Description
Ca(OH)2+H2O+SO2−>CaSO3(硫酸カルシウム)+2 H2O
Ca(OH)2+2 HCl −>CaCl2(塩化カルシウム)+2 H2O
Ca(OH)2+2 HF −>CaF2(フッ化カルシウム)+2 H2O
これらの反応において、汚染物質の分離のために好適な温度は、約145℃である。

Claims (12)
- 循環流動床における吸着法により廃棄物焼却装置からの排ガスを浄化するための方法であって、供給される未反応吸着剤の質量流量が、再循環される固体物質中の未反応吸着剤の濃度及び/又は少なくとも1つの吸着された汚染物質の濃度の関数として制御されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記再循環される固体物質中の未反応吸着剤の濃度及び/又は少なくとも1つの吸着された汚染物質の濃度は、連続して測定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記測定は、フーリエ変換型近赤外分光計によって実施されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記再循環される固体物質中の未反応吸着剤の濃度及び/又は少なくとも1つの吸着された汚染物質の濃度の測定は、サイクロンによって循環経路から抽出された固体物質のサンプルを使用して実施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記再循環される固体物質中の、塩化物の濃度、又は、塩化物及び未反応吸着剤の濃度が測定されることを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 循環経路から放出される固体物質の質量流量も、前記再循環される固体物質中の未反応吸着剤の濃度及び/又は少なくとも1つの吸着された汚染物質の濃度の関数として制御されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 吸着剤として消石灰が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記供給される未反応吸着剤の質量流量、又は、前記供給される未反応吸着剤及び循環経路から放出される固体物質の質量流量は、生ガス又は純ガス中のHCl及び/又はSO2の濃度の関数としても制御されることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 流動床炉(14)を使用した循環流動床における吸着法、及び、前記流動床炉に固体物質を戻すための手段(20)により、廃棄物燃焼装置からの排ガスを浄化するための排ガス浄化システムであって、更に、供給される未反応吸着剤の質量流量を、再循環される固体物質中の未反応吸着剤の濃度及び/又は少なくとも1つの吸着された汚染物質の濃度の関数として制御する手段を含むことを特徴とする排ガス浄化システム。
- 前記再循環される固体物質中の未反応吸着剤の濃度及び/又は少なくとも1つの吸着された汚染物質の濃度を測定するための分析装置(34)を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の排ガス浄化システム。
- 分析装置(34)は、フーリエ変換型近赤外分光計であることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の排ガス浄化システム。
- 前記未反応吸着剤の濃度及び/又は少なくとも1つの吸着された汚染物質の濃度を測定するために、前記再循環される固体物質のサンプルを抽出するサイクロン(40)を含むことを特徴とする請求項9から11のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス浄化システム。
