Description
上記液化窒素貯留槽に窒素ガスを導入する窒素ガス導入手段と、
上記液化窒素貯留槽の内部にコールドヘッドが突入された状態で配置されて導入された窒素ガスを冷却して液化するための冷凍機と、
上記液化窒素貯留槽の内部に貯留された液化窒素を取り出す液化窒素取出路と、
上記液化窒素貯留槽の上部ガスを排出するガス排出路とを備え、
上記液化窒素取出路に対してガス排出路の排出側が合流しており、
上記液化窒素取出路は、少なくともガス排出路が合流する合流部よりも下流側が大気開放されていることを要旨とする。

Claims (4)
- 液化窒素を貯留する液化窒素貯留槽と、
上記液化窒素貯留槽に窒素ガスを導入する窒素ガス導入手段と、
上記液化窒素貯留槽の内部にコールドヘッドが突入された状態で配置されて導入された窒素ガスを冷却して液化するための冷凍機と、
上記液化窒素貯留槽の内部に貯留された液化窒素を取り出す液化窒素取出路と、
上記液化窒素貯留槽の上部ガスを排出するガス排出路とを備え、
上記液化窒素取出路に対してガス排出路の排出側が合流しており、
上記液化窒素取出路は、少なくともガス排出路が合流する合流部よりも下流側が大気開放されていることを特徴とする簡易液体窒素製造装置。 - 上記液化窒素取出路には、ガス排出路が合流する合流部よりも下流側にフィルタが設けられている請求項1記載の簡易液体窒素製造装置。
- ガス排出路に開閉弁が設けられている請求項1または2記載の簡易液体窒素製造装置。
- 上記液化窒素取出路のガス排出路が合流する合流部よりも上流側に開閉弁が設けられているとともに、ガス排出路に開閉弁が設けられている請求項1または2記載の簡易液体窒素製造装置。
