Claims (22)
- ワイン瓶の入口を密封させるために前記ワイン瓶の入口の内側に挿入されるように設けられた挿入部を備える栓本体と、
前記ワイン瓶の内部の酸素を吸収するように設けられた酸素吸収剤と、
前記酸素吸収剤が前記挿入部の内側に前記挿入部と所定間隔離隔した状態で着脱可能に固定されるように設けられた固定装置と、
を含むこと、
前記固定装置は、前記酸素吸入剤を前記ワイン瓶の内部で流動可能な状態に保持すること、
を特徴とするワイン瓶栓組立体。 - 前記固定装置は、前記挿入部と一体で設けられた環状の固定体と、前記固定体に嵌められるように前記酸素吸収剤に設けられた固定ホールと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワイン瓶栓組立体。
- 前記固定体は弾性を有し、前記固定装置は前記固定体の端部を掛けて固定させるように前記挿入部に設けられた掛止溝をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のワイン瓶栓組立体。
- 前記固定体の端部には前記酸素吸収剤が前記固定体から離脱することを防ぐための離脱防止段が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のワイン瓶栓組立体。
- 前記固定装置は、締結ホールを備えるように前記挿入部と一体に設けられた固定体と、
前記酸素吸収剤に設けられた固定ホールと、
前記固定ホールを通過した状態で前記締結ホールに締結されて前記酸素吸収剤を前記固定体に固定させる締結部材と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワイン瓶栓組立体。 - 前記酸素吸収剤は、内容物と、前記内容物を収容し、かつ空気透過及び放水可能な材質で設けられた通気性包装紙を含み、
前記内容物は、前記酸素吸収剤がワインの上で浮力を受けて浮かぶことができるようにする酸素吸水性分と、水より比重の軽い浮力成分とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワイン瓶栓組立体。 - 前記酸素吸収剤は、発泡性合成樹脂や活性炭のような浮力成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワイン瓶栓組立体。
- 前記酸素吸収剤は、酸素吸収剤を含む内容物と、前記内容物を収容し、かつ空気透過及び放水可能な材質で設けられた通気性包装紙と、前記酸素吸収剤がワインの上で浮力を受けて浮かぶことができるように水より比重の軽い浮力成分を含むように構成されて前記通気性包装紙の外面に結合される浮揚体と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワイン瓶栓組立体。
- 前記固定装置は、前記挿入部と一体で設けられた環状の固定体と、前記固定体と前記酸素吸収剤との間を連結する所定長さの紐形態の連結部材と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワイン瓶栓組立体。
- 前記固定装置は所定長さの紐形態で設けられて、一端は前記酸素吸収剤に固定され、他端は前記栓本体とワイン瓶の入口との間に挟まれて固定されるように設けられた連結部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワイン瓶栓組立体。
- 前記固定装置は、栓本体と連結された挟み形態で設けられて、前記酸素吸収剤の一側をつかむことができるように設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワイン瓶栓組立体。
- 前記酸素吸収剤は、通気性包装紙と、前記通気性包装紙の内部に挿入される内容物と、を含み、
前記内容物は、鉄分及び水分供与体と、電解質と水とが混合された電解液を密封した水袋と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワイン瓶栓組立体。 - 前記水袋は、放水フィルムまたはゼラチンカプセルであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のワイン瓶栓組立体。
- 前記酸素吸収剤は、通気性包装紙と、前記通気性包装紙の内部に挿入される内容物と、を含み、
前記内容物は鉄分及び水分供与体と、前記通気性包装紙の内部に直接投与される電解液と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワイン瓶栓組立体。 - 前記水分供与体は、活性炭、天然ゼオライト、合成ゼオライト、シリカゲル、活性白土、活性酸化アルミニウム、クレー、珪藻土、カオリン、タルク、ベントナイト、セピオラ
イト、アタパルジャイト(Attapulgite)、酸化マグネシウム、酸化鉄、水酸化アルミニ
ウム、水酸化マグネシウム、水酸化鉄、珪酸マグネシウム、珪酸アルミニウム、合成ハイドロタルサイト、アミン担持多孔質シリカのうち、1つまたは2つ以上からなることを特徴とする請求項12または14に記載のワイン瓶栓組立体。 - 前記水分供与体と粉末状の鉄分との割合は0.3〜2:1であることを特徴とする請求項12または14に記載のワイン瓶栓組立体。
- 前記水分供与体の粒子のサイズは8〜50メッシュ(mesh)であることを特徴とする請求項12または14に記載のワイン瓶栓組立体。
- 前記電解液と粉末状の鉄分との割合は0.2〜1:1であることを特徴とする請求項12または14に記載のワイン瓶栓組立体。
- 前記電解液は、電解質が0.1M〜2Mの間の濃度であることを特徴とする請求項12または14に記載のワイン瓶栓組立体。
- 前記ワイン瓶栓組立体の酸素吸収剤を前記固定装置に結合する前まで、酸素遮断性の高い材質で設けられた包装紙で酸素吸収剤を2次包装したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワイン瓶栓組立体。
- 前記2次包装紙は、酸素透過率が10cc.mil/100 in^2−day−atm以下であることを特徴とする請求項20に記載のワイン瓶栓組立体。
- 前記2次包装紙は,水蒸気の透過率が0.8WVTR(38℃ and 95 vs 0% RH)以下であることを特徴とする請求項20に記載のワイン瓶栓組立体。
