Description
The present invention relates to an exhaust duct directly connected to a gas turbine.
In recent years, in order to increase the efficiency of a gas turbine, the temperature of a fluid in a gas turbine combustion chamber tends to be increased, and accordingly, the temperature of exhaust gas is increasing. In the exhaust duct connected to the gas turbine outlet, in order to cope with the high temperature of the exhaust gas, a material having excellent high temperature resistance is used. ing.
By the way, as a kind of such an exhaust duct, in order to relieve the bending stress due to the weight of the duct plate constituting the cylindrical body, it projects radially outward from the outer periphery of the duct plate and is provided in an annular shape in the circumferential direction. Some are equipped with reinforced ribs.
In this type of exhaust duct, in order to reduce the thermal stress generated during operation of the gas turbine, the same material is used for the duct plate and the reinforcing rib to equalize the thermal expansion coefficient, A heat insulating material is provided to surround the rib, and the heat release amounts of the duct plate and the reinforcing rib are made substantially the same. That is, by setting the duct plate and the reinforcing rib to substantially the same temperature, the difference in the amount of thermal deformation (thermal expansion and thermal contraction) between the two is reduced to reduce the thermal stress.
However, in the above configuration, at the time of starting and stopping the gas turbine, a duct plate that is directly exposed to exhaust gas and the like to transfer heat, and sandwiched between the duct plate and the heat insulating material, mainly the duct plate There is a temperature difference between the reinforcing ribs that receive and transfer heat. For this reason, there is a problem that a large thermal stress is generated in the duct plate and the reinforcing rib, and low cycle fatigue occurs due to this repetition. As a result, there has been a problem that the service life of the exhaust duct is short and that regular maintenance and replacement work are required.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and has the following objects.
(1) Suppresses the generation of thermal stress that occurs when the gas turbine starts and stops, and suppresses low cycle fatigue.
(2) Long-term use is possible, reducing maintenance effort.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention employs the following means.
That is, the exhaust duct according to the present invention is an exhaust duct that is directly connected to a gas turbine, and includes a duct plate that forms a tubular body, and projects radially outward from the outer peripheral portion of the duct plate in the circumferential direction. One reinforcing rib provided in an annular shape, and provided on the inner peripheral portion of the duct plate so as to correspond to the reinforcing rib, and a portion overlapping the reinforcing rib in the radial direction on the inner peripheral surface of the duct plate A heat insulating plate that covers the inner peripheral surface with a space and forms a heat insulating layer between the duct plate and a heat insulating material that surrounds the duct plate and the reinforcing rib in the circumferential direction from the outside. An inner peripheral surface of the duct plate is not covered by the heat shield plate and has a region exposed radially inward, and the heat shield plate has a plurality of heat shield plate pieces heated in the circumferential direction. It is connected to be deformable Two heat shielding plate pieces adjacent to each other are connected to each other with a gap, provided on one of the two adjacent heat shielding plate pieces, and overlapped with both of the two adjacent heat shielding plate pieces. It is characterized by having a covering plate piece covering the gap .
An exhaust duct according to the present invention is an exhaust duct that is directly connected to a gas turbine, and includes a duct plate that forms a cylindrical body, and projects radially outward from an outer peripheral portion of the duct plate in the circumferential direction. And the inner peripheral surface of the duct plate has a region that is not covered by the heat shield plate and exposed radially inward.
According to this configuration, the heat shield plate that covers the portion of the inner peripheral surface of the duct plate that overlaps the reinforcing rib in the radial direction with a space from the inner peripheral surface to form a heat insulating layer between the duct plate. Therefore, the inner peripheral surface of the portion overlapping the reinforcing rib is not directly exposed to the flow path of the exhaust duct, and heat is exchanged with the exhaust gas or the like through the heat insulating layer. As a result, when the gas turbine is started or stopped, the temperature change of the inner peripheral surface of the portion overlapping the reinforcing rib becomes gentler than that when directly exposed to the flow path of the exhaust duct. There is no change.
On the other hand, the reinforcing rib mainly exchanges heat with the duct plate, and the temperature gradually changes according to the temperature change of the duct plate.
