黴び取り剤や漂白剤あるいは整髪剤等の内容物を泡状にして噴出させるフォーマーディスペンサーは、レバーを牽曳して内容物を噴出させるトリガータイプや押圧ヘッドを押し込んで内容物を噴出させるプライミングタイプのものが知られている。

上記のようなフォーマーディスペンサーに装着される噴射ノズルはそのタイプの如何にかかわらず、ディスペンサー本体の噴射筒に装着される噴射チップと、噴射チップより噴射させた内容物を泡状にして外部に排出す造泡筒を備えた泡生成部材からなっていてその構造はほぼ共通したものになっている。

ところで、フォーマーディスペンサーに装着される従来の噴射ノズルは、噴射チップと造泡筒との間に外気導入用の隙間が設けられているため、噴射チップから噴射された内容物の一部がその隙間へと入り込み、これが外気導入用の通路を伝わって外部に流れて出し液だれを起こす原因になっている。

上記のような液だれを解消するものとしては、噴射チップに相当するノズル本体に液垂れ防止機構を設けて、これを造泡筒に突き当てるようにした構造のノズルが提案されている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。

本発明の課題は、上述のような従来問題を解消できる新規な噴射ノズルを提案するところにある。

本発明は、フォーマーディスペンサーの噴射筒の先端に装着され該噴射筒の通路につながる開孔を有する噴射チップと、噴射チップの開孔より噴射させた内容物を外気との混在下に泡状にして外部に排出する造泡筒を備えた泡生成部材からなるノズルであって、
前記噴射チップに、開孔の回りを取り囲み造泡筒の内側に当接するか若しくは微小な隙間を残して極僅かに入り込む環状体を設け、この環状体の少なくとも片側サイドに外気を導入する切り欠もしくは窓孔を設けたことを特徴とするフォーマーディスペンサー用噴射ノズルである。

以下、図面を参照して本発明をより具体的に説明する。

図1〜図4は本発明に従う噴射ノズルを、トリガー式のフォーマーディスペンサーに装着した例で示したものである。

図1〜図4において1はディスペンサーの噴射筒、2は噴射筒1の先端にて固定保持され該噴射筒1の通路1aにつながる開孔hを有する噴射チップ、3は噴射チップ2を内装する泡生成部材である。この泡生成部材3は噴射チップ2の開孔hより噴射させた内容物を外気との混在下に泡状にして外部に排出する造泡筒3aとその回りを取り囲む外気導入路3bを備えている。

造泡筒3aの要部を拡大して図7に示すごとく、環状体5が嵌合する部分の内径Lはその先端領域の内径Lよりも小さくすることで造泡筒3aと環状体5との間に微小な隙間が残されていても造泡筒3a内に残った内容物の一部が外気導入路3bへ流れ出すのを確実に防止することができ、その結果として泡状になった内容物をより有利に排出することが可能になる。なお、造泡筒3aの内径Lから内径Lに至るまでの領域はテーパー状の傾斜を有するフラット面や曲面、あるいは階段状の段差面等何れの形状でもよく、任意の形状を採用することができ、とくに限定はされない。

本発明の実施の形態では、噴射チップ2の全体を泡生成部材3にて覆う構造のものを例として示したが、泡生成部材3の外壁部を取り除き、噴射チップ2の先端内に泡生成部材3を内装する構造を採用することも可能である。
