Description
Claims (3)
- 被写体の像を撮像し、撮像した該被写体の像を撮像信号として出力する撮像手段を有する内視鏡と、
前記撮像信号を増幅する撮像信号増幅手段と、
少なくとも可視領域の帯域を有する第1の照明光を前記被写体に対して出射する光源手段と、
前記光源手段の光路上に配置された絞り手段と、前記光源手段に対して駆動電流を供給する光源駆動手段とを有する光量制御手段と、
少なくとも、所定の離散的な分光特性を有する複数の帯域の光を透過するための複数のフィルタを有し、前記光源手段の光路上に当該フィルタが配置された場合に、前記光源手段から出射される光のうち、前記所定の離散的な分光特性に基づく帯域の光を透過させる分光手段と、
前記撮像信号に基づいて生成された後、表示手段に表示される画像の明るさを制御する明るさ制御手段と、
前記フィルタを経ることなく前記第1の照明光が前記被写体に出射される第1のモードと、前記フィルタが前記光源手段の光路上に配置されることにより、前記第1の照明光に比べて狭い帯域を有する第2の照明光が前記被写体に出射される第2のモードとを切り替えるモード切り替え手段とを有し、
前記明るさ制御手段は、
前記第1のモード及び前記第2のモードにおいて、前記絞り手段に対する制御を行った後に、前記撮像信号増幅手段に対する制御を行い、
前記第2のモードにおいて、前記絞り手段に対する制御を行った後であってかつ前記撮像信号増幅手段に対する制御を行う前に、前記光源駆動手段に対する制御を行うことにより、前記光源手段に供給される駆動電流を前記第1のモードの駆動電流よりも長い期間供給させ、前記狭い帯域を有する第2の照明光が出射する帯域に応じて供給する駆動電流を変更する
ことを特徴とする内視鏡装置。 - 前記明るさ制御手段は、前記第2のモードにおいて、前記撮像信号に基づいて生成される前記画像の明るさを検知し、該検知結果に基づいて、前記光源手段に供給される駆動電流を段階的に変化させる所定の制御を、前記光源駆動手段に対して行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記所定の制御は、前記光源駆動手段により前記光源手段に対して供給される駆動電流のデューティー比を変更するための制御であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内視鏡装置。
