Description
The present invention relates to a survey system for a tunnel face used for surveying, investigation and observation of the face in tunnel construction, for example.
Conventionally, however, it is limited to so-called point surveying, and enormous number of surveys have been required to detect and measure discontinuous surface detection and geological boundary position information in detail.
In addition, conventionally, a photograph of the face was taken, and the position of the discontinuous surface and the geological boundary was also grasped from this photo, but the position of the discontinuous surface and the geological boundary was accurately grasped, It was not possible to survey.
Therefore, it has been desired to provide a so-called surveying system that can easily grasp the discontinuity of the face and the geological boundary easily.
That is, conventional point surveying like a so-called total station (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Publication No. 2004-138422) requires an enormous number of surveys in order to grasp the entire face and is also economically surveyed. Because it is difficult.
Thus, the present invention was devised to address the above-described conventional problems, and can easily and inexpensively detect a discontinuous surface of a facet such as a tunnel or a geological boundary on the facet. The purpose is to provide a survey system for the tunnel face that can be accurately grasped.

The present invention
Photographing with a digital camera from the tunnel opening side, obtaining a central projection image of the tunnel facet, analyzing the image using a conversion formula from a central projection image to an orthographic projection image, and from the central projection image to the tunnel It is a survey system that acquires an orthographic projection image of the face, displays the acquired orthographic image on a display, and can grasp the discontinuity and the geological boundary of the tunnel face,
It is determined whether the position and orientation of the digital camera are known. If the position and orientation of the digital camera are not known, a reference point on which the spatial coordinates and image coordinates are known and can be photographed on the face of the tunnel At least four points, including the reference line, taking a picture with a digital camera from the tunnel opening side, obtaining a center projection image of the tunnel face,
From the central projection image to the orthographic projection image using the values of the spatial coordinates and image coordinates of at least the four reference points, as well as the distortion of the camera lens and the deviation of the camera lens center position in digital camera photography Analyzing the image using a conversion formula, obtaining an orthographic projection image of the tunnel face from the central projection image, displaying the obtained ortho projection image on a display , Surveys can be made to understand geological boundaries ,
When the camera lens distortion or camera lens center position deviation value is unknown, nine or more reference points are formed on the tunnel face, and the spatial coordinates and image coordinates of the nine reference points thus formed are determined. Image analysis using a conversion formula from the central projection image to the orthographic projection image using the value, obtaining the orthographic projection image of the tunnel face from the central projection image, and obtaining the orthographic projection image obtained The survey can be done on the display to understand the discontinuity of the tunnel face and the geological boundary.
The reference point that can be photographed by the digital camera is formed by installing a laser beam emitter directly in front of the tunnel opening side, emitting a laser beam from the laser beam emitter, and projecting the laser beam onto the tunnel face. A visible point by visible laser light is projected and formed on the surface,
In determining whether or not the position and orientation of the digital camera are known, if the position and orientation of the digital camera are known, without forming the reference point and taking a picture by taking the reference point, Take a photograph of the tunnel face, perform image analysis using a conversion formula from the acquired central projection image to an orthographic projection image, obtain an orthographic projection image of the tunnel face, and obtain the orthographic projection obtained By displaying the image on the display, you can make surveys that can grasp the discontinuity of the tunnel face and the geological boundary,
Shooting with the digital camera can be performed from any position on the tunnel opening side toward the tunnel face, not from the front of the tunnel opening side.
It is characterized by

Performing the above-described shooting with a digital camera a plurality of times, and by observing the tunnel facet and surveying by a change in a plurality of orthographic projection images acquired by the plurality of shootings,

With the tunnel facet surveying system according to the present invention, it is easy and inexpensive to grasp, observe and observe the discontinuity of the facet such as a tunnel and the detection of geological boundaries on the facet, etc. It has an excellent effect that it can be surveyed.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on the best mode for carrying out the invention shown in the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a predetermined mountain photographed from above by the
Here, FIG. 2 shows an orthographic projection image of the
The present invention first converts a central projection image taken with such a
First, FIG. 3 shows an embodiment of the present invention.
In FIG. 3, a predetermined light source is projected to form the four

Here, there is an opinion that it is only necessary to photograph the
Next, conversion from a central projection image taken by the
In order to perform image processing for converting a central projection image photographed by the
If these values are known and clear, image processing can be performed using a computer that converts the central projection image to the orthographic projection image, and the converted orthographic projection image is displayed on the display to show the tunnel face. Accurate surveying of the discontinuity of the
Furthermore, if the distortion value of the camera lens and the deviation value of the camera lens center position are clear, more accurate orthographic projection images can be obtained using these values, and accurate surveying and observation can be performed. .
However, when the photographing position (X, Y, Z), posture (camera rotation angle) and focal length (c) of the
Here, rather than grasping in advance the numerical values of the photographing position (X, Y, Z), posture (camera rotation angle), and focal length (c) of the
The relational expressions are shown in (1), (2), (3), and (4) of FIG. With the relational expression shown in FIG. 6, numerical values of the photographing position (X, Y, Z) and posture (camera rotation angle) and focal length (c) of the
That is, for the four
At this time, it is preferable to clarify the distortion value of the camera lens and the deviation value of the center position of the camera lens.
However, even if these values are not clear, it is possible to obtain an orthographic projection image.
Next, the obtained coefficients (b1 to b8) are converted into the coefficients (b1 to b8), the shooting position (X, Y, Z), posture (camera rotation angle), focal length (shown in FIG. When introduced into the relational expression with c), the photographing position (X, Y, Z), posture (camera rotation angle) and focal length (c) of the
Thus, the obtained photographing position (X, Y, Z) and posture (camera rotation angle) of the
Therefore, FIG. 5 shows an explanatory diagram in which the central projection image in FIG. 4 is converted into an orthographic projection image.
The converted orthographic projection image is displayed on the computer display, and the discontinuity of the
By the way, it is conceivable to form an orthographic projection image by forming four or more, preferably nine,
That is, in obtaining a more detailed and more accurate orthographic projection image, as described above, internal orientation factors such as distortion of the lens of the
However, when the camera lens distortion value and the camera lens center position deviation value are not known, it is preferable to provide nine or
This is because the internal orientation elements such as the distortion of the lens of the
That is, if the values of the spatial coordinates and image coordinates of the nine
As a result, a more detailed and more accurate orthographic projection image can be acquired.
By obtaining a more detailed and more accurate orthographic projection image, it is possible to more accurately grasp the discontinuity surface and the geological boundary in the

As described above, according to the present invention, it is only necessary to take a photograph at the site, so that the field work can be saved greatly.
In addition, the discontinuity surface and the position of the geological boundary on the tunnel face can be grasped accurately and clearly.
Furthermore, conventionally, it was possible only by grasping numerical data, but in the present invention, since an image, that is, an orthographic projection image, is used, it becomes extremely easy to recognize. In addition, it was possible to measure the amount of surging on the tunnel face.
Further, the accumulated face image (orthographic projection image) after image processing can be compared as it is, and long-term surveying and observation can be performed.
