Both the base material sheet and the holding sheet of the present invention are configured as members made of a sheet-like nonwoven fabric. The “nonwoven fabric” in the present invention is a sheet-like composition produced by fixing or intertwining fibers by a mechanical, chemical or thermal treatment, and is typically a hot-melt fiber (heat It is configured as a non-woven fabric that contains (plastic fibers) in part and can be fused (welded).
The fiber assembly of the present invention is configured by laminating a plurality of fibers that are laminated on the surface of the base sheet opposite to the surface on which the holding sheet is laminated, and extend in a direction intersecting the predetermined direction. . The fiber assembly extends in a predetermined longitudinal direction and is composed of a plurality of fibers. This fiber assembly preferably has a planar structure with a predetermined plane or curved surface, and is configured as a three-dimensional shape having a certain thickness or a thin sheet shape. The “fiber” in the present invention is a structural unit such as a thread or a woven fabric, and is defined as a thin and flexible form having a sufficient length compared to the thickness, and is typically long. Continuous fibers are long fibers (filaments), and short fibers are short fibers (staples). In addition, the “fiber assembly” in the present invention refers to a single fiber structure composed of the above-described fibers, or a fiber structure in which the above-mentioned fibers are aligned in the length direction and / or radial direction (twisted yarn, spun yarn, plural Or a collection of the fiber structures. Typically, polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), nylon, rayon, etc. are used as materials, and practically, an assembly of long fibers (filaments) obtained by opening a tow is used. Often used as a fiber assembly.
The plurality of first welded joint portions of the first group and the second group of the present invention are intermittently formed along a predetermined direction so as to weld and bond the laminated base sheet, holding sheet, and fiber assembly to each other. Configured as a welded joint portion. The plurality of first welded joints need only be configured to be intermittently disposed along a predetermined direction, and a form in which the plurality of joints are disposed on the same straight line or the same curve or the same straight line Or the form etc. which are arrange | positioned in the position shifted | deviated from the same curve are included widely. Further, the plurality of first welded joint portions of the first group and the plurality of first welded joint portions of the second group may be disposed in a discontinuous state at positions separated from each other or continuously. It may be arranged in a state. Preferably, the plurality of first welding joint portions of the first group and the plurality of first welding joint portions of the second group are arranged in parallel.
The holding space of the present invention is defined between the base sheet and the holding sheet by a plurality of first welding joint portions of the first group and a plurality of first welding joint portions of the second group, and in a predetermined direction. It is comprised as an area | region which at least one of the cleaning body one end side and cleaning body other end side opens.
In particular, in the present invention, the plurality of first welded joints in the first group and the second group include a welded joint having a curved surface that is convex toward the holding space. As the “convex curved surface portion” mentioned here, typically, a curved surface shape composed of all or a part of a circular or elliptical arc portion can be adopted.
According to such a configuration of the cleaning body of the present invention, when the attachment is inserted into the holding space and attached, the sliding resistance acting between the attachment and the welded joint can be suppressed, and the attachment Smooth installation operation of an object is enabled. Therefore, it is possible to improve the mountability of the mounted object with respect to the cleaning body. The “attachment” here typically includes a cleaning body holder that is inserted into a holding space to hold the cleaning body, and a worker's fingers.
In the third welded joint portion of the present invention, the base sheet and the fiber assembly are bonded to each other between the plurality of first welded joint portions in the first group and the plurality of first welded joint portions in the second group. It is configured as a welded joint extending along a predetermined direction to be welded. The third weld joint is sufficient if it has a configuration extending along a predetermined direction, and a wide variety of forms in which the joint part extends in a continuous straight line, a form in which the joint part extends in a dotted manner, and the like. Is included.
