Claims (16)
- 運動状態および船のトリムに関係なく、底下部ブレードが部分的に浸漬され、上部ブレードが持ち上がって配置された、半浸漬タイプの1以上のプロペラを含む排水または半排水船の推進機関であって、該半浸漬プロペラはトランサムに配置され、直径(D)、または、半浸漬プロペラの直径(Np×D)の合計の喫水線(3)での船幅(L)に対する比率が0.50より大きく、
プロペラ領域(Ap)に対するブレード領域(Ab)全体の比率が0.60より大きく、
プロペラ領域(Ap)に対する前記喫水線(3)下で浸漬される前記プロペラの領域(Ai)の比率が0.30から0.50まで変動する推進機関。 - ブレード領域(Ab)全体およびプロペラ領域(Ap)間の前記比率が0.60から0.80まで変動する、請求項1記載の推進機関。
- 一対の二重反転の半浸されたプロペラ(4)を使用する、請求項1または2に記載の推進機関。
- 前記半浸漬プロペラが4以上の多くのブレード(Nb)を有する、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の推進機関。
- 各々のプロペラ(4)の前記ハブ(5)が前記喫水線(3)のすぐ上に配置される、請求項4記載の推進機関。
- 前記喫水線(3)下で浸漬される前記プロペラの領域(Ai)およびプロペラ領域(Ap)の比率が0.35から0.45まで変動する、請求項4または5に記載の推進機関。
- プロペラ領域(Ap)に対するハブ領域(Ah)の比率が0.30より低い、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の推進機関。
- プロペラ領域(Ap)に対するハブ領域(Ah)の前記比率が0.10から0.20まで変動する、請求項7記載の推進機関。
- Npが前記半浸漬プロペラ(4)の数であり、Lbが前記ハブ(5)上への連結から算出される各々のブレードの高さとした時に、前記喫水線(3)の船幅(L)に対する量2×Np×Lbの比率が0.50以上である、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の推進機関。
- Npが前記半浸漬プロペラ(4)の数であり、Lbが前記ハブ(5)上への連結から算出される各々のブレードの高さとした時に、前記喫水線(3)の船幅(L)に対する量2×Np×Lbの比率が0.70から0.85まで変動する、請求項9記載の推進機関。
- プロペラ直径(D)からプロペラピッチ(P)の比率が0.80から1.20まで変動する、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の推進機関。
- プロペラ直径(D)からプロペラピッチ(P)の比率が1.00 から1.10まで変動する、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の推進機関。
- 直径(D)、または半浸漬プロペラの直径(Np×D)の合計の、喫水線(3)での船幅(L)に対する比率が0.70から0.95まで変動する、請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の推進機関。
- 船尾波の高さを制御するための制御手段を含む、請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の推進機関。
- 前記船尾波の高さを制御する手段が前記半浸漬プロペラ(4)およびアフト壁の間で配置されるバランス・フラップ(6)を含む、請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の推進機関。
- 前記半浸漬プロペラ(4)の各々がシュラウド(7)により上方向に入れられる、請求項1から15のいずれかに記載の推進機関。
