6)フィルタープレートの各ウェルがレシーバプレートの各ウェルの内部で、実験中の変動が最小である状態下に中心付けされるように入れ子されるレシーバプレートを提供することである。
7)非加湿培養中の各ウェルからの媒体の蒸発の影響を最小化するレシーバプレートを提供することである。
本発明のマルチウェルアセンブリによれば、フィルタープレートとレシーバプレートとを正しい入れ子関係下に位置決めする再現性が改善され、かくしてフィルタープレートの各ウェルはレシーバプレートの各ウェルから偏心されることがなくなる。本発明によれば、導入特徴部分により自動組み立て及び自動分解を改善するための手段も提供される。更には、フィルタープレートとレシーバプレートとの間の表面間の平坦状態での接触が提供されることにより、レシーバプレートの各ウェルからの媒体の蒸発が低減される。

Claims (4)
- 複数のウェルを有するフィルタープレートと、複数のウェルを有し各ウェルが底部を有するレシーバプレートとを含むマルチウェル装置であって、レシーバプレートがフィルタープレートを入れ子関係下に受けるようになっており、該入れ子関係に於いてフィルタープレートの各ウェルがレシーバプレートのウェル内の、該レシーバプレートのウェルの底部から離間した位置に伸延し、かくしてレシーバプレートの各ウェル内に、フィルタープレートのウェルによる占有部分としての第1部分と、フィルタープレートのウェルにより占有されない部分としての第2部分とが画定され、前記第1部分の直径が第2部分の直径よりも大きく、前記第1部分が四角形断面を有し、第2部分が円形断面を有し、レシーバプレートのウェルの前記第1部分の直径が、入れ子されたフィルタープレートのウェルの壁と、相当するレシーバプレートのウェルの壁との間に毛管作用を阻害するに十分な大きさの間隙を創出するに十分な寸法を有し、フィルタープレートの各ウェルが、ウェル底部に位置付けた膜を含むマルチウェル装置。
- ウェル列を有するフィルタープレートと、ウェル列を有するレシーバプレートとを含み
、レシーバプレートの各ウェルがフィルタープレートのウェルの一つを入れ子関係下に受けるようになっており、前記レシーバプレートがウェル列の各ウェルの周囲部分に沿って形成した面取り部分を有し、レシーバプレートのウェルによる占有部分としての第1部分の直径が、入れ子されたフィルタープレートのウェルの壁と、相当するレシーバプレートのウェルの壁との間に毛管作用を阻害するに十分な大きさの間隙を創出するに十分な寸法を有し、フィルタープレートの各ウェルが、ウェル底部に位置付けた膜を含むマルチウェル装置。 - 各膜が有効膜面積部分を有し、フィルタープレートのウェルにより占有されない第2部分が、流体が各膜の有効膜面積部分を通して該第2部分に障害無く移行し得るような直径を有する請求項1のマルチウェル装置。
- フィルタープレート及びレシーバプレートの各ウェルが壁を有する請求項1のマルチウェル装置。
