Description
また、本発明の水処理方法は、ジオキサンを含む被処理水の処理方法であって、本発明のジオキサン分解方法におけるオゾン単独処理の前に、被処理水のCODMn/ジオキサン濃度が1以下となるように、被処理水中の有機物を生物処理により分解除去し、前記オゾン単独処理の後に被処理水中に残留する有機物を再び生物処理により分解除去するものである。

Claims (3)
- ジオキサンを含む被処理水中のジオキサンを分解処理するジオキサン分解方法であって、ジオキサン濃度が50mg/L以上、ジオキサン濃度に対するCODMnの比率(CODMn/ジオキサン濃度)が1以下である被処理水を、オゾン単独処理することにより、ジオキサン濃度を10mg/L以下に低下させると共に、CODMnを初期値の70%以上に維持するジオキサン分解方法。
- ジオキサンを含む被処理水の処理方法であって、請求項1に記載のジオキサン分解方法におけるオゾン単独処理の前に、被処理水のCODMn/ジオキサン濃度が1以下となるように、被処理水中の有機物を生物処理により分解除去し、前記オゾン単独処理の後に被処理水中に残留する有機物を再び生物処理により分解除去する水処理方法。
- 請求項2に記載の水処理方法において、オゾン単独処理前の生物処理部とオゾン単独処理後の生物処理部とを兼用する水処理方法。
