Description
The present invention relates to an organic wastewater treatment method and apparatus, and more particularly, to an organic wastewater treatment method and apparatus for biologically treating water to be treated containing organic matter with a methanogen.
Conventionally, in organic wastewater treatment methods for removing organic matter from treated water containing organic matter (so-called “organic wastewater”), there are a wide variety of methods for decomposing and removing organic matter by biologically treating the treated water with microorganisms. Various methods have been studied as biological treatment methods for this organic wastewater.
For example, in
In the organic wastewater treatment method in which a biological treatment process using a methanogen as described in
By the way, since organic wastewater has a large fluctuation in discharge, and it is difficult to carry out stable biological treatment as it is, a part of the treated water after treatment is mixed with the organic wastewater. The amount of water to be treated is adjusted and treated.
This
Normally, in biological treatment with methanogens, carbon dioxide (hereinafter also referred to as “carbon dioxide”) is generated together with methane, and a large amount of carbon dioxide is dissolved in the treated water. .
On the other hand, methanogens are normally active actively in a neutral region of pH 6-8.
Therefore, when the acid produced in the acid production process or carbon dioxide dissolved in the treated water is subjected to the biological treatment process by the methanogen, the pH value is lowered and the activity of the methanogen is lowered. Have a fear.
Therefore, the pH of the water to be treated is usually adjusted by mixing an alkali component such as sodium hydroxide before the biological treatment process by the methanogen.
In
However, when aeration is performed on the water to be treated in this way, organic substances contained in the water to be treated are oxidized and decomposed, or low molecular weight organic substances contained in the water to be treated together with carbon dioxide (for example, Volatile fatty acids, etc.) may be released, which may reduce the yield of methane in biological treatment with methanogens.
That is, organic wastewater treatment methods in which biological treatment is performed with methanogens have hitherto been problematic in that it is difficult to reduce the amount of alkali components used while suppressing a decrease in methane yield. doing.
An object of the present invention is to provide an organic wastewater treatment method and an organic wastewater treatment apparatus capable of reducing the amount of alkali components used while suppressing a decrease in the yield of methane.
In the present invention, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a biological treatment process for biologically treating water to be treated containing organic matter with a methanogen and a part of the treated water after the biological treatment are mixed. A mixing step of returning a part of the treated water to the biological treatment step or a step preceding the biological treatment step and mixing with the treated water so that the treated water can be biologically treated in a state And a decarboxylation step of releasing carbon dioxide contained in the returned treated water from the treated water before the mixing step, and in the decarboxylation step, the treated water is showered in a settling tank. and by releasing carbon dioxide from the treated water, organic waste water processing method, characterized in that to the return of the supernatant to precipitate separated granular sludge contained before Kisho sense water in the sedimentation tank I will provide a.
Moreover, this invention is equipped with the biological treatment tank by which the to-be-processed water containing an organic substance is biologically processed with a methanogen in order to solve the said subject, and the treated water biologically processed by the said biological treatment tank Treated water in which a part of the treated water is returned to the biological treatment tank or a step preceding the biological treatment tank to be biologically treated in a state where a part of the treated water is mixed with the treated water A return path is formed, and is provided with a decarbonation mechanism in which carbon dioxide gas contained in the treated water is released from the treated water before the mixing of the treated water and the treated water. showering mechanism for showering the treated water in order to remove the gas and is used in the decarboxylation mechanism, the showering mechanism provided in precipitation hall bath are included in the showering been treated water the settling tank is granular sludge Precipitated separated upper clear, and go solution to provide an organic waste water treatment apparatus, characterized in that the treated water return path is configured to be the back.
According to the present invention, since the decarbonation step of releasing carbon dioxide from the treated water is performed, the amount of alkali components used for neutralization of the carbon dioxide can be reduced.
Moreover, since the decarbonation step for releasing carbon dioxide gas from the treated water is performed before mixing the treated water and the treated water, the source of methane generation contained in the treated water introduced into the biological treatment tank. It can suppress that content of the organic substance used will be reduced, and can suppress the fall of the yield of methane.
That is, it is possible to reduce the use amount of the alkali component while suppressing a decrease in the yield of methane.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described (based on the accompanying drawings).
First, a first embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.

Further, a large-
And two openings are formed in the side surface of this large diameter part, and the said treated water discharge piping L2 and the treated water conveyance piping L3 are connected to this opening.

In addition, the
Note that the amount of air blown into the treated water volume is usually 0.2 times or more and 5 times or more and 10 times or less the volume of treated water in a state of normal temperature and pressure. .
It is preferable that the air blowing amount is in the above range. When the air blowing amount is less than 5 times the treated water, the carbon dioxide gas cannot be removed sufficiently and the pH value of the treated water is sufficiently increased. On the other hand, even if air exceeding 10 times the amount of air is blown into the treated water, the pH value cannot be further improved, and the amount of dissolved oxygen in the treated water may be increased.

