Description

The present invention relates to a railway girder moving installation method and a railway girder removal method .

In conventional railways, a ballast track in which rails are laid on sleepers installed on ballast material such as crushed stone, and a slab track in which rails are laid on a precast track slab have been used. When replacement of an existing track is necessary due to aging or the like, an operation of removing a component of the existing track and replacing it with a new track has been performed (for example, see Patent Document 1).

However, the track exchange work must be performed in a limited time zone between the last train and the first generator car, and the overhead line above the track must be cut to secure a large work space. After placing the swivel type vertical carriage 19b on the rail 35, as shown in FIG. 4 (c), the liftable temporary horizontal carriage 21b is removed from the railway girder moving installation device 1. Then, the elevating-type temporary side carriage 21b is retracted outside the railroad crossing. Next, the hand girders 3a and the hand girders 3b are simultaneously pulled in the direction indicated by the arrow G.

FIG. 4D is a diagram illustrating a process of placing the vertical carriage 19 c on the rail 35. In the step shown in FIG. 4D, the hand girders 3 a and the hand girders 3 b are pulled in the direction indicated by the arrow H. Then, after the vertical carriage 19 c is placed on the rail 35, the liftable temporary horizontal carriage 21 c is removed from the railway girder moving installation device 1. Further, the lifting type temporary side carriage 21c is retracted to the outside of the railroad crossing to complete the loading of the railway girder moving installation device 1 into the railway 34.

After completion of carrying the rail girder moving installation device 1 into the railroad 34, the vertical pin 29 shown in FIG. 3A is removed, and the hand girder 3a and hand girder 3b are close as shown by the arrow D. Let Then, as shown in FIG. 3B, the connecting member 27 a and the connecting member 27 are connected using a horizontal pin 31. As described above, the hand girder 3 connected using the horizontal pin 31 does not bend left and right at the position of the connecting portion 33.

After connecting the hand girders 3 with the horizontal pins 31, the swivel-type temporary vertical carriage 19 a is removed from the railway girder moving installation device 1 and retracted. Then, the swiveling vertical carriage 19b is moved to the vicinity of the front end portion of the hand girders 3a in the traveling direction using the front carriage traveling rail 15 (FIG. 1).

FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating a process of moving the railway girder moving installation device 1 to the vicinity of the railway girder 47. In each process described with reference to FIG. 5 and subsequent figures, the swivel type vertical carriage 19b functions as the front carriage 43 which is the first traveling means of the railway girder moving installation device 1. Further, the vertical carriage 19c functions as the rear carriage 45 which is the second traveling means.

As shown in FIG. 5, the railway girder moving installation device 1 carried into the railway 34 travels on the rail 35 by the front carriage 43 and the rear carriage 45, and before the railway girder 47 temporarily placed on the rail 35. Stop temporarily. The rail girder 47 is, for example, a prefabricated girder integrated with sleepers.

FIG. 6 is a diagram showing a process of arranging the hand-drawn girder 3 above the railway girder 47. In the process shown in FIG. 6, first, the front carriage 43 is fixed at a position in front of the rail beam 47. Then, the front girders 3 are sent out in the direction of the arrow I shown in FIG. Alternatively, the rail girder moving installation device 1 is moved in the direction of arrow I shown in FIG. 5 using the rear carriage 45, and the hand girder 3 is arranged above the rail girder 47.

FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating a process of moving the front carriage 43 to the vicinity of the front end portion of the hand girders 3 in the traveling direction. In the process shown in FIG. 7, first, the outrigger jack 5a and the outrigger jack 5b are extended, and the hand girder 3 is raised in the direction of the arrow J shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 7, the outrigger jack 5 stops extending when the lower end of the front carriage 43 is positioned above the top end of the rail girder 47. In addition, when extending the outrigger jack 5, receiving beams, such as concrete and a square, are installed under each jack.

In the process shown in FIG. 7, after raising the hand extension girder 3, the front carriage 43 is moved along the front carriage traveling rail 15 in the direction indicated by the arrow K in FIG. 7. And it fixes to the edge part vicinity of the advancing direction of the hand girders 3 forward.