Moreover, in this invention, the length between the 1st welding junction parts adjacent to each other arrange | positioned in the cleaning body center position regarding the predetermined direction among the some 1st welding junction parts in a 1st group and a 2nd group. However, it is comprised so that it may exceed the length of the non-joining part formed in the both sides of the said 1st welding junction part adjacent to each other. The “non-welded joint portion” as used herein refers to a different first weld joint portion from the first weld joint portion in a configuration in which another first weld joint portion exists on both sides of the first weld joint portion adjacent to each other. In a configuration in which there is no separate first weld joint on both sides of the first weld joint adjacent to each other and defined as a region between the first weld joint and the first weld joint Is defined as the area between the part and the end of the cleaning body. The fibers between the first weld joints adjacent to each other disposed at the central position of the cleaning body are the main cleaning parts that mainly collect dust, and are formed on both sides of the first weld joint. The fibers in the non-welded joint portion are an auxiliary cleaning unit that assists the main cleaning unit in capturing dust.
Moreover, in this invention, the said fiber assembly is set as the structure containing a 1st fiber extension part and a 2nd fiber extension part. The first fiber extending portion is a portion where the fiber extends to the free end on the cleaning body end side with respect to the direction intersecting the predetermined direction with the third welding joint portion as a fixed end. The second fiber extending portion is a portion where the fiber extends to the free end on the cleaning body end side with respect to the direction intersecting the predetermined direction with the plurality of first welding joint portions as fixed ends. And in the position where the fiber extension length of the 2nd fiber extension part is less than the fiber extension length of the 1st fiber extension part, a plurality of 1st welding junction parts and the 3rd welding junction part are It is arranged.
According to such a configuration of the cleaning body of the present invention, a horizontal portion having a relatively high bonding strength in which the fibers are bonded to the base sheet between the first welded joint and the second welded joint. This is effective in increasing the bonding strength. In addition, the structure in which the horizontal portion is formed makes it easier for the cleaning body to follow the horizontal surface to be cleaned during cleaning, and is effective in enhancing the cleaning effect.
Further, according to the present invention, when the user gently shakes or unravels the cleaning body by hand so that the fiber aggregate contains air, the first fiber having a relatively long fiber length in the fiber aggregate. The extension part is easily entangled between fibers and drooping downward, while the second fiber extension part having a relatively short fiber length is less likely to be entangled with the first fiber extension part. As a result, when air is included in the fiber assembly, a fiber assembly in a uniform state in which unnecessary void portions are suppressed is formed, and the fiber assembly spreads as a whole densely. It will be in the state where the bulk of the aggregate was raised. This state is a state in which the density of the fibers is high and homogeneous, and can be defined as a state with a high volume feeling. “Bulky state”, “bulk state”, “volume up state”, “space filling degree” "High state" or "high bulky state". By increasing the bulk of the fiber assembly, the degree of adhesion to the surface to be cleaned is increased, the stain on the fiber assembly is likely to stand out (easily blackened), and the user feels that the dust is reliably captured. As a result, satisfaction is increased.
Further, in the present invention, the length between the two welded joints where the main cleaning unit that mainly captures dust is disposed is an auxiliary cleaning unit that assists the main cleaning unit in capturing dust. This exceeds the length of the non-welded joint portion in which the main cleaning part with the highest bulk of the fiber assembly is formed at the central position of the cleaning body in a predetermined direction. At the time of cleaning, the cleaning body is generally used in a state in which the front end side is lowered from the rear end side. By adopting a configuration in which the fiber assembly is formed at the central position of the cleaning body, there is an effect that the fiber assembly easily acts on the surface to be cleaned.
Moreover, in the cleaning body of the further form which concerns on this invention, the holding | maintenance space is comprised as an area | region where the cleaning body holding | maintenance part provided in the holder for an operator's grip is inserted.
According to such a configuration of the cleaning body of the present invention, the cleaning body holding portion of the holder for gripping the operator can be inserted into the holding space when performing the cleaning work.
Moreover, in the cleaning body of the further form which concerns on this invention, the 2nd welding joining part which welds and joins a base material sheet and a holding sheet mutually is provided in the opening end of holding space.
According to such a configuration of the cleaning body of the present invention, when a mounted object is inserted into the holding space and mounted, the function of guiding (guiding) smooth insertion of the mounted object into the holding space is exhibited. Become.
