Claims (5)
- 振動源を基板に固定する振動源固定構造であって、
前記振動源の本体下部に形成され、突起部を有する振動源取付用脚部と、
前記基板上に固定され、前記突起部が挿入される挿入部を有する振動吸収部材と、
前記振動吸収部材上に固定され、前記突起部が挿通される挿通部を有する板状部材と、
前記振動源取付用脚部を収容する収容部と、前記振動源取付用脚部の抜け方向への変位を規制する変位規制部と、前記板状部材の縁端部が挿入される溝部とを有する差込式の固定具と、を有し、
前記固定具は、前記突起部が前記挿通部に挿通されかつ前記挿入部に挿入された状態において、前記振動源取付用脚部が前記収容部に収容されかつ前記板状部材の縁端部が前記溝部に挿入されるように所定の方向から装着されることによって、所定の位置に取り付けられる、
振動源固定構造。 - 前記固定具は、樹脂で成形されており、前記樹脂の復元力により前記板状部材の縁端部の前記溝部への挿入を付勢する、
請求項1記載の振動源固定構造。 - 前記変位規制部は、前記固定具が前記所定の位置に取り付けられた状態において、前記振動源取付用脚部との間に所定の上下クリアランスを有し、
前記上下クリアランスの大きさは、前記突起部の高さよりも小さい、
請求項1記載の振動源固定構造。 - 前記振動源は、コンプレッサである、
請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の振動源固定構造。 - 請求項4記載の振動源固定構造を有する酸素濃縮器。
