Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an injection nozzle for a foamer dispenser that suctions and pressurizes the contents in a container by a pump mechanism and jets the contents in a foamy state. Switching and changing are performed under a simple operation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Containers filled with fungicides, bleaching agents, hair styling agents, facial cleansers, etc. use a dispenser that squirts out the contents without using a pressurized medium that leads to environmental destruction as used in aerosol containers. Have been.
[0003]
As the dispenser, specifically, a trigger type dispenser that sucks the contents by pulling the operation lever, and pressurizes and ejects the contents, or a priming type dispenser that sucks the contents by pushing the pressing head and pressurizes and ejects the contents. Dispensers are known, and there are also those that meet various requirements, such as ejecting the contents in a mist or foam form.
[0004]
Usually, a foamer dispenser that blows out the contents in the form of a foam collides the contents blown out from the nozzle opening with a barrier provided in the immediate vicinity of the outlet side and mixes it with air at that time to create a bubble state It is common to have an injection nozzle with a structure that makes it possible to form a sliding cylinder member inside the injection nozzle and move it back and forth to eject coarse or creamy bubbles, etc. Has been proposed (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-27485 [0006]
By the way, in the above-mentioned prior art, etc., the injection nozzle capable of switching and changing the bubble pattern has a tendency that the number of constituent parts tends to increase, the structure inside the nozzle is complicated, and the nozzle moves inside the nozzle. It is not possible to check where the sliding cylinder member to be located is, it is impossible to predict what kind of pattern of bubbles will be ejected, and furthermore, when changing the bubble pattern, it is provided at the tip of the nozzle Since the switching is performed by directly gripping the screw cylinder, there is a problem that the contents remaining in the nozzle easily adhere to the hand.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to propose a spray nozzle for a foamer dispenser having a simplified structure in which a bubble pattern can be switched and changed by a simple operation without a residual content being attached to a hand.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is an injection nozzle that discharges the content ejected from the injection cylinder of the former dispenser to the outside in a foamy state,
A nozzle body attached to the tip of the injection cylinder and having an opening connected to the passage of the injection cylinder, and the contents mounted on the nozzle body and ejected from the opening collide with the barrier and are discharged to the outside in the form of bubbles. Equipped with a foaming cylinder,
The nozzle body is provided with an annular body that surrounds the opening and protrudes in the direction in which the contents are discharged and has an open end, and a foaming cylinder is slidably mounted on the annular body along the longitudinal direction thereof. An injection nozzle for a former dispenser, characterized in that:
[0009]
In the injection nozzle having the above configuration, it is preferable that the foaming cylinder has a knob on the outer surface thereof.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to the drawings.
[0011]
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment in which the injection nozzle according to the present invention is mounted on a trigger type dispenser.
[0012]
In the figure, 1 is a body of a dispenser incorporating a pump mechanism, 2 is an operation lever, and 3 is an injection cylinder of the dispenser.
[0013]
Reference numeral 4 denotes a nozzle main body mounted on the tip of the injection cylinder 3, and the nozzle main body 4 is provided with an opening 4 a connected to the passage 3 a of the injection cylinder 3.
[0014]
5 is a foaming cylinder. The foaming cylinder 5 is provided with a barrier 5a for colliding the content ejected from the opening 4a of the nozzle body 4 to make it foam and discharge it to the outside, and an annular groove 5b opening toward the rear end. An injection nozzle is constituted by the nozzle body 4 and the foaming cylinder 5.
[0015]
Reference numeral 6 denotes a knob integrally provided on the outer surface of the foaming cylinder 5, and reference numeral 7 denotes an annular body that surrounds the opening 4a in the nozzle body 4 and that is open at the tip and protrudes in the direction in which the contents are discharged. The annular body 7 can be screw-engaged in the annular groove 5b of the foaming cylinder 5 as shown in the figure. By sliding along the direction, the distance between the barrier 5a and the opening 4a is changed to change the bubble pattern. Further, an air introduction path for introducing air into the foaming cylinder 5 is provided between the base of the annular body 7 and the front surface of the opening 4 a of the nozzle body 4 and on the side wall of the nozzle body 4. The opening 4a is opened at a symmetric position about the opening 4a so as to be connected to the front of the opening 4a.
[0016]
The injection nozzle shown in FIG. 1 has an extremely simple structure that enables the foam pattern to be changed only by screwing the foam tube 5 into the annular body 7, and furthermore, the movement of the foam tube 5. Can be visually confirmed, so that it is possible to easily determine what pattern of bubbles will blow out, which is convenient.
[0017]
In addition, since the spray nozzle having such a structure can slide the foam-forming cylinder 5 by gripping the knob 6, the contents remaining at the tip of the spray nozzle when switching the bubble pattern are erroneously detected. It does not stick to your hands.
[0018]
When sliding the foam-forming tube 5, for example, positioning means including a convex portion and a concave portion into which the convex portion is inserted are provided at a plurality of positions between the annular body 7 and the foam-forming tube 5, or a convex portion is provided instead of the concave portion. It is also possible to provide a second convex portion that can get over the portion, so that not only can the foam pattern be quickly changed to a desired foam pattern, but also the foam can be ejected in a stable pattern.
[0019]
FIG. 2 shows another embodiment of the injection nozzle according to the present invention. This example has a structure in which the foaming cylinder 5 is screw-engaged inside the annular body 7, and is further connected to the foaming cylinder 5 by visual inspection of the protruding state of the main body portion of the foaming cylinder 5. Since the knob 6 is exposed outside the annular body 7, the position of the foaming cylinder 5 in the annular body 7 can be easily grasped from the position of the knob 6.
[0020]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 described above, the air introduction passage is shown as a structure opened around the barrier 5a on the front surface of the foaming cylinder 5, but the air introduction passage is not limited to this. As in the first embodiment, a structure in which the nozzle body 4 is opened on the side wall may be used, and the structure is appropriately selected.
[0021]
In FIGS. 1 and 2 described above, the foaming cylinder 5 and the annular body 7 are screw-engaged, and the foaming cylinder 5 is slid by rotating. On one side, at least one groove is provided along the longitudinal direction of the annular body 7, and on the other side, at least one rib is provided to enter the groove, and the foaming cylinder 5 is slid under the guidance of the groove and the rib. This may be done, and this point is not limited.
[0022]
Although not shown, the annular body 7 is not provided in the nozzle body 4, and an equivalent annular body is provided in the foaming cylinder 5, and the annular body is attached to the tip of the nozzle body 4 by a screw or a groove and a rib. The foaming cylinder 5 may be slid together with the annular body by engaging with a spline.
[0023]
In the case where the foaming cylinder 5 is slid by applying the groove and the rib, a predetermined portion is provided by providing a concave portion and a convex portion fitted into the concave portion or a second convex portion over which the convex portion can go over at a plurality of positions therebetween. By performing positioning at the position, bubbles having a fixed pattern can be quickly changed and ejected.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the structure of an injection nozzle can be simplified and the pattern of a bubble can be switched and changed under simple operation.
[0025]
In addition, it is possible to visually check the position of the foaming cylinder in the nozzle main body, and it is possible to easily determine what kind of pattern the foam has, and by providing a knob portion, the contents can be hand-held. Adhesion can be reliably prevented, and usability is significantly improved.