Moreover, in the cleaning body of the further form which concerns on this invention, a 2nd welding junction part is set as the structure extended in a longitudinal shape along a predetermined direction. As used herein, “longitudinal configuration” refers to a configuration in which a single welded joint extends linearly or in a curved shape, or a plurality of welded joints are combined to extend in a linear or curved shape. Existing configurations can be employed. Preferably, the second welding joint portion includes a straight portion extending linearly along the longitudinal direction at a position toward the holding space.
According to such a configuration of the cleaning body of the present invention, when the attached object is inserted into the holding space and attached, the attached object can be more smoothly guided to the holding space.
Moreover, in the cleaning body of the further form which concerns on this invention, a 3rd welding joining part is the structure which weld-joins a holding sheet | seat further with respect to a base material sheet and a fiber assembly, and, thereby, a holding | maintenance space is two spaces. It is set as the structure divided into the part. These two space portions are arranged to be connected in a predetermined direction.
According to such a configuration of the cleaning body of the present invention, it is effective for a mounted object having a shape in which at least two parts inserted into the holding space are separated. In such a case, the holding balance of the cleaning body by the attachment can be stabilized.
The cleaning tool according to the present invention includes at least a cleaning body as described above and a cleaning body holder. The cleaning body holder according to the present invention holds the cleaning body by being inserted into the holding space of the cleaning body and the gripping part that is gripped by the user during the cleaning operation, and is formed in a longitudinal shape connected to the gripping part. A cleaning body holding part and a protrusion protruding outward from the cleaning body holding part are provided. In the mounted state of the cleaning body holder with respect to the cleaning body, the cleaning body is held by the cleaning body holding portion of the cleaning body holder, and the cleaning operation is performed after the user holds the gripping portion of the cleaning body holder. On the other hand, the user can replace the cleaning body by removing the cleaning body from the cleaning body holder of the cleaning body holder as necessary.
In the present invention, the cleaning body holding portion is configured so that, in the process of being inserted into the holding space, the protruding portion is bent in a direction away from the curved surface portion by contacting the curved surface portion, and the protruding portion. It is comprised so that the bending | flexion return operation | movement which returns from a bending state by passing may be performed. According to such a configuration, the resistance given to the user is continuously changed by the bending operation and the bending return operation of the cleaning body holding portion. Such a change in resistance is effective to give the user a sense of security that the cleaning body holder is securely attached to the cleaning body and that it is difficult to come off.
In the present invention, the cleaning body mounted on the cleaning body holder of the cleaning body holder is a disposable type that is intended for single use, and holds the dust and dust removed from the surface to be cleaned in the brush section. However, it may be a disposable type that is exchanged with reference to a plurality of uses, or a type that can be used repeatedly after washing.
Moreover, in the cleaning tool of the further form which concerns on this invention, the cleaning body holding | maintenance part of the cleaning body holder is comprised in the hollow shape by this, The direction which a protrusion itself separates from a curved-surface part in bending operation | movement by this. It is comprised so that it may bend. The “hollow shape” here widely includes configurations other than a solid structure, such as a configuration having an open space or a closed space.
According to such a configuration, when the welding joint portion and the protrusion are brought into sliding contact with each other by the insertion operation of the cleaning body holding portion with respect to the holding space, each protrusion is easily bent toward the cleaning body holding portion due to the effect of the hollow portion. The effect of suppressing the sliding resistance acting between the weld joint and the protrusion is enhanced.
Moreover, in the cleaning tool of the further form which concerns on this invention, when the cleaning body holding | maintenance part is inserted in the holding | maintenance space, the welding junction part is arrange | positioned by the both sides of a protrusion regarding a predetermined direction.
According to such a configuration, after the cleaning body holding part is once inserted into the holding space, the movement of the protrusion is restricted by the welded joints on both sides thereof, and the cleaning body holding part is removed. A stopping effect can be obtained.
As described above, according to the present invention, the present invention relates to a sheet-like cleaning body that performs wiping cleaning of a cleaning object, and in particular, devise a configuration of a welding joint portion that welds and joins a base material sheet and a fiber assembly constituting the cleaning body. This makes it possible to improve the cleaning effect.

