側）へ排出できるため、遊技部材取付部に停留した遊技球が原因となる弾球遊技機の故障を防止することができる。

前面枠体２の背面には打球発射装置６０の打球発射装置取付基板６１を位置決め指定して装着するための取付基板収容部６２が形成され、発射装置の前面枠体２における所定位置への装着が前面枠体２に形成された位置決め溝と取付ボスとにより所定位置に正確に案内され固着される。打球発射装置６０は打球発射装置取付基板６１に打球槌６３が軸支され、該打球槌６３には弾発力を付与する付勢手段が装設され、かつ操作ハンドル１０の操作レバーの回動操作により打球槌６３の弾発力が調整され、操作レバーの操作により起動するモータの駆動によりカムの作用で打球槌６３のカム係受体が回動されて、打球槌６３が付勢手段に抗して弾発され、前記発射レール４５の発射部位に球貯留部材７の背面に取付けた球供給装置１６から発射レール４５の発射位置に遊技球が一球づつ供給され、打球槌６３の作動で打球が発射される。

球貯留部材
図３、図４において、金枠５の下部に備えられた球貯留部材７を説明する。球貯留部材７は金属製、合成樹脂製の長方形状板材で、前記球流出口４７と遊技球が流通可能に連通される背面側に角筒状に突出した球払出口１９と、前面に前記球払出口１９より流出してきた遊技球を貯留可能とされた球貯留部８と、球貯留部８の球を供給する通路７１と、該通路７１に球抜き孔が設けられ、かつ裏面に該球貯留部８に貯留されている遊技球を前記通路７１より前記発射レール４５の発射位置に供給する球供給装置１６とが設けられている。この球貯留部材７は遊技部材取付部の前面側にて一側方を軸に開閉可能に配設されている。この球貯留部材７の開閉構造は、該部材の一側の枢支側の上部に支軸部７３が設けられるとともに下部にバネにより下方へ付勢された支軸７４が上下摺動可能に備えられ、他側の開放側には上部に操作部７５を突出して設けた係止手段７６がバネにより下方へ付勢されて備えられ、前記一側の上部の支軸部７３はガラス板収容枠側に備えた支軸に軸支され、かつ下部の支軸７４は金枠の支持孔に挿入されて、球貯留部材７は一側の支軸を支点として開閉自由に備えられ、開放側の係止手段７６が金枠の係止部に係脱可能に備えられている。また、球貯留部の前面には、球貸しのボタン７８、カード返却ボタン７９、カードの残額表示手段８０、球抜き用押しボタン８１等が設けられている。

球供給装置１６は器体８５の内部上部に流入口に連通する打球供給通路部８６が傾斜状に設けられ、該打球供給通路部の終端と球供給装置１６との間に遊技球を落下させる球抜き口が形成され、球供給通路に該打球供給通路に沿ってガイド長孔に合致する長溝とが設けられ、長溝を通じて球抜き口に前記球抜き板が摺動自由に設けられ、かつその打球供給通路８６の終端の下方で、前記発射レール４５の発射部に対応する位置に打球を一個づつ送り出す打球供給制御部材８７が器体の開口部８８に臨ませて設けられている。

前記打球供給制御部材８７は円形の合成樹脂製回転体で、支軸で回動自由に支持され、かつ自然状態では下方に回動するように重心が置かれている。また、打球供給制御部材８７は打球供給通路部、球抜き板の先端の打球待機部で遊技球を上面で受け止める球受け止部と、上方に回動されたとき球受け止部から落下する遊技球を受け入れて保持し、かつ下方に回動されたときその遊技球を発射レール４５の発射部に送り出す球受け凹部が形成されている。
また、球抜き装置は押しボタン８１、作用部材、前記球抜き板等からなり、押しボタン８１を押圧して、球抜き板を球抜き口を開放する位置に移動させて球抜きを行うことができる構成としてある。
球貯留部材７の開放時に、球供給装置１６が発射レールから離反するときに発射レール上の打球、或いは打球供給制御部材８７に乗っている打球等がこぼれ落ちる。この発明の構成によれば、発射レール等から直下の下壁面にこぼれ落ちた遊技球が停留することがなく、機外へ排出できる。従って、球貯留部材を閉鎖時に遊技部材取付部、球供給装置等や、その他の部材を変形させることはなく、遊技部材取付部に停留した遊技球が原因となる弾球遊技機の故障を防止できる。

機構基板
図２において、前面枠体２に装着した遊技盤１１の背面を覆うように遊技盤背面側に装備されるとともに弾球遊技機内に収容された前面枠体２に対して開閉可能にされ、固定手段で止められる機構基板３を示す。機構基板３は、合成樹脂製ベース体９０の中央部に遊技盤１１の背面の中央制御回路基板等が露出する四角形の開口９１が形成され、該ベース体９０の背面上部に球タンク９２が、その下部にタンクレール９３を構成するタンクレールカバー９４が取着され、前記球タンク９２から球払出し装置９６へ球を流下させる球誘導路９５が構成される。この球誘導路９５に球払出し装置９６を有する球払出し駆動ユニット９７が装着される。該球払出し駆動ユニット９７の球払出し装置９６は球貸し要求や入賞の発生に伴って所定個数の球（貸し球、賞球）を払出す回転体および回転体を駆動するモータが収納されセーフ球誘導路でセーフ球を逐一球切りして検出するセーフ球検出装置におけるセーフ球通過の信号に基づき所定個数づつ、例えば１５個、８個、７個づつ球が払い出され、前記球流出口４７を通じ球払出口１９より払い出されるものである。
従って、球貯留部８から球流出口４７の奥まで球が一杯停留している場合等に前記球貯留部材７を開放すると、遊技部材取付部４０の球流出口４７から球貯留部材７の球払出口１９が離脱する際にその球流出口４７、球払出口１９に停留している球がこぼれ落ちることがある。上記この発明の構成としてこぼれ落ちた球を下壁面に遊技球が停留することがなく、機外へ排出できる。従って、球貯留部材を閉鎖時に遊技部材取付部、球供給装置等や、その他の部材を変形させることはなく、遊技部材取付部に停留した遊技球が原因となる弾球遊技機の故障を防止できる。
