Description
Claims (16)
- 患者の上気道の測定値を得るためのシステムであって、
患者の上気道の一部を示すデータを得るように構成された複数の立体レンズを備えて、生体適合性材料から構成された可撓性チューブに接続され、患者の上気道内に配置されるように構成されたスコープを具備する立体ビデオ内視鏡と、
患者の上気道の一部を示す少なくとも1つの幾何学的な測定値を得るために、前記立体ビデオ内視鏡と通信して、得られたデータに基づいて患者の上気道の一部を示す画像を生成し、取得された前記少なくとも1つの幾何学的な測定値に基づいて、舌基部の治療に対する患者の反応の確率を決定するように構成されたプロセシングエレメントと、
を備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記可撓性チューブの直径が5mm未満である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセシングエレメントが携帯用である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセシングエレメントが、患者の上気道の部分の直線、角度、深さ、プロフィール、及び領域の測定値からなるグループから選択された少なくとも1つの測定値を得るために画像を発生するように構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセシングエレメントが、患者の上気道の部分の少なくとも前部及び/又は後部の測定及び横方向の測定に基づいて、舌基部の治療に対する患者の反応の確率を決定するように構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセシングエレメントが、少なくとも1つの取得された幾何学的な測定値及び患者固有の生物学的なデータに基づいて、舌基部の治療に対する患者の反応の確率を決定するように構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセシングエレメントが、患者の下顎の静止位置及び患者の下顎が前進した位置で、患者の上気道の基部狭窄の最も危険な場所の少なくとも1つの測定値に基づいて、舌基部の治療に対する患者の反応の確率を決定するように構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記立体ビデオ内視鏡がCCDカメラを備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記スコープが前記可撓性チューブの遠心端に恒久的に又は交換可能に装着される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記立体ビデオ内視鏡を消毒することができる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセシングエレメントがコンピュータ又はモニタを備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 患者の上気道の一部の測定値を得るための立体ビデオ内視鏡の作動方法であって、
立体ビデオ内視鏡が患者の上気道の部分を示すデータを取り込むステップと、
前記取り込まれたデータに基づいて患者の上気道を示す画像を発生するステップと、
前記発生された画像を用いて、患者の生体構造の部分を示す少なくとも1つの幾何学的な測定値を取得するステップと、
取得された前記少なくとも1つの幾何学的な測定値に基づいて舌基部の治療に対する反応の確率を決定するステップと、
を含み、
前記立体ビデオ内視鏡が可撓性チューブに接続されたスコープを具備し、前記スコープが複数の立体レンズを備え、また前記可撓性チューブが生体適合性材料から構成される、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記取得するステップが、前記発生された画像を用いて、患者の生体構造の部分の直線、角度、深さ、プロフィール、及び領域の測定値からなるグループから選択された少なくとも1つの測定値を得るステップを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記取得するステップが、患者の下顎の静止位置及び患者の下顎が前進した位置で、患者の上気道の基部狭窄の最も危険な場所の少なくとも1つの測定値を得るステップを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記発生するステップが、患者の生体構造の一部の三次元画像を発生するステップを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記取得するステップが、三角測量技術を用いて、患者の生体構造の部分の少なくとも1つの測定値を得るステップを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
