本発明は、建物の外装板の下端などに取付ける水切り材に関し、特に通気板の付いた水切り材の改良に係る。

【従来の技術】
建物の外装板を伝って流下してきた雨水を外方に導いて滴下させる為の水切り材は、従来から種々の形態のものが提案実施されている。この従来の水切り材の通常の形態は、土台に固定される取付部と、雨水案内用の傾斜部と、前垂れ部とが連設された形であるが、これに通気壁工法に用いられるものでは、通気壁の開口部に配される防虫通気板を取付けたものが提案されている。また、布基礎と土台との間の適所に基礎パッキンを介装し、基礎パッキンの無い箇所を床下通気用間隙として利用する工法に用いる水切り材には、この隙間に配する防鼠通気板を付設したものも提案されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、前記の防虫用や防鼠用の通気板付きの水切り材では、その通気板が剛性材料製の為、通気間隙の寸法変動に対応できず、間隙寸法に合わせて、形状の異なったものを別個に用意しなければならないという問題がある他、通気板が水切り材と完全一体状に作られている為、製造時の工作が難しくて、製造コストが高くなったり、取付施工時の作業性が悪かったりする問題がある。

本発明は、このような点に鑑み、通気板が着脱自在で、かつ、通気間隙の寸法変動に対応できる通気板付き水切り材を提供するにある。

【課題を解決する手段】
本願発明の通気板付き水切り材の技術的手段は、建物外装板の下端に配する水切り材本体と、通気間隙に配する通気板とからなり、水切り材本体には、支持部が形成され、この支持部に、通気板の一方の端部を挿込んで、着脱自在に取付固定する形式であり、通気板は柔軟な弾性板製で、かつ、通気板の中途部には、予め成形された湾曲部を有し、取付状態ででも自由に着脱が可能で、かつ、取付時には常に、支持部に挿込まれた通気板の一方の端部以外の通気板の一部が、その弾性によって、通気間隙の壁面と接触して支持されることにある。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の水切り材の実施の形態を、図面の実施例に基づいて説明する。図1には、第1実施例の水切り材の取付使用状態が示されている。1は布基礎、2は土台、3は基礎パッキンである。基礎パッキン3は布基礎1と土台2との間の適所に設けられ、基礎パッキン3の無い所が床下換気用の通気間隙4となる。5は外装板で、その下端に水切り材が取付けられる。
