Description
中空のドリルビットシャフトの一部を所定長さに亘って両側のシャフト部分に比べて肉厚の薄い薄肉シャフト部分とし、
この薄肉シャフト部分を取り囲む状態に、自在継手構造を備えた筒状体を配置し、
前記筒状体の両端部を前記薄肉シャフト部分の両側の前記シャフト部分に連結し、
前記薄肉シャフト部分および前記筒状体を曲げることにより掘削方向を制御することを特徴としている。

Claims (5)
- 中空のドリルビットシャフトの一部を所定長さに亘って両側のシャフト部分に比べて肉厚の薄い薄肉シャフト部分とし、
この薄肉シャフト部分を取り囲む状態に、自在継手構造を備えた筒状体を配置し、
前記筒状体の両端部を前記薄肉シャフト部分の両側の前記シャフト部分に連結し、
前記薄肉シャフト部分および前記筒状体を曲げることにより掘削方向を制御することを特徴とする掘削装置のドリルビットシャフト構造。 - 請求項1に記載の掘削装置のドリルビットシャフト構造において、
前記筒状体の自在継手構造はオルダム継手であることを特徴とする掘削装置のドリルビットシャフト構造。 - 請求項1に記載の掘削装置のドリルビットシャフト構造において、
前記筒状体の自在継手構造は、所定太さの金属製の線材を渦巻き状に多層に巻くことにより形成されていることを特徴とする掘削装置のドリルビットシャフト構造。 - 請求項1に記載の掘削装置のドリルビットシャフト構造において、
前記薄肉シャフト部分の内径は、両側の前記シャフト部分と同一であり、
前記薄肉シャフト部分の外径は、両側の前記シャフト部分よりも小さいことを特徴とする掘削装置のドリルビットシャフト構造。 - 請求項4に記載の掘削装置のドリルビットシャフト構造において、
前記薄肉シャフト部分と前記筒状体の間には、耐熱ゴムなどの樹脂材料からなる緩衝材が配置されていることを特徴とする掘削装置のドリルビットシャフト構造。
