Claims (11)
- 床と側壁を有し、内部チャンバを形成するベースと、前記チャンバのためのカバーとをからなるハウジングと、
前記チャンバと連通する入口開口と、
前記入口開口から前記ハウジングの内部に沿って導く通路と、
前記通路に設置された複数の間隔を開けた電極、及び前記電極に電気的に接続されて前記電極に電圧が印加されると電気ショックを開始する制御回路と、
前記カバーから下方に延びて、前記電極の一つから離れ、且つ覆う固定障壁と、
前記カバーから下方に延びて、前記障壁の近傍に配置された導電性材料のレバーアームを有し、該レバーアームが前記カバーから下方に延びる導電性材料のさらなるストリップに近接している機械的スイッチと、
前記通路に配置され、目標動物を前記障壁と前記機械的スイッチに導く少なくとも1つの誘導装置とからなる動物捕獲器。 - 前記レバーアームは、前記障壁底縁を越えて下方に延びる自由端を有する請求項1に記載の動物捕獲器。
- 前記機械的スイッチは前記入口開口と前記障壁の間に配置されている請求項2に記載の動物捕獲器。
- 前記機械的スイッチはひげスイッチである請求項3に記載の動物捕獲器。
- 前記複数の電極は、互いに間隔が開いた一連の第1、第2、第3電極を有し、前記第1と第3の電極は同一電位を有するように電気的に接続されている請求項1に記載の動物捕獲器。
- 前記障壁は前記第1と第3の電極の間にある前記第2電極を覆う請求項5に記載の動物捕獲器。
- 前記自由端とその下方の前記電極との間の間隔は、目標の小動物が前記機械的スイッチを閉じることなく前記障壁の下方を通過するのを防止するのに十分小さい請求項2に記載の動物捕獲器。
- 前記電極に接続された前記回路は、高電圧サイクルが完了すると、自動的に前記捕獲器を再武装するように構成されている請求項5に記載の動物捕獲器。
- 前記回路はさらに、1回目の殺傷が検出されると、記憶された殺傷カウンタをチェックするように構成されている請求項8に記載の動物捕獲器。
- 前記回路は、前記1回目の殺傷が検出されると、設定回数だけ前記捕獲器を自動的に再武装し、また前記1回目の殺傷が検出されるまで、無制限の回数、前記捕獲器を自動的に再武装するように構成されている請求項9に記載の動物捕獲器。
- 前記ひげスイッチは、ラッチ回路に接続され、該ラッチ回路は、スイッチが閉じて前記電気ショックを開始すると、前記制御回路に単一パルスを出力する請求項4に記載の動物捕獲器。
