また、本発明によれば、バッテリパックの製造コストを低減する効果がある。
前記充放電端子122は、複数の能動素子(図示せず)〜受動素子(図示せず)が実装される絶縁基板121の下部と対応する上部に形成される。また、前記充放電端子122は金属パターン(図示せず)と電気的に接続される。前記充放電端子122は正極端子122a、補助端子122bおよび負極端子122cを含んで形成される。この前記充放電端子122は、ベアセル110と外部システム(図示せず)を電気的に接続させる通路の役割をすることになる。

Claims (10)
- ベアセルと、
前記ベアセルと電気的に接続される保護回路モジュールと、
前記ベアセルに密着し前記保護回路モジュールを内側に収容して一体に形成されるカバーケースおよび固定部材からなり、連結部を有するケースアセンブリと、
を含み、
前記カバーケースは、上部カバーと、前記上部カバーの両端部に形成される第1側面カバーおよび第2側面カバーからなり、第1側面カバーおよび第2側面カバーのそれぞれと上部カバーとが繋がった部分は折り曲げ可能に形成されており、
前記固定部材は、前記ベアセルの短側壁に対応する形からなり前記ベアセルの短側壁に密着する第1側面と、板状からなり前記保護回路モジュールに密着し、前記第1側面と対面する第2側面と、前記第1側面および前記第2側面の一端に繋がって形成される第3側面と、前記第1側面および前記第2側面の他端に繋がって形成される第4側面とからなり、
前記上部カバーの一側壁と前記第3側面とは、前記連結部によって繋がって形成されたことを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 前記保護回路モジュールは、当該保護回路モジュールの両端部から繋がり、所定の箇所で折り曲げられることで、その一部が、前記ベアセルの、当該保護回路モジュールが密着する面と隣接する側面に沿って設置されるように形成された第1リードタブおよび第2リードタブを備え、
前記第1側面カバーおよび第2側面カバーのそれぞれは、前記上部カバーとつながった部分で折り曲げられたときに、前記隣接する側面に沿って設置された前記第1リードタブおよび前記第2リードタブの前記一部を覆うように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記第3側面および前記第4側面は、非対称に形成され、
前記第1側面と接する辺と前記第2側面と接する辺との間の距離について、第3側面上での当該距離と、前記第4側面上での前記距離とが異なることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記上部カバーの他側壁には嵌合孔が少なくとも一つ以上形成され、前記第4側面には前記嵌合孔に相応する位置に嵌合突起が少なくとも一つ形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記嵌合孔と前記嵌合突起は、一対一に対応し、押し込み嵌合方式で嵌合されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記連結部は、途切れず連続的に繋がった形態で形成され、
前記ケースアセンブリと前記固定部材とは、連続的に当接することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れかに記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記カバーケースと前記固定部材は、前記連結部を基準に折り曲げられることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記連結部は、不連続的に繋がった形態で形成され、
前記ケースアセンブリと前記固定部材とは、不連続的に当接することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れかに記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記連結部は、少なくとも一つのヒンジ孔を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記カバーケースと前記固定部材は、前記連結部を基準に折り曲げられることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のバッテリパック。
