Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an injection nozzle for a former dispenser that sucks and pressurizes the contents in a container by a pump mechanism and jets the contents in a foam state, and the foam pattern when the contents are ejected is provided. It is intended to switch and change under a simple operation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For containers filled with wiping agent, bleach, hair conditioner or facial cleanser, dispensers that squirt the contents without using a pressurized medium that leads to environmental destruction such as those used in aerosol containers are used. It has been.
[0003]
As the above-mentioned dispenser, a trigger type dispenser that specifically sucks and pressurizes the contents by checking the operation lever and a priming type that sucks and pressurizes the contents by pushing the pressing head Dispensers are known, and there are those that meet various demands such as ejection of the contents in the form of a mist or foam.
[0004]
Normally, a foam dispenser that blows out the contents in the form of foam collides with the barrier provided near the outlet side of the contents ejected from the nozzle opening, and mixes with the air at that time to create a foam state. It is common to have an injection nozzle with a structure to make a foam pattern, such as providing a sliding cylinder member in the injection nozzle and moving it back and forth to eject coarse foam or creamy foam There has also been proposed one that can be changed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-27485 [0006]
By the way, in the prior art described above, the injection nozzle that enables switching and changing of the foam pattern tends to have a large number of components, and the internal structure of the nozzle is complicated, and it moves within the nozzle. It is impossible to confirm where the sliding cylinder member to be located is, and it is impossible to predict what pattern of bubbles will be ejected. In addition, when changing the bubble pattern, it is provided at the tip of the nozzle. Since the screw cylinder is directly gripped and switched, the contents remaining in the nozzle are liable to adhere to the hand.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to propose a spray nozzle for a former dispenser having a simplified structure that can switch and change the foam pattern with a simple operation without the residual contents adhering to the hand.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is a spray nozzle that discharges the contents ejected from the spray cylinder of the former dispenser in the form of bubbles,
A nozzle main body having an opening attached to the tip of the injection cylinder and connected to the passage of the injection cylinder, and the contents attached to the nozzle main body and ejected from the opening collide with the barrier and are discharged in the form of bubbles. With a bubble-making cylinder,
The nozzle body is provided with an annular body that surrounds the opening and surrounds the opening and protrudes in the direction of discharging the contents, and the foam-forming cylinder is screw-engaged inside the annular body along the longitudinal direction thereof. A spray nozzle for a former dispenser characterized by being slidably mounted.
[0009]
In the spray nozzle configured as described above, it is desirable that the foam-forming cylinder has a knob on the outer surface.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to the drawings.
[0011]
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment in which an injection nozzle according to the present invention is mounted on a trigger-type dispenser.
[0012]
In the figure, 1 is a body of a dispenser incorporating a pump mechanism, 2 is an operation lever, and 3 is an injection cylinder of the dispenser.
[0013]
Reference numeral 4 denotes a nozzle body attached to the tip of the injection cylinder 3, and the nozzle body 4 is provided with an opening 4 a connected to the passage 3 a of the injection cylinder 3.
[0014]
Reference numeral 5 denotes a foam-making cylinder. The foam-forming cylinder 5 is provided with a barrier 5a that collides the contents ejected from the opening 4a of the nozzle body 4 and discharges it to the outside, and an annular groove 5b that opens toward the rear end. The nozzle body 4 and the foam-forming cylinder 5 constitute an injection nozzle.
[0015]
Further, reference numeral 6 denotes a knob provided integrally on the outer surface of the foam-forming cylinder 5, and 7 denotes an annular body that is open at the tip of the nozzle body 4 that surrounds the opening 4a and protrudes in the direction in which the contents are discharged. The annular body 7 can be screw-engaged in an annular groove 5b of the foaming cylinder 5 as shown in the figure, and the foaming cylinder 5 is rotated around the annular body 7 so that the length of the annular body 7 is increased. By sliding along the direction, the distance between the barrier 5a and the opening 4a is changed to change the bubble pattern. Further, an air introduction path for introducing air into the foam-forming cylinder 5 is provided between the base of the annular body 7 and the front surface of the opening 4 a of the nozzle body 4 and on the side wall of the nozzle body 4. It opens in the symmetrical position centering on the opening 4a so that it may connect ahead of 4a.
[0016]
The injection nozzle shown in FIG. 1 has a very simple structure that enables the foam pattern to be changed by simply screwing the foam-forming cylinder 5 to the annular body 7, and the movement of the foam-making cylinder 5. Since it can be visually confirmed, it is possible to easily determine what kind of bubble is ejected, and it is easy to use.
[0017]
In addition, since the spray nozzle having such a structure can grip the knob 6 and slide the foam-forming cylinder 5, the contents remaining at the tip of the spray nozzle are erroneous when switching the foam pattern. Will not stick to your hands.
[0018]
In sliding the foam-forming cylinder 5, for example, a positioning means comprising a convex part and a concave part into which the convex part enters is provided at a plurality of positions between the annular body 7 and the foam-forming cylinder 5, or a convex part instead of the concave part is provided. It is also possible to provide a second convex part that can get over the part, whereby not only the desired foam pattern can be quickly changed, but also the foam can be ejected in a stable pattern.
[0019]
FIG. 2 shows another embodiment of the injection nozzle according to the present invention. In this example, the foamed cylinder 5 is screw-engaged inside the annular body 7, and it is further connected to the foamed cylinder 5 by visual observation of the protruding state of the main body portion of the foamed cylinder 5. Since the knob 6 is exposed to the outside of the annular body 7, it is possible to easily grasp at which position the foam-forming cylinder 5 is located on the annular body 7 at the position where the knob 6 is present.
[0020]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the air introduction path is shown as a structure in which the air introduction path is opened around the barrier 5a on the front surface of the foam-forming cylinder 5, but the air introduction path is not limited to this. Similarly to the one shown in the embodiment, a structure opened in the side wall of the nozzle body 4 may be used, and the structure is appropriately selected.
[0021]
In FIGS. 1 and 2 above, the foaming cylinder 5 and the annular body 7 are screw-engaged, and the foaming cylinder 5 is slid by rotating, but either the foaming cylinder 5 or the annular body 7 is used. At least one groove portion along the longitudinal direction of the annular body 7 is provided on one side, and at least one rib that enters the groove portion is provided on the other side, and the foam-forming cylinder 5 is slid under the guidance of the groove portion and the rib. However, this point is not limited.
[0022]
Although not shown, the nozzle body 4 is not provided with the annular body 7, and an annular body equivalent to this is disposed in the foaming cylinder 5, and this annular body is attached to the tip of the nozzle body 4 from the screw or groove and rib. The foaming cylinder 5 may be slid together with the annular body by being engaged like a spline.
[0023]
Even when the foamed cylinder 5 is slid by applying the groove and the rib, a concave portion and a convex portion that fits into the concave portion or a second convex portion that can get over the convex portion are provided at a plurality of positions between them. By performing the positioning at the position, it is possible to quickly change and eject the bubbles having a certain pattern.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the structure of the injection nozzle can be simplified, and the bubble pattern can be switched and changed under a simple operation.
[0025]
In addition, it is possible to visually check where the foam-making cylinder is located on the nozzle body, and not only can it be easily judged what pattern the foam will be, but by providing a knob, the contents can be easily obtained. Adherence can be surely prevented, and usability is greatly improved.
[Brief description of the drawings]
1A and 1B are diagrams showing an embodiment of an injection nozzle according to the present invention, in which FIG. 1A is a front view showing an external shape of a nozzle body and a shape of a barrier portion, and FIG. 1B is a side view of the nozzle body and a barrier; FIG.