That is, when the gas turbine is started and stopped, the difference in temperature change speed between the duct plate and the reinforcing rib is small, and a large temperature difference does not occur between the duct plate and the reinforcing rib.
Therefore, it can suppress that a thermal stress generate | occur | produces in a duct plate and a reinforcement rib, and can suppress that a low cycle fatigue generate | occur | produces.
Therefore, long-term use is possible, and maintenance labor can be reduced.
In addition, the heat shield plate is formed by connecting a plurality of heat shield plate pieces in the circumferential direction so as to be thermally deformable. No thermal stress is generated by deformation.
Furthermore, two heat shield plate pieces adjacent to each other are connected with a gap therebetween, and a covering plate piece covering the gap is provided, so that the heat shield plate pieces are heated to avoid mutual interference between the adjacent heat shield plate pieces. Can be deformed. Thereby, between two adjacent heat-shielding board pieces is not mutually restrained, and a thermal stress does not arise.
Further, the heat shield plate piece is provided with a slide engaging body that engages the radial direction and is slidable in the circumferential direction.
According to this configuration, since the slide locking body is provided, the heat shield plate can be locked in the radial direction and thermally deformed in the circumferential direction with a simple configuration.
In addition, a protruding wall that protrudes inward in the radial direction from an inner peripheral surface of the duct plate is provided, and the heat shield plate is provided adjacent to the downstream side of the protruding wall.
According to this configuration, the protruding wall is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the duct plate, and the heat shield is provided adjacent to the downstream side of the protruding wall, so that the exhaust gas is prevented from flowing into the heat insulating layer.
Further, the heat shield plate is characterized in that an extension portion extending to the duct plate side is formed at an upstream end portion.
According to this structure, since the extension part extended to the said duct plate side is formed in the upstream edge part, it suppresses that exhaust gas flows into a heat insulation layer.
That is, the heat insulation effect is enhanced, and the temperature difference between the duct plate and the reinforcing rib can be further reduced.
Further, the heat insulating layer is provided with a heat insulating material made of a fiber material.
According to this configuration, since the heat insulating layer made of the fiber material is provided in the heat insulating layer, the heat insulating effect is enhanced, and the temperature difference between the duct plate and the reinforcing rib can be further reduced.

According to the exhaust duct according to the present invention, a portion of the inner peripheral surface of the duct plate that overlaps the reinforcing rib in the radial direction is covered with an interval from the inner peripheral surface, and a heat insulating layer is formed between the duct plate. Since the heat shield is provided, the inner peripheral surface of the portion overlapping the reinforcing rib is not directly exposed to the flow path of the exhaust duct, and heat is exchanged with the exhaust gas or the like through the heat insulating layer. As a result, when the gas turbine is started or stopped, the temperature change of the inner peripheral surface of the portion overlapping the reinforcing rib becomes gentler than that when directly exposed to the flow path of the exhaust duct.
Next, the operation of the exhaust duct 1 having the above configuration will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 1, when the gas turbine T is started, the gas turbine T discharges exhaust gas from the rear exhaust chamber R to the exhaust duct 1. This exhaust gas is about 600 ° C. and is of a relatively high temperature.
The exhaust gas discharged to the exhaust duct 1 flows in order to the exhaust gas boiler connection port B via the first expansion E1 and the square duct D and the second expansion E2. In this way, the exhaust gas continuously passes through the inside of the exhaust duct 1 and raises the temperature of the exhaust duct 1.
Of the exhaust gas flowing into the exhaust duct 1, the exhaust gas flowing outward in the radial direction flows downstream while contacting the inner
In this way, the exhaust gas flowing on the surface of the
The exhaust gas flowing on the surface of the
As the temperature of the
Specifically, the
In this way, the
Further, since the thermal expansion in the circumferential direction of the plurality of heat
FIG. 10A is a graph showing a temperature difference between the
As shown in FIG. 10A, the exhaust duct 1 has a temperature difference within 50 ° C. between the
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 10 (b), in the exhaust duct not provided with the

Therefore, long-term use is possible, and maintenance labor can be reduced.
