Claims (11)
- 少なくとも1個の斜めスロット付き穿孔を含む髄内釘と、
股関節螺旋移植片と、
前記少なくとも1つの斜めスロット付き穿孔内に受容される滑動スリーブと、を備え、前記股関節螺旋移植片は、前記滑動スリーブ内に受容され、
前記滑動スリーブと平行であるが同軸でなく配置され、前記滑動スリーブに係合して前記滑動スリーブを前記髄内釘に取り付ける横止めネジと、
前記髄内釘の少なくとも1つの横断穿孔内に受容される少なくとも1本の遠位固定用ネジと、をさらに備え、
前記股関節螺旋移植片は、前記滑動スリーブに設けられた内側平坦部に対応する外側平坦部を有する、髄内骨組織復位装置。 - 前記股関節螺旋移植片は、
円錐台形状を呈している前螺旋部、
前記前螺旋部に取付けられる少なくとも2枚の螺旋状に捻れた刃、および、
後平滑シャフトを備えており、前記後平滑シャフトには外側平坦面が設けられており、 前記刃は各々に1個の穴が設けられており、前記段差螺旋部材から突出しているペグを受容することで前記股関節螺旋移植片を段差螺旋部材に固定し、
前記股関節螺旋移植片はカニューレ状に構成されて、キルシュナー鋼線を受容することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の髄内骨組織復位装置。 - 前記髄内釘はカニューレ状に構成され、前記髄内釘のカニューレ部は少なくとも一部にネジが切られて髄内釘と同軸の止めネジを受容し、
前記少なくとも1個の斜めスロット付き穿孔は、前記カニューレ部と連絡状態にあり、 前記髄内釘には、前記横止めネジと組になって螺合するネジを切った切欠きが設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の髄内骨組織復位装置。 - 前記滑動スリーブは1本の管材から構成されており、前記管材には、前記股関節螺旋移植片の前記外側平坦面に対応する前記内側平坦部が設けられており、前記滑動スリーブは後端に外側ネジが切られて、前記横止めネジと螺合することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の髄内骨組織復位装置。
- 前記同軸止めネジは、前記滑動スリーブを前記斜めスロット付き穿孔の内側に固定することにより、滑動スリーブを前記髄内釘に固定することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の髄内骨組織復位装置。
- 前記段差螺旋部材は、スロットが設けられた基部に取付けられた少なくとも2枚の螺旋状に捻れた刃を備えており、
前記スロットが設けられた基部は前ペグを有しており、前記前ペグは前記股関節螺旋移植片の前記シャフトに配置された切欠きに嵌合することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の髄内骨組織復位装置。 - 少なくとも1個の斜めスロット付き穿孔を含む髄内釘と、股関節螺旋移植片と、前記少なくとも1つの斜めスロット付き穿孔内に受容される滑動スリーブと、を備え、前記股関節螺旋移植片は、前記滑動スリーブ内に受容され、前記滑動スリーブと平行であるが同軸でなく配置され、前記滑動スリーブに係合して前記前記滑動スリーブを前記髄内釘に取り付ける横止めネジと、前記髄内釘の少なくとも1つの横断穿孔内に受け入れられる少なくとも1本の遠位固定用ネジと、をさらに備え、前記股関節螺旋移植片は、前記滑動スリーブに設けられた平坦部に対応する外側平坦部を有する、髄内骨組織復位装置と、前記髄内骨組織復位装置を挿入するための挿入具とを備えた組立体において、前記挿入具は、
回転ハンドルを有しているカニューレ状のシャフト、
軸線方向インサート部材、および、
後蓋を備えており、
前記カニューレ状のシャフトはその前端にスロットが設けられており、前記スロットが設けられた前端は段差螺旋部材のスロットが設けられた基部と嵌合し、
前記回転ハンドルは前記カニューレ状のシャフトの上に組み付けられ、
前記カニューレ状のシャフトの後部にはノーズが設けられており、前記股関節螺旋移植片の挿入完了後は、前記ノーズを叩くことで前記挿入具を取外すことができることを特徴とする組立体。 - 前記段差螺旋部材は、スロットが設けられた基部に取付けられた少なくとも2枚の螺旋状に捻れた刃を備えており、前記スロットが設けられた基部は前ペグを有しており、前記前ペグは前記股関節螺旋移植片の前記シャフトに配置された切欠きに嵌合することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の組立体。
- 前記軸線方向インサート部材は前記カニューレ状のシャフトよりも直径を小さくして前記シャフトのカニューレ部を滑動自在に通り抜けることができるようになっているとともに、外側にネジを切った前端を設けることで前記股関節螺旋移植片のシャフトの内側ネジに螺合し、前記挿入具を股関節螺旋移植片に堅固に取付けるようにしたことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の組立体。
- 前記挿入具、前記段差螺旋部材、および、前記股関節螺旋移植片は挿入前に組み付けられることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の組立体。
- 前記挿入具、前記段差螺旋部材、および、前記股関節螺旋移植片の組み付けプロセスは、
前記段差螺旋部材を前記股関節螺旋移植片の後部に堅固に取付けて、段差螺旋部材に設けられたペグを股関節螺旋移植片の刃に配置された穴に挿入する工程を含んでおり、
前記挿入具の前記カニューレ状のシャフトはスロットが設けられた機構によって前記段差螺旋部材の前記基部と係合し、
前記軸線方向インサート部材は前記段差螺旋部材の前記基部のカニューレ部の中を通って前記股間螺旋移植片の前記シャフトの、内側にネジを切った穴に挿入され、前記軸線方向インサート部材は前記股関節螺旋移植片にねじ込まれ、
前記挿入具の前記後蓋は前記軸線方向インサート部材のネジを切った後端に取付けられることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の組立体。
