Description
The present invention is used to inject aerosol contents (for example, an aerosol composition containing a pest repellent, a foam raw material such as a urethane prepolymer, and a propellant) housed in an aerosol container. The present invention relates to an aerosol injection device and a button attached to the aerosol injection device.
Pests, snakes, etc., harmful insects, mites, cockroaches, white ants, etc., invade the building, and heat insulation, other building materials, electric wires, gas pipes, etc. are struck and damaged. However, there is a risk that the durability of the building will deteriorate, or a power outage or fire may occur.
As an aerosol injection device for exterminating such pests, an
In the

However, in the
For this reason, the liquid mixture is injected at a location away from the aforementioned entrance and exit, and the mixed liquid is not efficiently injected into the entrance and exit, and a lot of liquid mixture is required to block the entrance and exit, which is a waste. May occur.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide an aerosol injection device capable of accurately and efficiently injecting aerosol contents to a desired location, and a button attached to the aerosol injection device. It is to provide.
The above-described object of the present invention is achieved by the following configuration.
(1) an aerosol container containing an aerosol content containing a harmful animal repellent, a raw material for rigid foam, and a propellant ;
A valve stem provided at an end of the aerosol container and extending in the axial direction of the aerosol container;
A button having its own button base end attached to the tip of the valve stem in order to eject the aerosol contents from the tip of the valve stem;
A method for closing a hole for a harmful animal by using an aerosol spraying device comprising a long pipe attached to the button ,
The button is formed hollow from the button proximal end to the button distal end to guide the aerosol contents ejected from the distal end of the valve stem, and the long pipe is detachable. A pipe fitting part for fitting is provided at the tip of the button and is formed to extend to the side part of the aerosol container, and a lever part is provided on the button side part for fully opening the valve stem at the time of use. And
With the valve stem of the aerosol container oriented downward,
The long pipe is directed to the hole to close the hole allowing the entry of harmful animals;
By operating the lever portion, the aerosol contents are injected into the air and hardened to form a hard foam containing the harmful animal repellent, and the hole is closed by the hard foam. A method for closing an entry hole of a harmful animal by an aerosol spraying device, wherein
According to the configuration of the above (1), the end of the long pipe fitted to the pipe fitting part of the button is brought close to the entrance / exit allowing the entry of harmful animals (including pests), and then the lever part is aerosolized. By operating toward the container, the aerosol contents can be intensively sprayed around the entrance / exit, that is, at a desired location. At this time, if a long pipe with a large diameter is used as the long pipe, an injection amount corresponding to the opening area can be obtained for a relatively large entrance / exit. On the other hand, if a long pipe having a small diameter is used as the long pipe, an injection amount corresponding to the opening area can be obtained for a relatively small entrance / exit.
In addition, the lever part extends to the side of the aerosol container and is formed to fully open the valve stem at the time of use, so that the valve stem can be operated sufficiently with a smaller force for the length. The desired injection amount can be obtained with certainty. For this reason, efficient injection can be performed.
Further, the ratio of the inner diameter of the valve stem to the inner diameter of the long pipe is set so that the inner diameter of the long pipe is within a range of 0.5 or more when the inner diameter of the valve stem is 1. The progress of the curing of the aerosol contents in the valve stem and the long pipe can be suppressed, and efficient injection can be performed for a long time without causing clogging. In addition, it is good to process a mold release agent in these pipes beforehand. At this time, it is preferable to treat the inner surface of these pipes with a release agent.
Further, since the tip of the lever portion is provided obliquely above the end of the aerosol container with the valve stem of the aerosol container being directed downward, for example, the valve stem is The user can operate the lever portion while grasping the aerosol container, that is, the main body of the aerosol injection device, when the user is directed toward the device. For this reason, efficient injection can be performed and usability can be improved.
Further, the aerosol content is an aerosol composition containing a harmful animal repellent, a raw material for hard foam, and a propellant, and the tip of a long pipe disposed below the aerosol container is harmful. By moving the lever part toward the aerosol container after approaching the entrance allowing the invasion of animals, the aerosol composition adheres around the entrance allowing the invasion of harmful animals, which hardens and repels the harmful animals Is formed, and the entrance is closed by this hard foam.
Also, by moving the end of the long pipe fitted to the pipe fitting part of the button close to the entrance allowing the entry of harmful animals (including pests), the lever part is operated toward the aerosol container. The aerosol contents can be intensively sprayed around the entrance / exit, that is, at a desired location.
In addition, since the lever part is formed to extend to the side part of the aerosol container and is formed to fully open the valve stem at the time of use, the valve stem can be sufficiently operated with a smaller force for the length. Thus, a desired injection amount can be obtained with certainty. For this reason, efficient injection can be performed.
Here, in the present invention, the propellant described above may be either compressed gas or liquefied gas. Examples of the compressed gas include carbon dioxide gas, nitrogen gas, and compressed air. In addition, examples of the liquefied gas include liquefied petroleum gas, dimethyl ether, propane, butane, liquefied CO 2 , and liquefied N 2 . Moreover, you may use the mixed gas of compressed gas and liquefied gas as a propellant. The blending amount may be a blending amount capable of injecting the aerosol contents in the aerosol container from the aerosol spraying device, and may be in a range of 5 parts by weight to 90 parts by weight that does not hinder the implementation of the present invention.
