Claims (4)
- 受光素子と、
上記受光素子を覆い、入射光を上記受光素子に集光させるためのレンズが表面に形成された樹脂パッケージと、
を備えた受光モジュールであって、
上記樹脂パッケージは、互いに屈折率が異なる物質の境界面であって、かつ、上記レンズによって集束される上記入射光に散乱を加える起伏が形成された面を有することを特徴とする、受光モジュール。 - 上記起伏は、上記レンズの光軸について回転対称である、請求項1に記載の受光モジュール。
- 上記起伏は、正弦波、三角波または台形波を上記光軸について回転させた回転面である、請求項2に記載の受光モジュール。
- 上記樹脂パッケージは、上記レンズと上記受光素子との間に、上記レンズによって集束された光を上記受光素子へ導くためのテーパ面を有しており、
上記テーパ面は、上記受光素子へ近づくほど内径が小さくなる筒状体の内面に形成されており、この筒状体の上記レンズ寄りの開口は上記受光素子の受光面よりも広くなっている、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の受光モジュール。
