Description
The present invention is a non-contact measurement method for a substrate that sequentially measures various characteristics of a plurality of substrates, and a coating failure when a paint is applied to the surface of an appropriate substrate using the method. The present invention relates to a coating defect inspection method to be detected.
A non-contact measurement method for measuring various characteristics of the
As a method for inspecting such a coating defect, there is a method of visually observing. However, particularly when a clear paint is applied, it may be difficult to visually determine the coating defect.
Therefore, conventionally, as a method for inspecting coating failure, for example, as shown in FIG. 7A, the
Moreover, in
In measuring various properties such as gloss, film thickness, temperature, etc. of the
As a method for sequentially measuring various characteristics of the plurality of
However, even if it is going to convey the
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and the characteristics of each substrate are not affected regardless of whether a plurality of substrates are conveyed at intervals or not. It is an object of the present invention to provide a non-contact measurement method for a substrate that can be accurately measured by contact, and a method for inspecting a substrate for defective coating using this method.
In the non-contact measuring method of the
For this reason, whether or not the detection value detected by the
In this non-contact measurement method for the
In this case, once the measurement of the characteristics of the
Further, in this non-contact measurement method for the
In this case, when the distance between one
The coating defect inspection method according to the present invention inspects a coating defect in the
According to this invention, the surface temperature before the coating of the plurality of
According to the non-contact measurement method of the
In addition, by using this non-contact measurement method for the
The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG.

Although it does not restrict | limit especially as the

After applying the inorganic paint, a clear coating film can be formed by forming a film by baking and drying at 60 to 120 ° C., for example. The thickness of the clear coating film is not particularly limited, but is usually formed as a thin film in the range of 1 to 10 μm.
Moreover, as an outer-layer clear coating film which is formed by laminating on this clear coating film and has an ultraviolet absorption lower than that of the clear coating film, an inorganic coating film containing a photocatalyst can be exemplified. This outer layer clear coating film can be formed by applying an inorganic coating containing a photocatalyst to the surface of the clear coating film, and is formed, for example, for the purpose of improving the antifouling property of the
As the inorganic paint containing a photocatalyst, an appropriate one can be used. For example, a silicon alkoxide paint used for forming the above clear coating film added with a photocatalyst such as titanium oxide can be used. it can.
After applying such an inorganic coating, the outer layer clear coating film can be formed by baking and drying at 60 to 120 ° C., for example. Although the thickness of this outer layer clear coating film is not particularly limited, for example, it is formed in the range of 0.2 to 1.0 μm.
FIG. 1 schematically shows an example of a process for performing a coating defect inspection when a
In the example shown in FIG. 1, the plate-
In said 1st process, the surface temperature of the
A plurality of
In this way, the temperature of the surface of the
制御部14は、例えばPLC(プログラマブル・ロジック・コントローラ)等で構成される。
The operation of the
In addition, the
As described above, a predetermined detection cycle and a predetermined number of detections of the
In addition, when there is a gap between one
The
The predetermined range is determined whether the detected value by the
Even after the measurement of the surface temperature is stopped as described above, the
Control for resuming measurement of the surface temperature will be described with reference to FIG. After the measurement of the surface temperature of one
When the measurement of the surface temperature of the
Further, when a certain time has elapsed from the time when the measurement of the surface temperature is stopped, the
Examples of the
The standby time is a time required from when the end of the
Thus, also when restarting the measurement of the surface temperature based on the detection result by the
In the second step, the
In the third step, the surface temperature of the
In the present embodiment, a plurality of
In this way, the temperature of the surface of the
And the
At this time, it is preferable that the number of the
FIG. 3 shows an example of the distribution of the temperature difference obtained before and after the coating of the surface of the
Based on the distribution of the temperature difference obtained in this way, if the existence of a region where the temperature difference value is smaller than other regions is observed, a coating failure has occurred in that region Can be determined. This determination can be performed by, for example, the operator sequentially confirming the temperature difference distribution displayed on the display or the like. For example, the temperature difference threshold value is stored in the
Here, when the
Further, instead of using the surface temperature of the
Further, when detecting an inspection defect in this way, the distribution of the temperature difference on the
In this way, it is determined that the
Moreover, when deriving the distribution of the temperature difference before and after the coating on the surface of the
In measuring the distribution of the temperature difference on the
Based on the change pattern of the temperature difference value in the temperature difference distribution on the
FIG. 4A shows the
On the other hand, when there are some
Such determination of coating failure and determination of abnormal operation of the
At this time, the operator can stop the coating line, remove the
In addition, when the conveyance speed of the
The determination of such coating failure and the determination of the reciprocating speed of the
At this time, the operator stops the painting line, removes the
