Claims (10)
- スペクトル資源を効率的に利用する方法であって、
複数のスペクトル機会各々を周波数範囲と持続時間によって識別するステップと、
識別された前記周波数範囲において前記持続時間内に送信される所望の信号の存否を判定するステップと、
前記識別された前記周波数範囲において前記持続時間外に送信される前記所望の信号が存在する場合、一定の動作条件を用いて前記所望の信号を伝送するステップと、
前記識別された前記周波数範囲において前記持続時間内に送信される前記所望の信号が存在する場合、前記所望の信号を分析し、前記周波数範囲内の予想される信号との干渉を回避して前記識別された周波数範囲における前記所望の信号の伝送を可能にするために、前記分析の結果に基づいて1組の改変された伝送特性を決定し、前記改変された伝送特性を使用して、前記所望の信号が前記持続時間外に送信される場合よりも高い送信電力で、前記複数のスペクトル機会を同時に使用して前記所望の信号を伝送するステップと
を有し、前記識別するステップにおいて、
受信装置の位置を決定し、
既知の送信機の位置および伝送特性を少なくとも1つのデータベースから獲得し、
推定された受信信号の特性を、前記送信機の位置および伝送特性ならびに前記受信装置の位置に基づいて決定する、方法。 - 前記受信信号の受信時間を決定するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記受信信号の改変された伝送特性が、受信電力、変調方式、変調速度及び帯域幅から成る群から選択されたものである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記受信装置の位置が、GPS測位および手動入力から成る群から選択されたものである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のスペクトル機会各々を周波数範囲と持続時間によって識別する前記ステップが、周期的な時点、直前の発生からの時間経過、既知のイベント時から成る群から選択された頻度で行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 周波数スペクトル資源を効率的に利用する装置であって、
メモリと、
信号を受信し、受信信号の伝送特性をプロセッサに与える受信部と
を有し、前記プロセッサは前記メモリと通信して手順を実行し、該手順は、
周波数範囲および持続時間によって各々が識別される複数のスペクトル機会の情報項目を受信するステップと、
識別された前記周波数範囲において前記持続時間内に送信される所望の信号の存否を判定するステップと、
前記識別された前記周波数範囲において前記持続時間外に送信される前記所望の信号が存在する場合、一定の動作条件を用いて前記所望の信号を伝送するステップと、
前記識別された前記周波数範囲において前記持続時間内に送信される前記所望の信号が存在する場合、前記所望の信号を分析し、前記周波数範囲内の予想される信号との干渉を回避して前記識別された周波数範囲における前記所望の信号の伝送を可能にするために、前記分析の結果に基づいて1組の改変された伝送特性を決定し、前記改変された伝送特性を使用して、前記所望の信号が前記持続時間外に送信される場合よりも高い送信電力で、前記複数のスペクトル機会を同時に使用して前記所望の信号を伝送するステップと
を有し、データベースに格納された既知の送信機の位置および伝送特性ならびに当該装置の位置に基づいて、前記複数のスペクトル機会を決定する、装置。 - 前記プロセッサが、前記受信信号の特性に基づいて、前記複数のスペクトル機会の情報項目を決定する、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセッサおよび前記メモリと通信する入出力ユニットをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記手順を実行させる命令が前記メモリに格納されている、請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記所望の信号を伝送する伝送ユニットをさらに含む、請求項6の記載の装置。