Next, a method for performing organic wastewater treatment using such an organic
First, treated water is introduced into the mixing

In addition, as described above, in the first embodiment, treated water is conveyed to the

Moreover, the treated water can be returned to the
Furthermore, in the organic wastewater treatment method according to the first embodiment, since bubbling is performed only on the treated water before mixing with the treated water, the air is mixed after the treated water and treated water are mixed. Compared to conventional organic wastewater treatment methods that have been blown and decarboxylated, while suppressing the risk that the organic matter in the treated water that is the source of methane generation will be reduced before the
Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.

In this second embodiment, a treated water is conveyed by natural flow from the

Also in this third embodiment, treated water is conveyed by natural flow from the
Moreover, the gas supply means used in the first and second embodiments is not used in the third embodiment, and the energy required for the operation of the organic wastewater treatment apparatus is the first and second. This is further suppressed as compared with the embodiment, and the running cost can be further reduced.
Furthermore, in the first and second embodiments, since the air was blown into the treatment liquid, the treated water was in contact with the pressurized air, but in this third embodiment, The

Therefore, in the fourth embodiment, the treated water return path is formed by one pipe, regardless of whether the treated water transport pipe L3 and the reflux pipe L4 are used.
In the first embodiment, the treated water subjected to the decarbonation process in the treated water transfer pipe L3 is gas-liquid separated in the

Therefore, even when decarboxylation is carried out by bubbling using air, the granular sludge A, whose activity is reduced because the granular sludge A contained in the treated water is exposed to an aerobic environment, is biologically treated. It can suppress that it is returned to the

(Decarbonation process: Examination of air blowing amount)
For treated water that has been biologically anaerobically treated with granular sludge containing methanogens, etc., the decarboxylation process by aeration is performed, and the pH of the treated water and the amount of air blown are not performed. It investigated about the pH value of the treated water after the decarboxylation process of the treated water which changed and implemented the decarboxylation process.
About the decarboxylation process with respect to this treated water, a diffused gas is immersed in a tank containing 1 liter of treated water biologically treated with a methanogen, and this diffused gas is 1 at room temperature and normal pressure per minute. A liter of air was supplied for a predetermined time (0.5 minutes (30 seconds), 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, 10 minutes).
The relationship between the amount of air blown at this time (air supply time (minutes) × 1 liter) and the pH value of treated water after air blowing (aeration) was investigated.
For the measurement of the pH, a model “D-50” pH meter manufactured by HORIBA, Ltd. was used.
As a result, as shown in FIG. 8, the pH value of the treated water can be set to 7.7 by increasing the air blowing time to 3 minutes, that is, the amount of air blowing to the treated water is tripled, and the air blowing time is 10 The pH value of the treated water could be increased to 8.4 by increasing the amount of air blown by 10 minutes.
Moreover, from FIG. 8, even if it blows in air exceeding 10 times, the raise of the pH value beyond that is not recognized, but it is 10 times or less from the point which prevents the increase in the amount of dissolved oxygen. It turns out that it is preferable.
(PH adjustment process: Examination of reduction effect of alkali component usage)
As described above, treated water subjected to air blowing (decarbonation step) for 0.5 minutes, 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, and 10 minutes and treated water that was not subjected to air blowing were pH. It evaluated about how much the usage-amount of the alkali component in an adjustment process could be reduced.
Specifically, 100 milliliters of each of the treated water subjected to air blowing for 0.5 minute, 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, and 10 minutes and the treated water that was not air blown, 0.1 mol / liter of hydrochloric acid was added dropwise to 100 ml of the treated water until the pH of the treated water reached 7.0, and the amount of hydrochloric acid dropped until the pH of the treated water reached 7.0 Was measured. The results are shown in FIG.
The increase in the amount of hydrochloric acid dripped in FIG. 9 reflects the effect of reducing the amount of alkali component used in the pH adjustment step. The air blowing time is 3 minutes, that is, the air blowing amount with respect to the treated water is tripled. The amount of hydrochloric acid dripped more than twice that of treated water that was not blown with air, and the air blowing time was 10 minutes, that is, when the amount of blown air was 10 times, The dripping amount of hydrochloric acid was 4 times or more compared with the treated water which was not implemented.
From the above, it can be seen that the amount of the alkaline component used for pH adjustment can be reduced by carrying out the decarboxylation step on the treated water before mixing the treated water and the treated water.