Further, in the present invention, the aerosol contents in the aerosol container can include an aerosol composition containing an animal repellent and a raw material for hard foam in addition to the above-mentioned propellant, but further if necessary. Various solvents, additives and the like may be included. For example, a foamed polyurethane aerosol composition can be used as the aerosol composition. Polyurethane foam resin is not only excellent in abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and adhesion of polyurethane resin, but also excellent in elasticity, heat insulation, sound insulation, etc., and widely used as heat insulation material in factories and buildings It has been. The foamed polyurethane resin is roughly classified into a one-component curable type and a two-component curable type. Specific examples of these are one-component curable type using a prepolymer, polyol and polyisocyanate. And a two-component curing type. For example, in the case of a one-component curable type using a prepolymer, a one-component foamed polyurethane aerosol composition contained in an aerosol container basically comprises a urethane prepolymer and a propellant as raw materials for a hard foam. A polyurethane foam is formed by being injected and cured from an aerosol injection device.
Therefore, in the present invention, examples of the hard foam material used for the aerosol composition include one-pack type or two-pack type hard foam polymer, hard foam prepolymer, and hard foam monomer. The one-pack type is preferable because it is superior in terms of usability. The blending amount may be in the range of 5 parts by weight to 90 parts by weight as long as the implementation of the present invention is not hindered. Here, the term “hard” refers to a hardness that allows the formed foam to be cut horizontally or perpendicularly to the processing surface with a sharp blade such as a cutter. And the typical thing of the raw material for hard foams (in other words, the raw material for hard foamed resin) is the above-mentioned urethane prepolymer. For example, a suitable foamed polyurethane aerosol composition can be obtained from 40 to 99 parts by weight of urethane prepolymer and 1 to 60 parts by weight of a propellant composed of at least one of a liquefied gas and a compressed gas. In addition, you may mix | blend a solvent as needed.
Examples of the solvent generally include water, alcohols such as methyl alcohol and ethyl alcohol, glycols, ketones such as acetone and methyl ethyl ketone, ethers such as tetrahydrofuran and dioxane, hexane, kerosene, paraffin, and kerosene. Etc. can be used. These solvents may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
Further, a pest repellent may be mixed with an amino resin such as melamine resin and microencapsulated so as to be scattered in the foam. In this way, the persistence of the harmful animal repellent effect is increased.
In the present invention, harmful animal repellents include pepper powder, capsaicin (for example, nordihydrocapsaicin I, dihydrocapsaicin, homodihydrocapsaicin I, nordihydrocapsaicin II, homodihydrocapsaicin II, capsaicin, homocapsaicin I, homocapsaicin II. Etc.), powder paste, terpineol, camphor, wasabi, allyl isothiocyanate, thymol, rosemary extract and the like.
Capsaicins also have a repellent effect against white ants and other pests.
In addition, the amount of the harmful animal repellent-containing rigid foamed urethane resin used in the method for repelling harmful animals using the aerosol spray device of the present invention is the content of the harmful animal repellent component in the urethane resin, the application method, the application location, etc. The amount to be applied per hole cm 2 at the entrance / exit of the sputum is usually 0.05 g, preferably 0.1 g to 0.5 g, in this case harmful animal repellent component The amount of the active ingredient may be 1 mg to 50 mg.
。 In the present invention, the harmful animals to be repelled are not particularly limited, and examples thereof include spiders, spiders, and earth dragons. Examples of insect pests include cockroaches, termites, ants and other insect pests, centipede, geji and other insect pests, and insects which easily enter holes such as bees and abs (these are also harmful animals).
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the button attached to the aerosol injection apparatus which can inject an aerosol content to a desired location accurately and without waste, and an aerosol injection apparatus can be provided.

As shown in FIG. 8, the large diameter
As shown in FIG. 9, the
The
The
In the
Further, the ratio of the inner diameter D1 of the
As shown in FIG. 10, a small-diameter long pipe 6 can be detachably attached to the pipe
Next, with reference to FIGS. 11 and 12, a method of using the
First, the
Then, as shown in FIG. 11, the aerosol injection device 10 (so that the large-diameter long pipe 5 (small-diameter long pipe 6) faces downward, that is, the
Then, after the
As shown in FIG. 12, since the
At this time, since the large-diameter
Further, since the
After the injection is finished, when the finger is released from the
And when the period of non-use passes, the aerosol content (that is, residual liquid) which remains without being injected in the
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the
At this time, if the large-diameter
In addition, since the
Furthermore, the ratio of the inner diameter dimension D1 of the
In addition, according to the present embodiment, the tip of the
Moreover, according to this embodiment, the aerosol content is a foamed polyurethane aerosol composition containing a harmful animal repellent, a urethane prepolymer, and a propellant, and the