The cleaning body

As a result, a pair of left and right holding
As shown in FIG. 1, the cleaning
Although details will be described later, in the present embodiment, the holder
The holder
In addition, each holding

Each holding

Here, FIGS. 3 to 6 are referred to for a specific configuration of the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
Specifically, with respect to the holding
As shown in FIG. 4, in the
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5, in the cleaning
Next, the configuration of the nonwoven fabric that forms the
(Configuration of nonwoven fabric)
Regarding the
(Configuration of fiber assembly)
On the other hand, the
In addition, in the example shown in FIG. 3, although the case where the
Moreover, in order to improve the sweep-out function at the time of cleaning, it is preferable to use a fiber assembly including fibers having high rigidity, that is, fibers having high fineness. In addition, the fiber assembly is preferably configured to have crimped fibers. A crimped fiber here is comprised as a fiber to which the predetermined winding shrinkage process was provided, and is set as the structure where fibers are easy to get entangled. When such a crimped fiber is used, the fiber assembly becomes bulkier than the state before the cleaning body holder is mounted, and further, a structure in which dust is easily taken into the crimped portion is obtained. This structure can be realized in particular by using crimped fibers formed from tow fibers.
As a fiber assembly, a flat yarn obtained by slitting a film into a tape shape and extending in the longitudinal direction, or a thermoplastic film resin called a split yarn is divided into a direction perpendicular to the orientation direction of the resin, and the fiber shape You may use what the obtained film was joined by mesh shape. Alternatively, as the fiber assembly, a bulky and low fiber density nonwoven fabric such as an air-through nonwoven fabric may be used.
In addition, the types and number of components of the
Here, the structure of the welding joint part in the said
The weld joint 114 is disposed to face the
In addition, in addition to the convex shape of the welding
An area defined by the weld joint 114 and the weld joint 116 adjacent thereto is defined as an
(Specific shape of weld joint 114)
The inventors of the present invention have studied a specific shape in the case of using a welded joint composed of a circular arc portion as the welded joint 114. As a result of the examination, it is preferable to use a welded joint having an arc diameter of 7 to 12 [mm] and an arc angle of 90 to 360 [°], more preferably an arc diameter of 10 [mm] and an arc angle of 180 [ °].
By adopting the welding joint portion having the arc diameter as described above as the welding
In addition, by adopting the above-described arc-shaped welding joint as the welding joint 114, the insertion direction of the holding
As shown in FIG. 6, the
Moreover, as shown in FIG.6 and FIG.7, the
In addition, the welded joint 114 and the welded joint 116 are configured to extend in the horizontal direction along the extending direction of the

On the other hand, the
According to such a configuration of the
Further, when the user gently shakes or unravels the
In particular, in the present embodiment, the distance (interval) d1 between two adjacent weld joints 114 disposed at the center of the cleaning body in the front-rear direction is equal to the weld joint 114 on the tip side and the weld joint. A configuration is adopted in which the distance d2 is longer than the distance d2 between the
In the present embodiment, the distance from the welding joint 114 on the front end side to the front end of the
On the other hand, the weld joint 116 is disposed at the
(Specific shape of weld joint 116)
The present inventors examined a specific shape of the weld joint 116. As a result of the examination, the length of extension in the longitudinal direction of the weld joint 116 can be set to 10 to 17 [mm], and more preferably 15 [mm]. By adopting the welding joint portion having such an extended length as the welding
8 to 10 are referred to with respect to the usage pattern of the
When using the
In the mounting operation of the
In addition, when the holding
In a state where the
As a result, the
By such an unraveling operation of the
In particular, in this embodiment, since the width of the
Thus, as shown in FIG. 10, the fibers of the

(Other embodiments)
In addition, this invention is not limited only to said embodiment, A various application and deformation | transformation can be considered. For example, each of the following embodiments to which the above embodiment is applied can be implemented.
In the above embodiment, the
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the cleaning body by which the
Further, in the above embodiment, the case where a circular welded joint as shown in FIG. 4 is used as a specific shape of the welded joint 114 has been described, but this welded joint is at least on the side of the central welded
In the
Moreover, in the
Moreover, in the said embodiment, the case where the welding junction part of the shape where a circle | round | yen (perfect circle) and an ellipse were compounded as shown in FIG. 4 as a concrete shape of the
