Description

The present invention relates to a monitor device including a tiltable monitor.

As a monitor device having a monitor (liquid crystal monitor panel or the like) such as an audio system or a car navigation system, there is provided a device capable of tilting the monitor. For example, there is a structure in which the insertion slot of the CD hidden behind the monitor appears when the monitor is tilted, and the insertion slot is hidden behind the monitor when the monitor is returned to the original position. When such a monitor device is mounted on a vehicle or the like, the monitor may be shaken by the vibration of the vehicle and generate abnormal noise. In order to solve the problem that such abnormal noise occurs in the monitor device, conventionally, for example, a cushion material is attached to a contact portion of the monitor housing portion with the monitor to suppress the occurrence of abnormal noise.

However, since the monitor is in contact with the cushion material when moving, there is a problem that a sliding load is generated due to frictional resistance caused by the contact between the monitor and the cushion material, and the load on the drive device of the monitor is increased. In addition, a large number of cushioning materials are required, which increases the cost. Further, when the monitor and the cushion material are rubbed, there is a problem that a shearing force is applied to the cushion material and the cushion material is damaged.

Other means for preventing the generation of abnormal noise in the monitor device include, for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2. In the device disclosed in Patent Document 1, a leaf spring is used as a slide member in order to prevent rattle noise when a slide member that moves a movable nose corresponding to a monitor is moved. In addition, the device disclosed in Patent Document 2 is provided with a tension roller or the like on the back surface of the display unit and presses the roller against the main body unit.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-22725

However, the technique described in Patent Document 1 prevents the generation of rattle noise from the slide member using the movable nose, and cannot be used as it is as a means for preventing abnormal noise generation when the monitor is moved. Moreover, the technique described in Patent Document 2 is provided with a mechanism including a tension roller, a tension bar, and a roller on the back of a movable display, and the structure becomes complicated.

The present invention has been made in view of the technical situation as described above, and its problem is to provide a monitor device that has a simple structure and can prevent generation of abnormal noise due to contact between the monitor and the device main body. It is to provide.

In the monitor device according to the present invention for solving the above-described problems, monitor pins provided on both side surfaces of the panel are fitted in cam grooves provided on the left and right of the front portion of the device body, and the monitor is moved in the front-rear direction by a slide mechanism. In the monitor device in which the monitor can be tilted through the engagement between the monitor pin and the cam groove by being moved to a shaft, the shaft is rotatably attached to a position in the middle in the vertical direction of the front surface of the device main body. When, characterized by comprising a rubber elastic material made of rollers with a resilient biasing in contact with the back of the monitor in the closed position and the open position of the monitor provided on the shaft.

According to the monitor device of the present invention, a shaft that is rotatably mounted at a position in the middle of the vertical direction of the front surface of the device main body , and a back surface of the monitor that is provided on the shaft and in the closed position and the open position of the monitor. The elastic rubber roller that is urged and elastic is provided, so that the roller provided on the main body of the device hits the back of the monitor in the closed position and the open position of the monitor. Occurrence of abnormal noise due to shakiness is prevented. Further, since the shaft and the roller are provided on the apparatus main body side, the structure becomes extremely simple.

Embodiment 1 FIG.
Hereinafter, Embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the monitor device according to Embodiment 1 in a state where the monitor is opened (open position), and FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the monitor closed (closed position). 3 is a perspective view showing the inside of the apparatus main body when the monitor is in the open position, FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the inside of the apparatus main body when the monitor is in the closed position, and FIG. 5 is a view showing the monitor in the open position. FIG. 6 is a sectional view taken along the side of the apparatus when the monitor is in the closed position. FIG. 7 is a schematic side view showing the relationship between the rubber roller, which is an urging member, and the monitor, FIG. 8 shows an attached state of the rubber roller, (A) is a side view, and (B) is a front view.

The apparatus main body 1 includes a housing 2 and a sub panel 4 attached to the front surface of the apparatus main body 1 via a sheet metal 3. Various devices and drives such as CDs and CD-ROMs are incorporated in the housing 2 (not shown). The front side of the sub panel 4 is a concave monitor housing portion 5, and a CD insertion slot (not shown) for inserting a CD, CD-ROM, or the like is formed on the front surface 4 a of the sub panel 4. On both sides of the monitor housing 5 are button placement portions 6a and 6b for placing operation buttons and the like. The sub-panel is made of plastic.

A monitor (liquid crystal monitor panel) 7 is accommodated in the monitor accommodating portion 5 of the sub panel 4 so as to be tiltable. Monitor pins 8 are provided in the vicinity of upper portions on both side surfaces of the monitor 7. On the other hand, cam grooves 9 are formed on the inner surfaces of the left and right button arrangement portions 6a and 6b in the sub-panel 4, and the monitor pins 8 are inserted therein. The cam groove 9 is curved toward the front side of the button placement portions 6a and 6b below the cam groove 9 in order to tilt the monitor 7.

A slide mechanism 10 for tilting the monitor 7 is incorporated in the housing 2 of the apparatus main body 1. The slide mechanism 10 includes a rail-shaped guide member 11 that extends in the front-rear direction on both sides of the housing 2, a slide member 12 that is supported by the guide member 11 and that can be moved forward and backward from the apparatus body 1, The driving mechanism 13 drives the slide member 12. The drive mechanism 13 includes a motor 14 and a pinion / rack mechanism 15 that transmits power of the motor 14 to the slide member 12. The tip of the slide member 12 is connected to the lower part of both side surfaces of the monitor 7. Therefore, when the slide mechanism 10 is operated and the slide member 12 is pushed forward from the apparatus main body 1, the monitor 7 is moved from the closed position shown in FIGS. 2 and 4 to the open position shown in FIGS. Is changed. During this movement, the monitor pins 8 on both sides of the monitor 7 move in the cam groove 9 to restrict the movement of the monitor 7. When the monitor 7 comes to the closed position, the monitor 7 stands and hides the CD insertion slot on the front surface 4a of the sub panel. When the monitor 7 tilts and comes to the open position, the CD insertion slot appears.

