Description
デグデント(DeguDent GmbH)社製の「デ ュ セ ラ ゴ ー ル ド (Duceragold)」(以下、「D材」という)と、VITA社製の「VITA VMK95」(以下「V材」という)と、福田金属箔粉工業株式会社製の銀粉末(粒径25μm)とを用いた。
まず、D材と銀粉末、V材と銀粉末を、それぞれ所定の割合で混合した。
D材および銀を含有するD材の焼成は、真空度50%、昇温スピード80℃/minの割合で、温度を940℃まで上昇させて、当該温度に維持して0.7分間の焼成を行った。
得られたそれぞれの試験片について、以下の試験を行った。

試験片を一定距離に配置された2支点上に置き、支点間の1点に加重を加えて折れた時の最大曲げ応力を測定した。曲げ強さの計算式を以下に示す。

w:試験片の幅(mm)
t:試験片の厚さ(mm)
図1に、D材のみから作製した試験片と、およびD材と銀との混合セラミックスとからなる試験片について、3点曲げ試験に基づいて計測した破折抗力とひずみ量との関係を示す。参考として、銀の弾性係数より求められる該当値を加えた。
Claims (6)
- (KNa)2O・Al2O3・6SiO2を主成分とするセラミック粉末:50〜90質量%、金、銀、白金、パラジウムおよび銅の中から選択される少なくとも1種の金属粉末:10〜50質量%の割合となるように、該セラミック粉末と金属粉末とを混合し、得られた混合粉末と水と粘土とを混合および成形し、得られた成形体を、焼成温度を900〜1050℃として焼結させることを含むセラミックスの製造方法であって、
前記セラミック粉末として、前記金属粉末の融点より低い融点を有するセラミック材料を用いるセラミックスの製造方法。 - 前記焼成温度を1000℃以下とする請求項1に記載のセラミックスの製造方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載された製造方法によって得られ、セラミック粒子間が金属粒子を介して結合されており、硬度がビッカーズ硬度で300〜350であるセラミックス。
- 少なくとも前記金属粒子が焼結している請求項3に記載のセラミックス。
- 請求項3または4に記載されたセラミックスからなる人工歯冠。
- 請求項3または4に記載されたセラミックスからなり、CAM−CADシステムにより人工歯冠を作成するためのセラミックブロック。
