Description

The present invention relates to an air diffuser.

In general, when water to be treated is treated using aerobic microorganisms, an air diffuser for aeration is installed in a treatment tank. In this air diffuser, cleaning work for eliminating clogging caused by operation for a certain period, replacement work for damaged parts, and periodic inspection work are required. As an apparatus for smoothly performing these operations without draining water from the treatment tank, an elevating apparatus for an air diffuser is known (for example, see Patent Document 1). Here, for reasons such as prevention of odor diffusion of the water to be treated, the upper opening of the treatment tank where the diffuser is taken in and out is often formed narrowly. And, in the lifting device described in Patent Document 1, the one end of the diffuser installed horizontally is pulled up by, for example, a chain, thereby rotating the diffuser 90 degrees around the hinge on the other end as an axis, and further, The upright diffuser was lifted vertically to take it out of the treated water in the treatment tank.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-115730

However, in the conventional apparatus described in Patent Document 1, the work is complicated because the diffuser is shifted from a horizontal state to a vertical state and then lifted. Moreover, the structure of the hinge part used as the axis | shaft for rotating an air diffuser and the guide part for raising an air diffuser was complicated.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and provides an air diffuser that can be easily put in and out from the opening of the upper portion of the processing tank with a simple configuration and can be easily put in and out. For the purpose.

In order to solve the above problems, the air diffuser of the present invention can be moved up and down into the treatment tank by the lifting means, and is an air diffuser for gas diffused into the water to be treated in the treatment tank, extend substantially vertically, the discharge and riser pipe is moved up and down by elevating means, extending in a substantially horizontal direction, a header pipe communicating with the riser pipe, communicates with the f header tube, the gas from the header tubes An air diffuser having an air diffuser, a connection part including a joint part for connecting the header pipe to the riser pipe so as to be swingable or rotatable about the extending direction of the header pipe, and the header pipe characterized in that a counterweight which the shaft center eccentric position of.

When the air diffuser of the present invention is lifted upward by the lifting means from the working position where aeration is performed, the header pipe is lifted from the substantially horizontal direction by the counterweight provided at a position eccentric from the axial center of the header pipe. Since the aeration tube is tilted from a substantially horizontal direction by swinging or rotating about the extending direction of the header tube through the connecting portion including the joint portion connecting the header tube and the header tube, the opening at the top of the processing tank The air diffuser can be taken in and out. In this way, the air diffuser can be taken in and out by a simple structure comprising a joint portion and a counterweight that can swing or rotate the header pipe, and the air diffuser can be taken in and out by the lifting means. This is easily realized simply by performing an operation of moving the air device vertically.

Here, it is preferable that the connection portion includes a joint portion that couples the header pipe to the riser pipe so as to be swingable about an axis parallel to the header pipe. In this case, the header pipe is swung around an axis that is offset in parallel from the axis of the header pipe. By oscillating the header tube, the diffuser tube can be tilted from a substantially horizontal state.

Moreover, a connection part is good also as a structure containing the joint part which connects a header pipe | tube with respect to a riser pipe | tube so that rotation is possible centering on a header pipe | tube. In this case, the header pipe is rotated around the axis of the header pipe. By the rotation of the header pipe, the diffuser pipe can be tilted from a substantially horizontal state.

The connecting portion includes a joint portion whose axis is parallel to the header tube, a connecting tube on the riser tube side that is bent so that one end portion is connected to the riser tube and the other end portion is connected to the joint portion. And a connecting pipe on the header pipe side that is bent and connected so that one end is connected to the joint part and the other end communicates with the header pipe, and the joint part is connected to the connecting pipe on the riser pipe side. On the other hand, it is preferable to connect the connecting pipe on the header pipe side so as to be rotatable about the axis of the joint. In this case, the connecting pipe on the header pipe side rotates around the axis of the joint portion with respect to the connecting pipe on the riser pipe side, so the header pipe connected to the connecting pipe on the header pipe side is the joint pipe. It swings around the axis of the part. By oscillating the header tube, the diffuser tube can be tilted from a substantially horizontal state.

Moreover, it is preferable that a counterweight is located outside the edge part of a diffuser tube in the extension direction of a diffuser tube. In this case, even if the counterweight comes into contact with the inner wall of the treatment tank when the diffuser pipe is tilted as the header pipe swings or rotates, the diffuser pipe does not contact the inner wall of the treatment tank. Therefore, it is possible to prevent damage to the air diffuser.