A rubber roller 21 is provided as a biasing member on the sheet metal 3 between the housing 2 and the sub panel 4 in the apparatus main body 1. As shown in FIG. 7, the rubber roller 21 abuts against the monitor 7 when the monitor 7 is in the closed position and in the open position, and elastically holds the monitor 7. The rubber rollers 21 are provided at two places on the left and right of the sheet metal 3 as viewed from the front. A roller holding portion 22 is erected near the left and right ends of the sheet metal 3 and in the middle of the vertical direction, and a shaft 23 of the rubber roller 21 is attached thereto. The rubber roller 21 is rotatably provided on the shaft 23. In the first embodiment, two rubber rollers 21 are disposed. However, the number of rubber rollers 21 may be one or three or more. The urging member may be a rubber-like elastic material, and the material thereof is not limited.

The sub panel 4 is provided on the front side of the sheet metal 3, and a part of the rubber roller 21 protrudes from a rectangular rubber roller opening 24 provided on the front surface 4 a of the sub panel 4.

In the monitoring device according to the first embodiment, a wire spring (linear spring) 31 is provided as an auxiliary biasing member as shown in FIGS. FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view taken along the side of the apparatus showing the attachment state of the wire spring 31, and FIG.

The wire spring 31 is attached to the inner side surface 32 of the button arrangement portion 6a, 6b of the sub-panel 4 by a fastening member 33. The upper end portion 31 a of the wire spring 31 is shaped to push the monitor pin 8 into the cam groove 9 when the monitor 7 comes to the closed position. The lower end 31b of the wire spring 31 is shaped to push the monitor pin 8 into the cam groove 9 when the monitor 7 comes to the open position. The auxiliary biasing member is not limited to a wire spring, and may be a leaf spring or other spring member. Further, as the auxiliary urging member, the monitor pin 8 may be urged at the closed position and the open position of the monitor, and may be provided only at the closed position and the open position.

In the monitor device according to the first embodiment, a series of operations at the time of the monitor turning operation from the state in which the monitor 7 is in the closed position is first performed via the pinion rack mechanism 15 by the operation of the motor 14 of the slide mechanism 10. The slide member 11 protrudes from the storage position, and the lower part of the monitor 7 protrudes forward. The monitor 7 tilts and moves due to the engagement between the monitor pin 8 and the cam groove 9 and stops at the position where the slide member 12 is protruded to a predetermined position. The monitor 7 comes to the open position shown in FIGS. . The closing operation of the monitor 7 is achieved by the slide mechanism 10 performing the reverse operation.

In the monitor device according to the first embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, the back surface of the monitor 7 and the rubber roller 21 come into contact with each other at both the open position and the closed position of the monitor 7, and the elastic force of the rubber roller 21. As a result, a pressure is applied to the monitor 7 (see FIGS. 5, 6, and 7). For this reason, even if vibration is applied to the monitor device, the monitor 7 does not rattle and no abnormal noise due to vibration is generated.

When the opening / closing operation of the monitor 7 is started, since the back surface of the monitor 7 and the rubber roller 21 are in contact with each other, there is a sliding friction force, but the rubber roller 21 is rotatably attached, so that the sliding friction force is reduced. The Further, since the rubber roller 21 does not contact the monitor 7 between the closed position and the open position of the monitor 7, frictional resistance due to the contact between the monitor 7 and the rubber roller 21 does not occur, and the monitor 7 is smoothly rotated. .

In the monitor device according to the first embodiment, the spring force of the wire spring 31 acts on the monitor pin 8 in both the closed position and the open position of the monitor 7, and the monitor pin 8 is pressed against the side surface 9 a of the cam groove 9. The monitor 7 is also elastically held in the closed position and the open position by the spring force of the wire spring 31.

The wire spring 31 applies a spring force to the monitor pin 8 at the closed position and the open position of the monitor 7, and the component force of the spring force is in the direction in which the monitor 7 is moved. Therefore, when the monitor 7 is moved, this component force acts as an assist force when the monitor 7 starts to move.

According to the monitor device according to the first embodiment, the rubber roller 21 as the biasing member provided on the sheet metal 3 on the device body 1 side hits the monitor 7 in the closed position and the open position of the monitor 7, so that the monitor device vibrates. Even if it is received, the monitor 7 does not rattle, and no rattle sound or the like due to the rattling of the monitor 7 occurs. Further, since the rubber roller 21 is provided on the sheet metal 3 and the sub panel 4 of the apparatus main body 1, the structure is extremely simple. Further, since the urging member is the rubber roller 21, there is no great resistance when the monitor 7 is opened and closed, so that the load related to the slide mechanism 10 can be reduced and the monitor opening and closing operation is excellent.

According to the monitor device according to the first embodiment, the rubber roller 21 protruding from the front surface 4a of the sub-panel 4 comes into contact with the monitor 7 at the open position and the closed position of the monitor 7, so that the monitor 7 can be prevented from rattling. Occurrence of abnormal noise is prevented. In addition, prevention of abnormal noise can be achieved by a very simple configuration in which the rubber roller 21 is provided on the apparatus main body side. Further, since the rubber roller 21 rotates when the monitor 7 is moved, the driving load on the monitor 7 is reduced. Furthermore, since the monitor pin 8 is pressed against the side surface 9a of the cam groove 9 by the wire spring 31 at the open position and the closed position of the monitor 7, it is possible to more effectively prevent the generation of noise due to rattling of the monitor 7.
