Description
る保温ケ−スに各種断熱材が充填され、それぞれの保温材には着脱時の操作性を向上させるためのバックルやハンドルが装着されている。湿度センサ5のセンサ部5bの先端部5aが、保温材4Cの内部側に突出して構成されている。この湿度センサ5の先端部5aの配置は、保温材4Cの内部側の温度上昇が、250℃未満などの場合に用いられる。
Claims (4)
- フランジと該フランジを囲んで設けられた保温材を含むフランジ部と、
前記保温材に設置され前記フランジから漏洩する湿分を検知する湿度センサと、
を有し、
前記湿度センサが、前記保温材を貫通して埋め込まれて設けられ、
前記湿度センサの先端部が、前記フランジの接合部分に対向するよう前記保温材の内部側に設けられたくぼみ部内に突出し、該くぼみ部が、穴あき処理を行った覆いによって塞がれており、
前記湿度センサが、直接蒸気を検知できるジルコニア固体電解質からなる耐熱性を有するセンサ、又は高分子静電容量式の耐熱性を有するセンサである
ことを特徴とする保温システム。 - 前記湿度センサが前記フランジより上方に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保温システム。 - 前記保温材が、金属被覆型保温材からなる着脱式保温構造とされている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の保温システム。 - 前記湿度センサによる測定結果を示す信号は、前記湿度センサと、前記湿度センサによる測定結果を管理する管理装置と、を接続する配線を介して伝送される
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の保温システム。
