Claims (9)
- 一つ又は複数の二次電池を有するバッテリパックであって、前記二次電池の充電電圧が第1設定電圧に達するまで前記二次電池に所定電流を印加する定電流区間と、前記定電流区間に続けて前記二次電池に所定電圧が印加される定電圧区間とで、前記二次電池を充電するバッテリパックの充電方法において、
前記定電圧区間と、充電電圧を遮断してから所定時間内に前記バッテリパックの無負荷電圧OCVを測定する充電中止区間と、が繰り返され、
前記測定された無負荷電圧OCVが第2設定電圧以上の場合に、前記バッテリパック内の保護回路を制御して前記バッテリパックの充電を終了することを特徴とする、
バッテリパックの充電方法。 - 前記測定した無負荷電圧OCVが第2設定電圧未満の場合に、前記二次電池に前記第1設定電圧と等しい電圧によって充電することを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載のバッテリパックの充電方法。 - 第2の時間だけ前記バッテリパックの充電を停止し、
前記第2の時間は、5〜10秒であることを特徴とする、
請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリパックの充電方法。 - 前記第1設定電圧は、前記定電流区間から前記定電圧区間に転換される際の電圧であることを特徴とする、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリパックの充電方法。 - 前記バッテリパックの無負荷電圧OCVは、前記第2の時間の時間範囲の間で測定されることを特徴とする、
請求項3に記載のバッテリパックの充電方法。 - 一つ又は複数のベアセル及び前記ベアセルの充放電を制御する電池管理システムを有するバッテリパックであって、前記ベアセルの充電電圧が第1設定電圧に達するまで前記ベアセルに所定電流を印加する定電流区間と、前記定電流区間に続けて前記ベアセルに所定電圧が印加される定電圧区間とで、前記ベアセルを充電するバッテリパックの充電方法において、
前記定電圧区間と、充電電圧を遮断してから所定時間内に前記バッテリパックの無負荷電圧OCVを測定する充電中止区間と、が繰り返され、
前記測定された無負荷電圧OCVが第2設定電圧以上の場合に、前記バッテリパック内の保護回路を制御して前記バッテリパックの充電を終了することを特徴とする、
バッテリパックの充電方法。 - 前記第1設定電圧は、前記定電流区間から前記定電圧区間に転換される際の電圧であることを特徴とする、
請求項6に記載のバッテリパックの充電方法。 - 第2の時間だけ前記バッテリパックの充電を停止し、
前記第2の時間は、5〜10秒であることを特徴とする、
請求項6又は7に記載のバッテリパックの充電方法。 - 前記バッテリパックの無負荷電圧OCVは、前記第2の時間の時間範囲の間で測定されることを特徴とする、
