Description
ターゲッティング方法の別の例示的な実施の形態によれば、透視画像はCアーム装置により記録される。
第一のオブジェクトで少なくとも1つのマーカを使用することは、透視画像の第一のオブジェクトの可視性を改善する効率的なやり方である。

Claims (21)
- 検査中のオブジェクトにおけるエントリポイントからターゲットポイントに第一のオブジェクトを追跡する装置を作動させる方法であって、
前記装置の選択手段が、前記エントリポイント及び前記ターゲットポイントを示す前記検査中のオブジェクトの2次元画像を選択するステップと、
前記装置の決定手段が、前記エントリポイントから前記ターゲットポイントへの計画された経路を決定するステップと、前記計画された経路は第一の方向を有し、
前記装置の記録手段が、前記検査中のオブジェクト及び前記第一のオブジェクトの透視画像を表すデータを記録するステップと、前記透視画像は、前記透視画像の垂線が前記第一の方向と平行であるように第二の方向で記録され、
前記装置の投影手段が、前記計画された経路の3次元グラフィックモデルを2次元グラフとして前記透視画像に投影するステップと、
前記装置の判定手段が、前記透視画像において見ることができる前記第一のオブジェクトの投影の形状及び/又は位置が、投影された2次元グラフと同じであることに基づいて、前記第一のオブジェクトが前記計画された経路にあるかを判定するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記2次元画像は、前記検査中のオブジェクトの3次元画像のスライスとして選択される、
請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記3次元画像は、コンピュータ断層撮影装置により記録されたデータのなかから再構成される、
請求項2記載の方法。 - 前記投影手段が、前記透視画像に3次元のグラフィックモデルを投影するステップを更に含む、
請求項1乃至3の何れか記載の方法。 - 前記予め決定された形状は実質的に円である、
請求項1乃至4の何れか記載の方法。 - 前記透視画像はCアーム装置により記録される、
請求項1乃至5の何れか記載の方法。 - 前記記録手段が、前記検査中のオブジェクトの第一の複数の透視画像を記録するステップと、前記第一の複数の透視画像は前記第二の方向で記録され、
前記判定手段が、前記第一の複数の透視画像における前記第一のオブジェクトの投影の形状に基づいて、前記第一のオブジェクトが決定された計画された経路にあるかを判定するステップと、
を更に含む請求項1乃至6の何れか記載の方法。 - 前記記録手段が、シャッターが閉じられたコンピュータ断層撮影を実行することでデータを記録するステップと、
前記判定手段が、前記計画された経路が前記閉じられたコンピュータ断層撮影で記録されたデータに依存して変更される必要があるかを判定するステップと、
を更に含む請求項1乃至7の何れか記載の方法。 - 前記記録手段が、前記検査中のオブジェクトの第二の透視画像を記録するステップと、前記第二の透視画像は、前記第二の透視画像の垂線が前記第二の方向に垂直であるように第三の方向で記録され、
前記決定手段が、前記第二の透視画像に基づいて前記第一のオブジェクトの進行を決定するステップと、
を更に含む請求項1乃至8の何れか記載の方法。 - 前記装置の生成手段が、3次元のグラフィックモデルから、前記計画された経路と前記ターゲットポイントを示すグラフィックを生成するステップと、
前記装置の重ね合わせ手段が、検査中の前記オブジェクトの2次元画像に前記グラフィックを重ね合わせるステップと、
を更に含む請求項9記載の方法。 - 前記グラフィックはスケールを含む、
請求項10記載の方法。 - 前記装置のレンダリング手段が、同じ視野の下で前記グラフィック、前記透視画像及び前記2次元画像をレンダリングするステップを更に含む、
請求項10又は11記載の方法。 - 前記透視画像の記録における焦点は、前記計画された経路の延長にある、
請求項12記載の方法。 - 前記第一のオブジェクトは少なくとも1つのマーカを含む、

前記エントリポイント及び前記ターゲットポイントを示す検査中のオブジェクトの2次元画像を選択する選択ユニットと、
前記エントリポイントから前記ターゲットポイントへの計画された経路を決定する決定ユニットと、前記計画された経路は第一の方向を有し、
前記検査中のオブジェクト及び第一のオブジェクトの透視画像を表すデータを記録する記録ユニットとを含み、前記透視画像は、前記透視画像の垂線が前記第一の方向と一致するように第二の方向で記録され、
前記追跡装置は、前記計画された経路の3次元グラフィックモデルを2次元グラフとして前記透視画像に投影し、
前記決定ユニットは、前記透視画像において見ることができる前記第一のオブジェクトの投影の形状が、投影された2次元グラフと同じであることに基づいて、前記第一のオブジェクトが、決定された計画された経路にあるかを判定する、
