Abstract
【解決手段】ガイドピン10は放射線透過性金属等から成る基材11を所定間隔で区切り、これらの区切に対して1つ置きの区間に放射線不透過性金属から成る周着材12が取り付けられている。基材11はチタン又はニッケルチタン合金等の放射線を透過し易い金属から成り、周着材12は白金、イリジウム、タングステン、タンタル、金又はこれらの合金等の放射線を透過し難い金属から成っている。
X線を透過又はX線撮影により得られたX線像では、ガイドピン10は周着材12による陰影が濃い部分と、基材11による陰影が薄い部分とが所定間隔で交互に表示されるので、骨B内の濃淡から成る目盛を数えることで、骨折部位Aを含む骨Bの厚さを測定することができる。

Claims (7)
- 放射線透過性金属から成る基材と、放射線不透過性金属から成る周着材とから構成し、先端部を錐状としたピン状の前記基材に長手方向に沿って目盛りとして等間隔で前記周着材を取り付け、表面を平坦状としたことを特徴とする目盛付医療用ガイドピン。
- 前記基材を長手方向に所定の等間隔で区切り、該区切に対して1つ置きの区間に前記周着材を取り付けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の目盛付医療用ガイドピン。
- 放射線透過性金属又は放射線不透過性金属から成る基材と、放射線不透過性金属又は放射線透過性金属から成る周着材とから構成し、先端部を錐状としたピン状の前記基材の長手方向に沿って目盛りとして等間隔で凹部を形成し、該凹部に前記周着材を取り付け、表面を平坦状としたことを特徴とする目盛付医療用ガイドピン。
- 前記基材を長手方向に所定の等間隔で区切り、該区切に対して1つ置きの区間に前記凹部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の目盛付医療用ガイドピン。
- 前記放射線透過性金属はチタン又はニッケルチタン合金から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1つの請求項に記載の目盛付医療用ガイドピン。
- 前記放射線不透過性金属は白金、イリジウム、タングステン、タンタル、金、又はこれらの合金から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1つの請求項に記載の目盛付医療用ガイドピン。
- 貫通孔を有する医療用スクリューに挿通して該医療用スクリューのガイドとして機能させることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1つの請求項に記載の目盛付医療用ガイドピン。
