Claims (2)
- 観測すべきイメージを検出しかつ形成するためのInGaAsイメージ増強(I2)カメラ装置であって、
スクリーンから増幅された信号を伝送するためのInGaAs光電陰極イメージ増強管と、
該InGaAs光電陰極イメージ増強管に光学的に接続された、出力光学信号を伝送するためのイメージ素子と、
前記InGaAs光電陰極イメージ増強管からの前記出力光学信号を変換し所望の信号出力を生成するための電子回路と、
前記電子回路から出力された信号をさらに強化信号出力に強化し、この強化信号出力を所望の観測のために処理する手段と、
を含み、
前記InGaAs光電陰極イメージ増強管がレーザーソースに同期し、
前記レーザーソースが内部レーザーソースである、
ことを特徴とするInGaAsイメージ増強カメラ装置。 - InGaAsタイプの光電陰極を有するイメージ増強管を使って所望の情景のイメージを生成するための方法であって、
前記InGaAs光電陰極イメージ増強管を使って情景イメージを受光する工程と、
前記InGaAs光電陰極イメージ増強管の出力スクリーンにより前記情景の初期表示画像を生成する工程と、
前記初期表示画像をイメージ素子へ伝達する工程と、
前記イメージ素子により初期表示画像を電子データストリームへ変換する工程と、
前記前記InGaAs光電陰極イメージ増強管をレーザーソースと同期する工程と、
を含み、
前記レーザーソースが内部レーザーソースである、ところの方法。