FIG. 8 is a diagram illustrating a process of holding the rail girder 47. In the process shown in FIG. 8, the trolley 7a and the trolley 7b are moved along the trolley travel rail 11 in the direction indicated by the arrow L in FIG. And the trolley 7a is arrange | positioned above the edge part by the side of the front trolley 43 of the rail girder 47. FIG. Further, the trolley 7b is disposed above the end of the railway girder 47 on the rear carriage 45 side. Next, the rail girder 47 is lifted below the hand extension girder 3 using the chain block 17a and the chain block 17b.

In the process shown in FIG. 8, the outrigger jack 5a and the outrigger jack 5b are contracted at an appropriate time before and after the lifting work of the railway girder 47 using the chain block 17a and the chain block 17b. Then, as shown by an arrow M in FIG. 8, the handrail 3 is lowered until the front carriage 43 and the rear carriage 45 come into contact with the rail 35.

FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating a method for excavating the girder installation planned position 41. As shown in FIGS. 5 to 8, at the planned girder installation position 41, rails 35, sleepers, ballast materials, etc. are removed and piles (not shown) are placed at an appropriate time before the installation of the railway girder 47. Is done. Removal of the ballast material or the like is performed using a telesco backhoe excavator 37 having a telescore 38 and a conveyor cart 39, as shown in FIG.

FIG. 10 is a diagram illustrating a process of arranging the rail girder moving installation device 1 in front of the girder installation planned position 41. In the process shown in FIG. 10, the railway girder moving installation device 1 is moved in the direction of the planned girder installation position 41 using the front carriage 43 and the rear carriage 45 in a state where the railway girder 47 is lifted by the chain block 17 as shown in FIG. Move to. Then, the railway girder moving installation device 1 is temporarily stopped before the girder installation planned position 41.

Next, the railway girder 47 is suspended and the chain block 17a and the chain block 17b are removed. Further, the front carriage 43 is fixed at a position before the planned girder installation position 41.

FIG. 11 is a diagram showing a process of arranging the hand girders 3 above the planned girder installation position 41. In the process shown in FIG. 11, the hand girders 3 are sent out in the direction of the arrow N shown in FIG. Alternatively, the rail girder moving installation device 1 is moved in the direction of arrow N shown in FIG. 10 using the rear carriage 45, and the hand girder 3 is arranged above the planned girder installation position 41.

Next, the outrigger jack 5a and the outrigger jack 5b are extended, and the hand girders 3 are raised in the direction of the arrow O shown in FIG. The outrigger jack 5 stops extending when a space of a predetermined height is secured between the front carriage 43 and the rail 35, and fixes the handrail 3. In addition, when extending the outrigger jack 5, receiving beams, such as concrete and a square, are installed under each jack.

FIG. 12 is a diagram showing a process of arranging the rail girder 47 at the girder installation planned position 41. In the step shown in FIG. 12, the front carriage 43 is moved along the forward carriage travel rail 15 in the direction of the arrow P shown in FIG. And it fixes to the edge part vicinity of the advancing direction of the hand girders 3 forward.

Before and after the movement of the front carriage 43, the railway girder 47 arranged at the position shown in FIG. 11 is lifted below the handing girder 3 by the chain block 17a and the chain block 17b. The chain block 17a and the chain block 17b move above the rail girder 47 arranged at the position shown in FIG. 11 during the process shown in FIG. 10 until the rail girder 47 is lifted again after being removed from the rail girder 47. Keep it.

After the railway girder 47 is lifted by the chain block 17, the railway girder 47 is moved in the direction of the arrow P shown in FIG. 11 using the trolley 7 a and the trolley 7 b and arranged above the planned girder installation position 41. Then, using the chain block 17a and the chain block 17b, the railway girder 47 is suspended in the direction shown by the arrow Q in FIG. Thus, the installation of the railway girder 47 at the girder installation planned position 41 is completed.

Next, a method of removing an existing railway girder using the same railway girder moving installation device 1 will be described. The rail girder removal method can be performed by the reverse process of the rail girder installation method.