In addition, as a specific configuration that effectively exhibits the above-described operation, it is provided at the bottom of the processing tank and includes a frame for installing a header pipe, the frame has a substantially horizontal upper surface, and the counterweight is a scattered weight. It is connected to the header pipe via a rod-like member provided in parallel with the extending direction of the trachea, and the diffuser tube is made substantially horizontal by lowering the header pipe so as to press the rod-like member against the upper surface of the gantry from above. The structure which is made is mentioned.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, while being able to take in / out from the opening of a processing tank upper part with a simple structure, taking in / out work can be performed easily.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an air diffuser according to the present embodiment, FIG. 2A is a view taken along the line II in FIG. 1, and FIG. 2B is a side view showing a part of the air diffuser. FIGS. 3A and 3B are diagrams showing a state in which the diffuser is spaced upward from the work position shown in FIG. 2A, and FIG. 4 is an operation explanation showing the state in which the diffuser is raised and lowered relative to the processing tank. FIG.

As shown in FIG. 4 (d), the aeration apparatus 1 of the present embodiment is installed at the bottom of the treatment tank 20, performs aerobic treatment by aeration of the treated water in the treatment tank 20, As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the water purifier is provided with a riser pipe 2, a header pipe 3, an air diffusion pipe 4, a counterweight 6, a gantry 10, and a connection portion 12. This air diffuser 1 is called a swirling flow type, and as shown in FIG. 4 (d), one (right side in the figure) of one side from the center between the opposite side walls (right and left side walls in the figure) in the processing tank 20 is shown. Close to the side wall, the header pipe 3 extends horizontally along the side wall surface in the illustrated depth direction, and is installed so as to be positioned almost directly below the opening 21 of the processing tank 20. In addition, the opening 21 of the processing tank 20 is narrowly formed for reasons such as prevention of odor diffusion of the water to be treated.

The riser pipe 2 is for supplying a gas (here, air) from a supply source to the header pipe 3 and extends substantially in the vertical direction. Elevating means (not shown) such as a crane and a winch is provided outside the processing tank 20, and the riser pipe 2 suspended from the elevating means is raised and lowered to treat the diffuser 1. It is possible to move up and down into the tank 20.

The header pipe 3 is for supplying the gas supplied from the riser pipe 2 to the diffuser pipe 4, extends in a substantially horizontal direction, and communicates with the riser pipe 2 via the connection portion 12.

The connecting portion 12 is located above the center in the axial direction of the header pipe 3 and is connected to a swivel joint (joint portion) 12b whose axis is parallel to the header pipe 3, and one end is connected to the lower end of the riser pipe 2. The connecting pipe 12a on the riser pipe 2 side bent so that the other end is connected to one end of the swivel joint 12b, and one end connected to the other end of the swivel joint 12b And a connecting pipe 12c on the header pipe 3 side which is bent and connected so as to communicate with the upper part of the header pipe 3.

The swivel joint 12b connects the connection pipe 12c on the header pipe 3 side to the connection pipe 12a on the riser pipe 2 side so as to be rotatable about the axis of the swivel joint 12b. For this reason, the connecting pipe 12c on the header pipe 3 side rotates around the axis (the axis of the swivel joint 12b) with respect to the connecting pipe 12a on the riser pipe 2 side, and the connecting pipe 12c on the header pipe 3 side The header pipe 3 to be connected swings around this axis. By swinging the header pipe 3, the diffuser pipe 4 attached to the header pipe 3 can be tilted from a substantially horizontal state (details will be described later).

The diffuser tube 4 is for diffusing the gas supplied from the header tube 3 to the water to be treated, and communicates with the header tube 3, and has a plurality of diffuser ports for discharging the gas. There are many along the four axial directions. The diffuser tubes 4 extend in a substantially horizontal direction substantially orthogonal to the header tube 3, and a plurality (eight in the example shown in FIG. 1) are arranged along the axial direction of the header tube 3.

In addition, as particularly preferable, the diffuser tube 4 is arranged so as to extend in a substantially horizontal direction substantially orthogonal to the header tube 3, but is not limited to a substantially horizontal direction substantially orthogonal to the header tube 3. 3 may be a substantially horizontal direction that is inclined with respect to 3.

The counterweight 6 is connected to the header pipe 3 via a bar-like member 5 provided in parallel with the extending direction of the diffuser pipe 4, and is positioned eccentric from the axis of the header pipe 3 (extension of the bar-like member 5). (Position separated in the direction). In the example shown in FIG. 1, three counterweights 6 are connected to the header pipe 3 via the rod-like members 5 and are provided apart from each other in the axial direction of the header pipe 3. Further, the counterweight 6 is provided so as to be located outside the end of the air diffuser 4 in the extending direction of the air diffuser 4.

