Claims (4)
- ジョセフソン接合を並列に配置したdc−SQUIDを構成要素に含むLC共振器と、
前記dc−SQUIDと誘導的に結合し、直流電流を用いて磁束を制御することで前記LC共振器の周波数を変化させる直流バイアスラインと、
前記dc−SQUIDと誘導的に結合されているポンプ信号ポートとを備え、
前記ポンプ信号ポートは、前記LC共振器の一次微分係数を有する共振周波数において、前記dc−SQUIDの磁束を交流バイアスすることを特徴とするパラメトリック増幅器。 - 前記dc−SQUIDと誘導的に結合されているポンプ信号ポートを備え、
前記LC共振器の共振周波数の2倍の周波数で、前記dc−SQUIDの磁束を交流バイアスすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパラメトリック増幅器。 - 前記LC共振器は、入出力ポートと容量結合されているLC回路と前記dc−SQUIDから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のパラメトリック増幅器。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のパラメトリック増幅器を絶縁体基板上に集積化して構成したことを特徴とする集積回路。