First, the railway girder moving installation device 1 is caused to travel to a position before the railway girder 47 to be removed. Next, while the front carriage 43 is fixed at a position in front of the railway girder 47, the hand-drawn girder 3 is moved forward, and the hand-drawn girder 3 is arranged above the railway girder 47 so as to straddle the railway girder 47. Next, the outrigger jack 5 is extended to raise the hand girder 3 until the front carriage 43 is positioned above the railway girder 47, and the front carriage 43 is moved along the hand girder 3 in the vicinity of the front end in the traveling direction. To move. In this state, the trolley 7 is moved above the rail girder 47, and the chain girder 47 is lifted below the hand girders 3 by the chain block 17 (the state shown in FIG. 12 is obtained by the above process).

Next, the trolley 7 holding the railway girder 47 is moved along the hand-drawn girder 3 to retract the railway girder 47 from the girder installation position 41. The state in which the railway girder 47 is retracted from the girder installation position 41 and the railway girder 47 is placed on the rail 35 is the state shown in FIG. When the trolley 7 is moved, the front carriage 43 may be moved simultaneously in the direction of movement of the railway girder 47.

When the railway girder 47 needs to be transported further away, the front carriage 43 is moved while the railway girder 47 is suspended, and after the front carriage 43 passes the girder installation position 41, the outrigger jack 5 , The front carriage 43 and the rear carriage 45 can be placed on the rail 35, and the hand girders 3 with the railway girder 47 suspended can be moved by the front carriage 43 and the rear carriage 45.

In this way, the railway girder moving installation device 1 of the present embodiment suspends the railway girder 47 using the chain block 17 below the travelable hand girder 3, so that it is in a limited work space below the overhead line. The railway girder can be installed and removed. In addition, it is not necessary to load the rail girder 47 above the hand girder 3, and therefore, the lifting and lowering operations of the rail girder 47 are quick and easy. Furthermore, after the rail girder 47 is moved above the girder installation planned position 41, the installation is completed simply by lowering the rail girder 47, and then the rail girder moving installation device 1 can be easily retracted. Similarly, the rail girder 47 is lifted in the state where the hand girders 3 are arranged on the rail girder 47, and then the rail girder moving installation device 1 is simply retracted. The removal of the girder 47 is also easy.

Further, by connecting the connecting portion 33 of the hand girders 3 using the vertical pins 29, the long hand girders 3 can be bent right and left and easily carried into the railway 34 from the roadway 22. After carrying in, the bending of the hand girders 3 can be prevented by connecting the connecting portions 33 using the horizontal pins 31.

In the present embodiment, in the step shown in FIG. 12, the hand girders 3 are fixed by the outrigger jacks 5 located near both ends of the hand girders 3. However, the position of the outrigger jacks 5 is not limited to this. FIG. 13 is a diagram illustrating a process of arranging the rail girder 47 at the girder installation planned position 41. The rail girder moving installation apparatus 1a shown in FIG. 13 has substantially the same configuration as that of the rail girder moving installation apparatus 1 of the present embodiment, but the outrigger is movable along the hand girder 3 instead of the outrigger jack 5b. It has a jack 5c.

When the railway girder moving installation device 1a is used, the outrigger jack 5c is fixed in the vicinity of the rear end of the hand girders 3 in the traveling direction in the steps shown in FIGS. And after fixing the front trolley | bogie 43 to the front-end | tip part vicinity of the advancing direction of the hand girders 3 at the process shown in FIG. 11, the outrigger jack 5a and the outrigger jack 5c are shrunk | reduced. Next, with the hand girders 3 supported by the front carriage 43 and the rear carriage 45, the outrigger jack 5c is moved in the direction of the arrow R shown in FIG. Thereafter, the outrigger jack 5a and the outrigger jack 5c are extended to fix the hand girder 3, and the railway girder 47 is suspended and installed in the planned girder installation position 41.

In the steps shown in FIG. 7 to FIG. 8 of the present embodiment, the trolley 7a and the trolley 7b are moved above the railway girder 47 after the front carriage 43 is moved to the vicinity of the end of the hand girder 3, but the trolley 7a After moving the trolley 7b, the front carriage 43 may be moved.

In the present embodiment, the railway girder 47 is suspended from the handrail 3 after the railway girder moving installation device 1 is carried into the railway 34, but the railway girder 47 is suspended from the handrail 3. The mobile installation device 1 may be carried into the railway 34.

In the present embodiment, the hand girders 3 including the two hand girders 3a and the hand girders 3b are used. However, the number of components of the hand girders 3 is not limited thereto.