The gantry 10 is for installing the diffuser 1 in the processing tank 20 and is provided at the bottom of the processing tank 20 and has a substantially horizontal upper surface. In the example shown in FIG. 1, a gantry 10 b that supports both ends of the header pipe 3 and a gantry 10 a that supports a substantially central part of the header pipe 3 are arranged in the extending direction of the header pipe 3. The gantry 10a that supports both ends of the header pipe 3 is provided with a V-shaped guide portion 11 for determining the position of the header pipe 3 when the header pipe 3 is installed on the gantry 10a.

Next, operation | movement when raising in order to take out the diffuser 1 out of the processing tank 20 is demonstrated using Fig.2 (a), FIG.3 and FIG.4. As shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 4 (d), in the working position where aeration is performed, the air diffuser 1 has the rod-like member 5 on the upper surface of the gantry 10 from above via the riser pipe 2 and the header pipe 3. By being pressed, the diffuser 4 is installed so as to be substantially horizontal. In the state where the air diffuser 1 is lifted by the elevating device and separated from the working position where aeration is performed, the header pipe 3 is connected to the swivel joint by the counterweight 6 as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4C. The air diffuser 4 is tilted from the substantially horizontal direction by swinging around the axis 12b. Thereby, as shown in FIG.4 (b) and FIG.4 (a), the diffuser 1 can be easily taken out from the narrow opening 21 of the processing tank 20 upper part. Further, since the counterweight 6 is located outside (on the right side in the drawing) from the end of the diffusion tube 4 in the extending direction of the diffusion tube 4, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. Even if the counterweight 6 comes into contact with the inner wall (the right side in the figure) of the treatment tank 20 when tilted, the diffuser pipe 4 does not come into contact with the inner wall of the treatment tank 20 and prevents the diffuser pipe 4 from being damaged. Is planned.

Next, the operation when the air diffuser 1 is lowered from the outside of the processing tank 20 and installed at the work position at the bottom of the processing tank 20 will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 4A, in this state, the air diffuser 4 is tilted from the horizontal state by the counterweight 6.

Subsequently, the air diffuser 1 is lowered into the treatment tank 20 by the lifting device as shown in FIG. At this time, since the air diffuser 4 is in an inclined state, the air diffuser 1 easily passes through the narrow opening 21 of the treatment tank 20 and further descends as shown in FIG. 5 reaches the upper surface of the gantry 10, and further, as shown in FIG. 4 (d), the bar-shaped member 5 is pressed against the upper surface of the gantry 10 from above, so that the inclined diffusing tube 4 becomes substantially horizontal. And installed in the working position where aeration is performed.

As described above, in the present embodiment, when the air diffuser 1 is lifted upward by the lifting means from the working position for aeration, the counterweight 6 provided at a position eccentric from the axis of the header pipe 3 is used. The header pipe 3 swings from a substantially horizontal direction around the extending direction of the header pipe 3 through the connection portion 12 including the swivel joint 12b that couples the riser pipe 2 and the header pipe 3 and is scattered. Since the trachea 4 is inclined from the substantially horizontal direction, the diffuser 1 can be taken in and out from the opening 21 at the top of the processing tank 20. In this manner, the air diffuser 1 can be taken in and out by a simple configuration including the swivel joint 12b and the counterweight 6 that can swing the header pipe 3, and the air diffuser 1 can be taken in and out by the lifting means. Therefore, it is easily realized only by performing the work of moving the air diffuser 1 in the vertical direction.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a main part of an air diffuser according to another embodiment. This embodiment is different from the previous embodiment in that the header pipe is divided substantially at the center in the axial direction, a coaxial connecting pipe 13a is disposed between the pair of header pipes 3, 3, and both ends of the connecting pipe 13a are arranged. The swivel joint 13b is connected to the central portion of the connecting pipe 13a so that the lower end of the riser pipe 2 communicates with each other. The connection portion 13 is configured by the joints 13b and 13b.

Here, the swivel joint 13b couples the header pipe 3 to the connection pipe 13a in a rotatable manner. Therefore, the diffuser tube 4 can be tilted from a substantially horizontal state by the rotation of the header tube 3 by the counterweight 6. Thereby, the diffuser 1 can be taken in and out from the opening 21 in the upper part of the processing tank 20 as in the previous embodiment.
